Great work for a great price. Got my gooseneck equipment trailer brakes working in under one day. Lucas is super nice, and did exactly what I asked. He's worth hiring for the job that you need done!!!!!

I was traveling on my way to DC and my car had a problem and it was already quite late, we contacted them and they were very friendly and managed to fix the problem very quickly. I thought the price was fair and they were always very friendly.

We dropped in during a road trip when our A/C stopped working. The quickly diagnosed the problem. When we decided to delay the repair, they didn’t charge us anything. They were very helpful and friendly.
Last night, we found ourselves stuck on the side of the road with a hazmat load at 10:30 at night in the middle of nowhere Maryland off I-68 with a fuel issue. My husband called McKenzie's for assistance and even though they were just sitting down for dinner, Lucas and Destiny said they could be to our location within 30 minutes. Upon arrival, they got us going very quickly AND at a very reasonable cost! Most places would have taken advantage of our dire situation and charged double for this type of after-hours call out. Great customer service from Destiny! Lucas went to see our truck afterhours, ordered the part and got him back on the road before 9am in the morning. They both offered to take our driver to the hotel, very nice people!
Awesome service with a kind heart…my daughter was traveling from Richmond, Va to Pittsburgh on 68. She got caught in a snow storm. Spun out and hit a guard rail. Incurred damage to front wheel well/driver door. We wanted to make sure it was safe to drive. Destiny got us in asap and Lucas checked it out free of charge. Just need to tie the bumper up so it wouldn’t hit the tire while driving. He even made it so my daughter could open the driver side door. Not many kind people out there these days. I’d be a regular customer if I lived in the area😊

We broke down on the way to DC and we were over 100 miles from our house. They got us in as quickly as possible and basically saved our vacation in under an hour. They were extremely reasonable and very friendly. We would recommend them to anyone.
