JJ car care center did a belt and brake change for me on my squeaking 2012 subaru outback. The car has been amazing to drive again, and I wasn't charged nearly as much as the Subaru dealer or other local shops were asking. I will 100% use JJ car care center going forward. It's a great shop.

Called today to make an appointment and the nice lady on the phone said none needed come on down. My MD inspection was done professionally and quickly. I was in and out not even 60 minutes. Will be back next year.

JJ Car Care Center fixed my issue with my brakes (needed new pads and a brake fluid leak issue fixed) and they did a great job. They have a good team here and the prices were fair. My impression is that this is an honest auto shop with honest mechanics. I will be back

JJ was very friendly and was able to get my walk-in state inspection completed same day despite arriving quite late in the day. He stayed past his normal close to get it done. The pricing also seems to be extremely competitive compared to the rest of the market. Will be using him again in the future.

I had such a wonderful experience at JJ Car Care Center! The owner, Jahanzeb, was incredibly kind and genuinely caring. The lady who greeted me when I walked in was also so warm and welcoming, and it immediately set the tone for my visit. Their customer service was truly above and beyond. Every time I spoke with them, they gave me their full attention and made me feel like my car and I mattered. The quality of their work matched their character: thorough, detailed, and professional. I came in for a car inspection and left impressed enough to recommend them to everyone I know. In fact, my husband is bringing his car in tomorrow for the same service. Their prices are very fair, honestly better than a lot of competitors, and the clean, organized shop gives off such a welcoming vibe. If you want honest, hardworking people who truly care about you and your car, this is the place. 10/10 money well spent. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I stopped by due to a minor body issue with my car - one of the panels had come partially unsnapped, and asked for advice. The owner helped pop the panel back in correctly, and didn't charge me anything! He was friendly and good-natured about it (I'm clueless about cars). I would definitely come back here if I need real work done!

I came here for my state inspection because of the wonderful reviews. My experience was great. Extremely warm and friendly woman working in the gas station register area. The mechanic, JJ, was so nice and got the work done right away. I expected to leave and come back hours later, but he said 45 minutes, and that was the time it took. The price was comparable/better then the local shops.I will go back for any work I need done.

Took my 2020 Honda Accord to JJ’s workshop and had a great experience! JJ is a genuinely nice guy — honest, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. He took the time to explain what was going on with my car and didn’t try to push any unnecessary repairs. The work was done professionally and on time, and the pricing was fair. You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. It’s hard to find trustworthy mechanics these days, but JJ and his team have definitely earned my trust. I moved to Maryland and had to get my state safety inspection done on my car (I had no idea this was a requirement in the state of maryland!). I looked up a few places, and decided to come to JJ after reading reviews. Wow, I highly recommend JJ. I didn't have to make an appointment (unlike other place I called where they were very strict with appointment times), they told me to just come on by, which I did. I dropped off my car and came back to pick up my car--my car passed! JJ is honest and very helpful with any questions you have. If you need a place to get your car inspected, think no more and I can't recommend JJ high enough!

JJ is a great man and extraordinary car mechanics. Honest and decent guy. I was in trouble when my car stopped suddenly. I called JJ and he has been waiting me to come, despite I arrived with towing service after the regular working time. He helped me a lot. I have only word of appreciation for him. Such respect for customers is outstanding professionalism.

Thank you very much for fast MD state inspection today. I was searching and searching where to go because the price varies and I was confused which gas station or which body shop is good and not expensive…(Because DC was so simple) I called few days before and asked for appointment but the owner? said first come first served. I just drove this morning and took less than an hour, just waited at the Starbucks across the street. Cost was much less than other places I called. My car is brand new(the inspection fee was $96)so it’s maybe different in each car’s years and condition. Just simple and fast. If you are like me, who recently changed car from other state and told to go to vehicle inspection, and don’t know what to do-go to JJ! Super recommend.

They did a difficult job on my Mitsubishi Outlander that included putting a lift kit front and rear with excellent results. The charges were very reasonable. They were good to work with. Good discussions. Very kind people. Highly recommended.

I have not had any actual work done - just an inspection and another time they topped up air in my tires for free - but when I do need that, I am coming here, seeing as how customer-focused they are. They are always busy - that's a great sign if you know what I mean! (people like coming here:-)

I have a 2014 Jeep Wrangler that I am extremely protective of. My wife met JJ one winters day when her car wouldn’t start and he helped her without asking for any money. She made me promise that the next time I needed my Jeep serviced, I would give this shop the business. She was really impressed with his professionalism and customer service. Anyway. I had been playing with the idea of installing new shocks, that I had purchased, on my Jeep myself but never really had the time. So… I brought it to them early one Saturday. Long story short, they not only did a fantastic job, they did it as efficiently as I have ever seen. Not only that but they also pointed out that I needed new brake pads. I know, I know, upsell right. NOPE. These things were shot. I checked. Strange that I didn’t feel anything but trust me, they were gone. I have pictures. (Take a look) They put high quality pads on my ride and they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. My opinion… “Great service. Great work. Honest pricing. Genuine guys.”
