If you want good customer service and your car fixed on time don’t go here. About 2 weeks ago my mother and I dropped my vehicle off to be fixed. Had a dent in the front left fender and scratches on the wheel from an accident I was in about a year ago. The lady at the front desk had gone over the estimate with us and told us that the fix would be 4-5 days. We hadn’t heard back from them at the time it was supposed to be fixed and we didn’t find out it would take another nearly 6 days to fix it until WE called. My dad and I just picked up the car today and we didn’t find out until getting it back today that they “couldn’t fix the wheel”. And when my father told the lady at the front desk about wheel not being fixed she went straight to blaming my mother and saying that my mother “didn’t want it fixed” even though we went over the fix and the estimate with the woman in person at the front desk. The owner is nice and my front fender is fixed right and they did detail my car on the inside however the customer service really affects my rating on this shop.
Two years ago we sent my car to Rays after an accident. they did not fix it correctly the first time and it had to get sent back. Here we are TWO YEARS LATER and we find that the current issue i’m having is because of their poor work and lack of care to properly fix my car. Another grand down the hole because my car wasn’t fixed properly even the second time.
One of the best body shops I have ever used. Very professional staff.. Not to mention the office smelt amazing. Thank you for cleaning my car and making it look so nice after repairing! You guys are awesome Sauce!
Someone hit my new Silverado As it was parked in front of my house, it broke my heart seeing my truck like that . I thought it would never look right again, but I picked it up on Thursday and I couldn’t even tell that anything had happened to my truck. It looks great. It runs great. I am totally satisfied beyond belief if you’re as picky as I am, don’t be scared to take your vehicle there for repairs.
This is the only place that we take our vehicles for body work repairs. We only recommend this place to friends, family, and co-workers for body work repairs!!
Absolutely fantastic experience! Everyone was very friendly and understanding, explaining the process clearly to me. They kept me updated on my car's progress (as I had requested) while I was out of town. My vehicle ended up being completed one day prior to it's scheduled completion. Will definitely be going back.
Took a full week longer than promised, and wouldn't release the vehicle while waiting for the supplemental check from the insurance company. I offered to write a check myself to cover the full cost and was told it would have to be a certified check and if you want to pay by CC there is a 3.5% surcharge. Very difficult to work with. Have a take it or leave it attitude. The side mirror they replaced with the blind spot indicator is less then half as bright as the original. They told me there is nothing they can do about it because it is probably because they used an aftermarket part, Definitely don't recommend and wouldn't use them again.
Regret taking my GT 500. They ruined the value of my car.
. Both owners Are very unprofessional and do not know how to treat a customer. The pictures say it all . They Tell me that's the best they can do.
Make sure if you ask for 2 estimates at the same time you reiterate they are to be separate because if you dont they will do one 1 estimate for X and another estimate for Y but put both issues on it (which apparently cancels out the first estimate) and hand you both so you assume its 2 separate estimates. When you make an appointment and say i want X fixed they see the most expensive estimate in the system and fix that without calling you to confirm which estimate they are to work off of (because again apparently the cheaper estimate gets canceled out and they only see the expensive one.) Which was wayyyyy over what estimate X was for and what I needed fixed and had no choice but to pay it. I've been going there for years and have had my truck there a lot with no issues until now, and I'm not sure if I'll be back. If i do, i will be recording all conversations.
I have nothing but incredible things to say about this place. Their customer service is top notch, as is the quality of their work. 10/10 - would recommended to anyone and would certainly use again in the future.

They have always done excellent work on all my family's vehicles. Never had to argue with them about something not fixed right, it's always done right.
Locally owned, friendly staff, Everyone there is a pro in their field and they know what their doing. They also have reasonable prices for professional services.

They repared the hood on my Mini Cooper after a minor collision. The repair took a day longer than their estimate, but the estimated price was spot on.
I'm quite pleased with their work, and the paint matches quite well.
Did an awesome job on some body work and painting I needed done,They actually do body work not just exchange body parts like other shops I've been too suggested .The experience and detail is definitely there and at a reasonable price
