Sweet buds is the only spot I go to and always my bud tender today was Ricky 3 and he was awesome! I’m glad sweetbuds always has budtenders that care thanks again Ricky 3 and thank you sweetbuds family. Highly recommend if you are looking for great quality bud/etc.
First time experience was great. Did curbside pickup which was convenient due to being a stay-at-home mom. With only having a few people waiting ahead of me, the wait was less than 15 minutes. I was assisted by Jacob who turned out to be a positive presence, a friendly face and an attentive employee. Looking forward to going back!

Big selection and I typically have a good experience here, only drawbacks are the small waiting room when it's busy and some of their prices can be higher than other places in the area, district cannabis for example is much more expensive here with some strains being $50 an eighth which is absolutely ridiculous for district product. They do have some pretty good sales throughout the week.
Ricky 3 was my budtender today and he gave me a great vibe feeling and very welcoming. He was very knowledgeable with the product, was patient and super speedy with the labels! Thanks Ricky you’re the man!

The dispensary itself is such a vibe great products and a overall nice layout, I wanted to leave 5 stars BUT there is this 1 bud tender there a white guy I didn’t get his name because how fast I was trying to get my product and leave but he was very unprofessional and mean basically rushed me out of the store, act as if he didn’t want to service me I didn’t get to see all products I was prepared to spend way more than I did being I’ve never visited Maryland dispensaries before he worked the first register walking into the store at the time around 2-4:00 pm on 10/4/25 I wished I had went to the girl next to him she was so kind and informative he just made my experience terrible I WILL NOT RETURN
Christin was very helpful; The item I had purchased was already gone by the time I arrived. He was more than willing to take the time to go through products with me and help me pick one within budget and with the desired effects. Staff member was very knowledgable and helpful.
This place is always my favorite dispensary in Maryland! Great staff, efficient wait system, great prices, awesome products. Today and the last couple visits Nicolas assisted me and he is always great to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and he doesn’t forget a regular!

I must say it is relieving & healing- to know that I can walk into a store & feel good about my health & my mental health with the wonderful cannabis products available today! Ricky was awesome, he was extremely knowledgeable and also very quick, which was nice.... that was my first visit but certainly will not be my last. Everybody there was friendly and eager to help - Ricky helped make the experience that much better...
Although I have found, in a very limited number of visits, that everyone employed at Sweet Buds is kind and efficient but Jacob takes it to another level!
Exceptionally great service and endlessly knowledgeable, Jacob demonstrated that he would do absolutely anything to make sure I left that store with exactly what I needed!

My favorite dispensary ever! Unfortunately I moved so it's no longer convenient, but every once in awhile I mosey on over. Everyone is just so nice and their prices are great, curbside pickup. No complaints

My first visit to Sweetbuds was a positive experience. Hailey, sales associate, was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The business runs smoothly and the facility is very clean. My first but not my last visit.
A lot of the male workers have bad customer service accompanied by nasty attitudes. It doesn’t matter if it’s in person or over the phone. They always have bad attitudes. Even when I say, thank you, have a nice day, they have nothing to say. Definitely bad for business. The owner should consider customer service training or hiring people who are professional and welcoming!
It’s two men in particular that I’m speaking of. If I knew their names, I would mention them.
Hopefully this message is taken seriously. I really enjoy coming to Sweet buds, but if I have to be serviced by those gentlemen, I walk out. Thank you for your time and hopefully things will change for the better in the future.
Antonio was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. He answered all my questions, was friendly and helped me pick out a few additional products while keeping me informed about what I was buying and how it would work.

This is my first time at Sweetbuds dispensary and it was a great experience, not only they had my medical preferred tinctures but all the staff was respectful, kind, very friendly and helpful.
Johnny was the associate that helped me today and he was outstanding, I asked a few questions that he wasn’t sure about it, he immediately called for the doctors assistance, it was awesome to have such a supportive group at hand. This will be my go to dispensary from now on!
Sweet Buds is a bit smaller than some other dispensaries, but they keep it movin'! The entire inside of the facility is really clean and beautiful! The budtenders are extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable, which can be hard to find these days!

Best dispensary in Frederick area. Never thought I’d find one as good as the one I used to go to in Baltimore, after moving here, but I have. Highly recommend. Hailey is awesome if you get her.
Such a good and easy place. It’s always neat, relaxed, and the people are extremely helpful. They have a good selection of carts, flower, and edibles. I highly recommend these folks. Also, to show your appreciation, there’s a little jar to the right or left of the register, throw a little something in there, they will be very appreciative.
I love coming to Sweet buds dispensary it’s always a good experience here Antonio is an awesome person that anyone would be lucky to have as their employee. He is so knowledgeable so friendly and caring about all of his guests. he really knows what he’s talking about!
I have been coming here over a year now and will probably still stop in, but after my visit today I am perturbed and have to make a comment. The selection here is wonderful, the security guards are welcoming and friendly, and MOST of the budtenders are knowledgeable and good at their job. Sometimes service does feel rushed but it does get busy in there at times.
The problem I have from recent visits, and particularly today, is with a budtender named Nick. He has waited on me before and has a kind of curt, cocky attitude that I previously ignored. He makes it apparent with his demeanor that he doesn’t like his job and doesn’t want to be there. He comes off grumpy and condescending.
Today he tried rushing me through service again. He barely offered help/suggestions and literally SCOFFED at me when I told him I hadn’t heard of a particular brand (sorry I’m not an industry expert?). While checking me out I inquired about my points/using them and this agitated him further and resulted in some incoherent explanation from him about pricing/discounts and me giving up and just paying full price. While printing my receipt out he could see my frustration and eyes rolling and tried to turn back his behavior by calmly suggesting I come back “mid week” when other brands will be in. At this point it was too late and I just wanted to get out of there.
I apologize for the length of this review. However, when I spend thousands of dollars somewhere, I expect decent service that isn’t rushed from people that are actually happy to be working.
Today, was the first day at Sweet buds dispensary. It was a great experience.The staff greeted me at the door and made me very comfortable. Leah was my budtender. I told her what I was looking for and she went in and got several things for me to choose. and I bought all of them. great prices, first time discounts. I am very pleased and will be going back.
Andrea was great! I walked in, I told her what I was looking for, she had perfect suggestions, and I was out in minutes. Can't be that kind of service! Look forward to returning.
Shoutout to Christin for making my first visit quick and easy! I frequented another local dispensary but I will definitely be making SweetBuds my go-to location now. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained the products well. They didn’t have what I wanted but he was able to easily find something similar. Very discreet establishment and all the staff were pleasant. Highly recommend!
