I tried to get my tire patched here and also take a screw out. I brought it in for them to inspect to which they gave me this whole scientific explanation as to why they couldn’t do the patch. Mind you I was trying to get the patch, not a tire plug fix. I ended up going to Mr. Tire in Gaithersburg, they patched it with no hassle and did a great job. 2 weeks with no problems. I’m not sure why this place did not want to fix my tire.. maybe just lazy? Would not recommend this place for tire fixes.
I was driving from Just outside Richmond, Va. to Pittsburgh, Pa. today hauling a 20 ft. trailer. I had a blowout of one of my trailer tires. Searched for trailer tires and Drive Thru was the closest. I got there and in less than 30 minutes I had 2 new tires and I was out the door! I can't support this team here enough! Great JOB!!

Excelent service for my tires, alignment, etc. I just came back to get brakes done, and they again have outdone themselves. Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me every step of the way.
I called Drive Thru Tire after puncturing one of my run flat tires and was desperate to find a place with my tires and a fast turnaround time. They let me bring my car in at 5 PM and let me know the tires would be delivered first thing the next morning, and my car would be ready next day. They suggested a more affordable tire with the same specs and answered all of my questions! The quote I was given over the phone was what I paid at checkout, exactly 1/3 what I’ve paid at the BMW dealership. Customer forward, friendly, and quick. My car was ready by 11 AM the next morning. I could not recommend them enough! Thank you guys!
I had a five star experience with Drive Thru Tire after being recommended to them by Hanagans in Gaithersburg which is another honest auto shop I've been going to for almost 10 years now.
My tire pressure light came on so Kevin Hanagan recommended I see Ian at Drive Thru Tire.
Ian and the crew looked at my tire and filled it with air and showed me how the sensors were working. They did all this free of charge. A dishonest auto shop could have easily said I need new tires but that's not how Drive Thru Tire operates.

Could not recommend this place more!! Tires are reasonably priced and the service is professional and quite fast. The staff are great guys, very friendly and knowledgeable. This is one of the few places in Germantown where you're not aggressively upsold on stuff you don't immediately need. They also fixed a clog in my washer fluid lines free of charge (thank you Ian!) I never write reviews but my experience here was so great that I'll definitely recommend them to anyone looking for auto services in the area. Thanks again to Ian, Shaun and Jake
In my opinion probably one of the best tire shop in Germantown. I've been to several too but they're extremely friendly, professional and very timely. I highly recommend them for any tire/wheel service you need.
Also, this can't be said enough but they're not here to simply take your money. They recommended patches when it makes sense, and on many occasions recommended I don't change my tire yet since the tread life is still good.
Give these guys a shot.
These guys do professional grade work, got TPMS and balancing service done relatively quick. Competitive prices, excellent customer service, and part of the Hanagan's group. That's all I need know.
I've had two cars serviced by this team. They go above and beyond on their service! We brought one car in for tires and asked them if they didn't mind to look at the brake light as we recently replaced it but it was cutting in and out. They looked at it and was able to fix for us at no additional charge as it was a minor fix. Brought car in for brake pads/rotors. Ian, the mechanic I worked with is great. He gave me a full analysis of my brakes and what to do and why to do it. There was no trying to upsell me on anything I didn't need. I highly recommend this shop!
I noticed a nail in my tire, and originally, I was planning to go to Costco. However, according to Costco's tire website, it would have taken 5-10 business days.
I visited Drive Thru Tire, and they were able to order my new tires and replace the old ones on the same day. I came by at around 4pm, and they replaced the older tires (and they also found a nail in another tire, which they patched). They had me out in about an hour! And they also rotated my tires for free!
With Costco, you might also have to pick from many different kinds of tires. I like how Drive Thru Tires basically just gave me a price and replaced my tires with something approximately equivalent. No needing to choose from a list of many options.
Overall, this was a 5-star experience in my book. Costco is great, but these guys solved my problem and got me going on the same day for maybe ~25% less than Costco. Thank you!
I noticed a vibration in my car after service at a different shop. I brought it to Drive Thru, where John and the team noticed a cracked wheel and worked to find me a replacement, remounted, and rebalanced. Great service and fully transparent throughout the process.
Stopped by the Drive Thru Tire shop to get a tire repaired. John at the front desk was very helpful. He explained to me the cost and what they could do to repair the tire. He took my car into the shop and got the repair work started. While I was waiting I asked if they could replace the spark plugs on my car, he said they could and explain the procedure, he gave me a written estimate. He said if I wanted to have it done today, he could. After I gave him the ok to do the work. The entire job, repairing the tire and mounting it back on the car and replacing the spark plugs took less than an hour and a half. The whole team did a great job, I would highly recommend this shop for any tire work or minor mechanical work on your vehicle. Great customer service and quality work was done on my car.
Excellent service with reasonable prices. They installed new wheels/ balanced the tires on my C6 corvette. Got the whole job done fast. I recommend Drive Thru Tire!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Purchased tires and after 5 months tire were at the wear indicator already. They had 50,000 miles warranty and which I only drove less than 5,000 miles and was told tread was worn down due to aggressive driving which is not true and warranty was not granted. What a waste of money and time dealing with these people. Will NOT give them anymore of my business. The warranty they give is a joke!!! BE AWARE

Going to the tire shop may not the most pleasant activity, but this place gets as close to it as it possibly can. If you are within driving distance and need tires or service - go here and you will not be dissapointed.

This place is officially the ONLY place I will go to have my tires worked on.
First things first. Don’t be alarmed, but this place is drive-thru in name, but not in practice. You have to get out of your car and wait. Which isn’t as problem because they are super quick.
If you’re anything like me you always feel like going to a place where they work on your car is just an opportunity to be scanned out of hundreds if not thousands. NOT THE CASE WITH THIS PLACE. I went in for a flat tire with a really slow leak and they found the teeny tiny nail and fixed it and I was on my way in 30 minutes. Would highly recommend them any day.
At Drive-thru tire you’re very likely to get really great quality service, knowledgeable staff that is happy to educate you on what you need, and educate you on your options, not forcing the most expensive option in you, if make you feel bad about your choice.

Came here to get my tire balanced and to check for a slowly I think I have but they were backed up for another two or three hours so I could not use this service however I must say that the gentleman the counter was eager to try to fit me in even though there was a truck and a passenger tire replacement in front of me but breeding the reviews and experiencing how the matter is I'm towards their customers upon greetings and trying to get things scheduled has me believing this is the tire shop to come to when you are in georgetown. Returned to Drive Thru Tire to explore slow tire leak. Ian and Lucas found the cause within ten minutes. Fixed!

So I woke up this morning with a nail in my tire I went to a tire place close to me and they didn’t even check my tire nothing. So I came to this place and they were actually really nice really knowledgeable and had great customer service I definitely recommend them.

These guys were fantastic! We stopped at the 7-Eleven close by and realized we had a hole in our tire and the other places I called couldn't get us in and out quickly being as how we were on a long journey to Maine and when I called in and told them our situation and where we were located he said yeah get it here and we will make it happen and that they did we were in and out within about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys they were even very accepting of our dogs also.
I found Drive Thru Tire on google and due to their 4.9 stars and reviews, I decided to purchase 4 tires and have them install them. I must say the service was terrific. I would definitely recommend them if you need this type of service.
I busted tires and wheels on my car. Called Drive Thru for help. Ian and team have been completely invested in easing my pain. Crushing tires was not in our household budget. Drive Thru have gone hard to minimizing the financial hit.

I got a flat tire during a long trip and I was very lucky to find this place. They have a huge selection of tires, so finding the right size was not a problem at all. I was back on the road in about 30 minutes. Great customer service too! If I was local, I would absolutely come here again. Highly recommend it.
Stopped by to get a mail removed from tire and a patch. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pulled my truck in immediately and started the repair. Quick service and great price. Will be back for tires in the future. Earned a new customer today. Well Done!
Hubby and I stopped in here today with no knowledge whatsoever about purchasing and having our tire changed. Ian is amazing, very friendly and informative. They worked really quickly changed our tire and had us out of there in 30 minutes or less. We definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future.
