Can't drive and get that FF mindset out of your head. You know who. Why are your employees speeding. Just because they work at autozone they think can do car meets, disrupting the neighbors and think they are in the movie fast and the furious? Seems like it by how they act. Used to shop here but your employees really think they are in a fast and the furious movie. "This guy"

I was at this AutoZone store on September 17, 2025, My back left brake light was out. I bought the bulbs and James said he could replace them which of course I was happy about that. We went to my car. My car is a Rav 4 so the back door lifts up. He pressed the button for it to open. I thought he knew what he was doing - I was completely wrong. While the back was opening I started the car so he could see that it was indeed out. Like I would make that up. I noticed that my back door was way up, not in the position it was set at. I asked him about it and he had the nerve to say it did that. That was not possible. He did change both bulbs so it didn't really matter which light was out. Anyway. I did tip him and I told him to wait while I closed the door and then I did it again to make sure it went to the set setting and it did. Before leaving my light came on saying the back door was open. I got out of course and it was partially open. I pushed and closed it and reopened it several times and it kept doing it. I should have gone back in but I did not. After all what was he going to do about breaking my car door. I decided to call when I got home. James said to bring it back for him to look at it. He said he was there Thursday and Saturday. I decided not to bring it back because there is no way he was going to be able to fix it. I called instead on Thursday and he wasn't there. I then called again on Saturday and he wasn't there. The sad part here is that I wasn't going to write a review if he had simply apologized but instead he lied and pretended to not be there so he didn't need to get on the phone. Why someone would think it is okay to abuse someone else's property is beyond me. He should be ashamed of himself for lying and especially for getting other employees to lie and say he's not there. And to add to it, the cost to fix it is $1800. Don't touch if you don't know what you are doing!!!

Couldn’t have fixed my Nissan without these guys. They helped me with my chaos even went above and beyond to help someone new to state. Helped me with tools, store policy, ordering parts and more. I spoke with over 5-6 different employees all were very professional and helpful. Very thankful and this will be my go to location. Only name I specifically was able to get was a gentleman named Gabe who was very professional and helpful as was everyone on shift September 11-13th.

I give this place to Stars I came in ordered parts for my car and they ordered the wrong part knowing that my car needed to go to the dealership they wasted my time and they took 20 minutes to find my online order meanwhile there was a lady almost getting arrested for leaving her kid in the car outside lots of drama just for purchase. It's a little unorganized in there but I will say the guys tend to seem like they're working a lot I don't know on what. Hopefully when you're trying to fix your car you can order from other places cuz you might not get what you're looking for

Stop allowing loiterers to rev their motorcycles late at night when people are trying to sleep. The parking lot is serving as a de facto motorcycle and ricer ever meet up late at night on weekdays! Stop it!

Fantastic associates, Courteous, knowledgeable and helpful . Josh helped me pick the wipers as per manufacturer specifications and even installed them for me. I am really impressed with this level of service. Thank you.

I’m truly saddened to leave this review, as this has always been my favorite location. I understand that unexpected things can happen, and my hope is that everything is okay with your staff. However, I arrived in your parking lot this morning around 7:26 AM, knowing the store opens at 7:30 AM. I planned to quickly run in and grab what I needed before heading to work. By 7:30, two other cars had joined me in waiting. Unfortunately, no one opened the store. I waited as long as I could and even tried calling the store in case someone was in the back and had lost track of time. Ultimately, I had to leave at 7:36 AM to make it to work. While I sincerely hope your team is safe and well, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience—especially from a location I’ve come to trust and enjoy.

I’m not a car savvy person and it just happened to be Sunday when a message popped up on my car saying to check the engine oil. The staff were so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Andres helped look up my car and log the issues. Then handed it over to Josh to assist with what oil I needed, how much I need, and to help fill the oil in the car. I asked what-if questions and he provided an answer to all of them. Overall so helpful and friendly, I’ll definitely come back to this store!

I went in to get a simple blinker light for my vehicle. I grew up working on cars and trucks with my Grandpa and Dad. So I also wanted to browse a bit. It had been a long time since I visited an autozone The employees were very friendly and eager to help. Unfortunately they didn't let me be. Meaning I couldn't just browse. Also, they seemed to laugh at me when I said I was in for a blinker light (as the lights were in the front and I was in the back). When I decided to give up on buying anything else, as I wasn't being allowed to just look. I was handed a blinker light and told it's the correct one for my vehicle. I was told they ran my license plate and found the light I needed. This is the reason for my 2 stars. Total invasion of privacy! Plus, how do they know the vehicle I am driving is the vehicle that needs a bulb!? The light they handed me was not the correct one. I said so and told the gentleman the model #. Unfortunately they were out of stock. So I left.... feeling frustrated and creeped out. Swing and a miss with this place. I won't be returning.

I paid $12 for an expedited part! The guy ordered the wrong part and when I went back to return it James was very rude yelling saying that the guy only ordered what the system told him to... refusing to give me free shipping for the correct part or arefund... I will be back to speak with the store manager Arton...

They were great! I called ahead to ask if they change the car battery or I just buy one and do it myself. He mentioned they can do it for a few bucks. Very convenient for me. Not having any tools in my car. Overall it was a great experience. Battery purchased and changed with 20 mins. The guys were great. Would recommend going here for battery service!

This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. There are young guys there that can’t even jump a car. Young Hispanic guy literally can not give u any information on anything he relies on everyone else around him. Went in today after speaking with them by phone about my battery for the fourth time and all I needed to buy was a battery he was confused at what battery my car needed so he asked me to pop my hood. He then struggled to determine the battery even after looking at it closely, reading the label on the battery, and even taking a picture with his phone. Out of frustration I said don’t they train you all on this stuff he replied no. We then went to the wall of batteries and all he did was read labels… completely clueless. I asked for a manager who was more helpful but a lot of these people are not qualified and I’m confused and concerned by their lack of knowledge and expertise. They have to do better and hire better people. 30 mins to help me with a battery is unacceptable on every level! This same young man couldn’t even jump my car a week ago and relied on his co worker to do it. He is often playing around and taking his very sweet time to provide service to customers . I’m disgusted with this location!

I’m a walking stereotype when it comes to my car (blonde, a girl, literally not a clue about how things work). I brought my key fob in because the battery died. They were so kind and quick, and they changed it for me! I’m sure they were laughing a little internally but I really did appreciate their service. Nothing but kind and respectful. If I ever need anything for my car, I’ll be back!

Pretty great customer service. I ordered a battery and picked it up. they even installed it pretty quick. in an out in 5 min. Do not remember the name of the person who helped me but both employee in the store were pretty good and personable.

I stopped in to purchase a engine filter for my Honda CRV yesterday. James quickly found the filter I needed and came outside with me, removed the old filter and installed the new one. What seemed easy for him would have taken me the rest of the day using YouTube. What an amazing guy and a model employee. Thank you, James. PS. I came back to the store today and purchased Rainex but James wasn’t working. I’m definitely a loyal customer now.

Josh, the AutoZone employee that helped with headlight change and the code reader for the lights on my dash. He was pleasant, informative, professional, and well mannered. The store is organized, clean, well staffed ( I saw 4 employees there), well stocked with diverse selection. The prices are reasonable. Ask for Josh when you go!

Yesterday, I received some outstanding service from Bianca W. I went to buy some wipers for my SUV and had a question. The store wasn't busy so she asked me if I needed some help installing them. Not only did she install them in about 2 minutes, she showed me how to do it (and was super nice about it).

Walked in and waited 10 minutes for help. Anthony, whom I'm taking was the manager, since he was wearing a different colored shirt than the regular employees, was on the phone the whole time dismissing customers because his personal phone calls were too important to do while on the job. Eventually he just walked outside to continue talking on his cell. When I was finally helped, the kid working there brought me the more expensive item and told me that "prices online are probably wrong" when I can get it delivered home same day for the price listed, no coupon needed. The employees friends or coworkers not on shift kept walking around the place with helmets on, pushing people out the way like they owned the whole front desk. Go to advance auto zone, prices are better and they have better employees
