My agent was Brock, he made me aware of points I did not know I had. It was so funny because I go to two dispensaries and Sweetbuds is my favorite, but I had points with Rise but still chose to come to Sweetbuds. On my way there I literally said to my husband I really wish Sweetbuds had rewards like Rise. Well we get there and he informs me that they indeed DO!! I didn't even have to ask him. He just wanted to let me know because I didn't get anything that had a deal going. I GOT $50 OFF!! Obviously I left this experience happier than ever. I didn't even know there was a rewards program so now they just secured their spot as my #1 favorite.
Every time I visit Sweet Buds, the staff goes above and beyond to help me. I called, mid-migraine, and they patiently helped me through an online order issue I was having and made sure everything was in order before I arrived. I was still unwell so I chose curb side pick up. Corey assisted me and I truly appreciate how attentive he was, running in and out of the building several times when I needed to make adjustments to my order. Not to mention it is like 28 degrees outside right now. He never made me feel like I was asking to much, or being demanding. He was just kind and helpful, which was great because I was in so much pain I probably would have cried if he was even a little inpatient with me. Thanks Corey and Michael for all your help! I am home and no longer incredibly nauseous!
I enjoy this place. Their website is absolutely awful tho. It freezes and lags ALL the time. They should redo it. It doesnt match the rest of the experience at sweet buds. Ive been coming here for years now, I still dont understand why they havent improved the website.
My first time at Sweetbuds. Antonio was happy to state this is the only privately owned dispensary in Frederick. He is very knowledgeable about the products, listened to what I was looking for and helped me close exactly what I was looking for. I tried the gummies and pre rolls and was extremely happy with the product. Loved the shop, loved the product and loved Antonio.

This is a great retail establishment. Corey helped me get what I needed in an efficient and friendly manner. The entire shopping trip was completed in less than five minutes.

Darius was very helpful with my curbside pickup order. He was attentive and caught a duplicate order that was accidentally made. He not only confirmed to make sure it was a duplicate order he also took the extra step to void the order from his end.
My first visit at this location and was impressed with Steven. He was helpful and very pleasant to talk to. He even pointed out that since I spent over 100.00, I could get an 1/8th for 1.00!! Great deal. I'm a Veteran, and we discussed the Military and he even thanked me for my Service! I'd come back based on this amazing experience.
Love this place, I’ve been to many stores around the states. The staff was so nice and made the process easy. OG Ricky helped me and my Aunt yesterday! He was very knowledgeable and showed me many options and explained each product. It was a very fun and pleasant experience. And my aunts first time in a dispensary. Highly recommend, especially if you are from Texas and we have nothing like this.

My first time stopping into this establishment was simply amazing. Dimitri wss fantastic on helping me figure out what I needed and provided phenomenal service! He was very knowledgeable with everything, and he was more than happy to lead me in the right direction. Sweet buds is the only spot I go to and always my bud tender today was Ricky 3 and he was awesome! I’m glad sweetbuds always has budtenders that care thanks again Ricky 3 and thank you sweetbuds family. Highly recommend if you are looking for great quality bud/etc.
First time experience was great. Did curbside pickup which was convenient due to being a stay-at-home mom. With only having a few people waiting ahead of me, the wait was less than 15 minutes. I was assisted by Jacob who turned out to be a positive presence, a friendly face and an attentive employee. Looking forward to going back!

The dispensary itself is such a vibe great products and a overall nice layout, I wanted to leave 5 stars BUT there is this 1 bud tender there a white guy I didn’t get his name because how fast I was trying to get my product and leave but he was very unprofessional and mean basically rushed me out of the store, act as if he didn’t want to service me I didn’t get to see all products I was prepared to spend way more than I did being I’ve never visited Maryland dispensaries before he worked the first register walking into the store at the time around 2-4:00 pm on 10/4/25 I wished I had went to the girl next to him she was so kind and informative he just made my experience terrible I WILL NOT RETURN
Christin was very helpful; The item I had purchased was already gone by the time I arrived. He was more than willing to take the time to go through products with me and help me pick one within budget and with the desired effects. Staff member was very knowledgable and helpful.
This place is always my favorite dispensary in Maryland! Great staff, efficient wait system, great prices, awesome products. Today and the last couple visits Nicolas assisted me and he is always great to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and he doesn’t forget a regular!
