Worst time management ever. Can’t deliver what they promised. Pls do not go there if u have urgent request. They will turn u down in last minute. Ask to wait until almost closing hours then will told come bk in next day. If I have choice to chose negative i will chose negative 5 all the way
Went here Monday for new tires 10/13/25. Front desk guy great follow up called me back timely he took good care of me. But the mechanics scratched the Heck out of my rims scratching the paint off of my 12k rims. Each rim is 3k and they scratched each one, trying to remove the tire or what ever have you. Horrible service horrible place to get your tires done. They even removed the wieghts that were on the rim like why did they do that not something I asked for them to do.

I had received a faulty battery from another store, thankfully I came across NTB in Germantown. They were able to sort me and give a more efficient battery for my vehicle immediately. Special thanks and gratitude to Eddy and his team who showed me proper attention in a time of need.
Had some worn pads....., they sent me home with a bigger problem than I drove in with. They broke the caliper and brake line, sent me on my way without fixing the problem they created, didn't test the pads/rotor replacement, and left me with no brake fluid and failing brakes. An absolute disgrace! Thankful I wasn't hurt and that I didn't hurt anyone! (Manual transmission FTW)
The Frederick location has some integrity and didn't charge for the fix; they did however strand me in Frederick without a call or my keys before closing up for the night..... still waiting for a response (and refund) from Germantown....
Worst of the worst places I've been to for a simple 1 valve stem replacement: Dropped off my car before 1pm for a 1pm appt, never rcvd a call for an update. I arrived 515p at the shop and they just took the car at 530pm!!!!! Technician said they took the wrong car first??? That's BS!!!! This will be the last time I'm bringing my car at any ntb. The service should be free for the extreme inconvenience ntb had provided. I will 100% definitely recommend this place to the people i don't like.
I had an excellent experience at this store thanks to Kassa. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through different tire options without any pressure. I appreciated how she explained everything clearly and made sure I choose what fit my needs best. The whole process was quick and smooth. If you are coming here, definitely ask for Kassa’s-outstanding service.
Steve and the guys in the shop are very honest with the work and address what is actually wrong with your vehicle issue. They only had two mechanics working on my day I brought it in and the one that worked on my vehicle actually took the time to get the job done right. The detail to attention far surpassed many mechanics I have interacted with.
When approached to the establishment Mr. Steve was really helpful despite the place was full he was able to help me. I was able to replace my tire and it was all because they were professionals, I really recommend this place if you ever need tires ASAP. Good People.

I called in to ask about getting a new tire and they said they could get me in at 11 and it would be quick so I said great I’ll be there. I get there at 11 and they again told me it would be quick. I mean it’s literally a tire change that takes 2 minutes and I should’ve just bought the tire and changed it myself. I sat there for three freaking hours. I was late to work and wasted so much time. I rushed out of the door to make this appointment and I understand if things run behind but there was zero communication. Another lady was telling me how she had been waiting over four hours for a tire change as well and she got there at 8am when they opened. She was so frustrated. Like Is this a joke? I seriously don’t understand how this can happen. If they couldn’t do my car until 1:30pm then why didn’t they tell me to come in then. That’s the whole point of an appointment. They also told me I could get a discount then they tried to change the price on me wayyy higher when I went to pay. I got a new battery not too long ago and I take great care of my car and they tried to scam me saying my battery was old and I needed a new one. I didn’t even ask for them to run a diagnostics and they tried to charge me for that too. They gave so much attitude for me simply asking what it was taking so long. Never again.
Brought my car to NTB Germantown on a Sunday (my only day off) to have a tire repaired. They fit me into the schedule no problem and repaired a tire which another shop (Pep Boys Germantown) told me was not repairable…only replaceable.

Great service - the manager Kassa was awesome and the service techs well trained and professional. They were knowledgeable, very nice, and very helpful. They all deserve double pay for working on Sunday. And a bonus for running the Gernantown NTB store like a business should be - making each person a return customer.

Came from North Carolina, I had a rental from enterprise mind y’all just getting off third shift. Mr. Steve took my information. In I got a chance to go to the hotel to get some rest before leaving Baltimore to return back home. Mr Steve was great no attitude, understanding about me needing to rest and being quick with the service to be able to get back home at a decent time. Thanks again Mr Steve.

I called in to price a tire and because of Kassandra’s professionalism and upbeat tone on the phone I went ahead and came in! Eddy provided that same professional service at the desk! They both handled my service with excellence. They completed the installation within the hour and I had a great experience! Gonna be back for an alignment! I didn’t even know you can get free service checks for brakes, alignment and battery!!!

NTB does not just install tires, they will also help you trick out your ride if you are into tuner car culture and they still shows the same care Engrade customer service. Highly recommended if you have some custom wheels that need to be installed

This was my first ever visit to a tire & battery service shop and it was a wonderful experience overall, so smooth and easy. I visited to get a replacement for one the tires of my vehicle, as it got damaged from some collision.
The staff was super supportive and helpful in making me understand about the charges, the process and the available options and overall it was great. I definitely recommend this shop and would be coming here in case I feel any issue in tires or batteries. They even did complementary checks to some of the key parts if everything is working fine in the vehicle.
