Rude front desk. I walked in and they didnt greet me at all. The moment when I walked into another room they asked what I was doing rudely. And I expressed I was just trying to find a place to read and study. And then they didn’t acknowledge me. Then a man behind me walked in and they were super kind to him. I found that rude so I walked out. What’s the point of being front desk if you’re not going to greet anyone

Beautiful reading room. They receive daily The Washington Post, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal. Free WiFi is available. Local residents pay a tax which funds this place, which has many good activities. There is also a lovely fountain outside and many benches. It is a nice place to sit and relax, indoors and outdoors.

The "man" who "helped" me was so standoffish and borderline rude, and the other woman in reception barely said good morning. I avoid going in due to that bad experience since who wants to be treated so rudely by such unfriendly people.

Nice place to hang out on the weekend. Front desk staffs mostly amazingly strong. There are 98, 90 and 86 year young ladies working here..Come see for yourself ?

They have the most phenomenal reading room ever. The people was super nice

A lovely little fountain and sitting area with a nonetheless socioeconomically off-putting statue of a cop at the entrance.

Cool little place to sit and relax when their aren't a bunch of screaming kids. Bunch of benches and ton of squirrels.
