They are scam artists. Listed a car online for a good price. I called right before close to make sure the car was available as I'm from out of state. Exchanged contact info and let them know I would be there in the morning. Drove 8 hours the next day and arrived about an hour after they opened just for them to claim the car was sold the previous night. Best case scenario they were very inconsiderate and couldn't send me as much as a text to let me know before I drove out. Worst case scenario (what my gut tells me is the truth) they never had the car and completely lied about it and use these fake listings as a way to get people into there mediocre dealership in an attempt to upsell someone who doesn't want to waste the trip which is evident by everything else they had being a bad deal and not worth the money. Wanted to test drive one of there cars just for them to deny me the test drive because they didn't believe my pre approval to be legit. Just because they are trying to scam doesn't mean I am. I was a legit serious buyer and I'm happy to say I bought my car elsewhere and got a good deal on it.
Update in response to company's reply: I am 100% positive that this is the correct company. I will not reach out directly as they had their chance to be decent and provide good customer service while I was at auto choice llc in Fredrick Ma or prior to me arriving via a phone call or text. They chose to try their scheme on me instead. My phone number is not listened in this review so going through your phone record makes no sense. They don't take customer service seriously which is evident by the fact that they had me drive quite a distance for a car that "wasn't available" and then treated me like some kind of thief after arriving. If they actually cared about customer service the bare minimum would have been to shoot me a text when the car "sold"

Further more I think it is beyond obvious to anyone who actually reads the reviews to know that the vast majority of the positive ones are fake. Whatever you do do not buy from this company there are plenty of good dealers out there with good people working for them that are more than happy to sell you a car without the scams attached.

This is now the 4th family car I have purchased via Auto Choice. Alex is awesome and makes the process certain, fun, informative and low stress. I did not argue over price of the car, I said my one formula was just satisfy me you get a good car quickly for me. I am happy that Auto Choice exists, is serving their clients well.
Alex and George and the staff were amazing. The vehicle runs great and the financing I needed went off without issue. I am grateful for all their efforts. They addressed my concerns well and timely and it is clear they try to do their best with every customer.
They are friendly and the process was smooth but the owner himself is very dishonest. The car was cheap for the year and mileage, prompting me to ask "what's the catch?" He said there is no catch. The car was in a minor fender bender. They buy cheap at auctions and fix them up for sale. The car was fine, great condition. Turns out the car had a salvaged title. Starting making a noise that got louder and louder after leaving the lot. The dealer quoted me at 8,400 for impact damage on the catalytic converter and other parts. Long story short, he lied and the car didn't end up being cheap after the fixes. Be BERY CAREFUL, avoid buying here. Unless you have a mechanic and you think it's worth the fix.
Drove clear down to this place to look at a van. The guy ask me how I would pay if I bought. I said cash. He wouldn’t let me test drive till he seen a snap shot of my back account. I said no way. He was a real idiot who operates like that. Stay away from this place for sure.
Scammers, prices are all 800 more than listed. Asked for proof of funds before driving. After that rat race the car had every light on the dash on. Don’t waste your time here.
Inquired about a car, simply asked “George” about the title which I was told one thing but as soon as I asked for a reputable website to fact check, i never got a response. That should speak for itself if anyone is thinking about going through this place.

Auto Choice made purchasing my new vehicle easy, and they helped me every step of the way. They were patient with me and provided help with finding correct documentation and the best times to travel back and forth (I live an hour away in Baltimore). The Subaru I purchased is wonderful, it drives fantastic, and it has everything I was looking for, and more! I was lucky to find the Subaru I really wanted and lucky to find them to work with! Complete waste of time. All of their vehicles have rebuilt titles—they fix them up in the shop and flip them on the lot. I asked to test drive one, and Alex said I needed to show proof of funds first. He walked inside like he was getting the key, but never came back out. When I went in to follow up, he just started talking about the price. I asked to see the car’s history and a list of what they’d done to it, and he said only a manager could provide that. I wasn’t about to talk numbers without at least driving it or confirming there were no warning lights on the dash. They didn’t take me seriously at all, and Alex didn’t seem interested in selling the car in the first place.

My review pertains only to the experience of testing and shopping--I did not ultimately choose to purchase a vehicle from Auto Choice LLC. My wife and I visited Auto Choice last weekend. They were consummate professionals. They disclosed immediately that their cars are salvage titles that have been repaired. We test drove two cars. We ultimately decided to go another route, but not because of any red flags with the car we were considering and not because of any difficulty with the process of shopping for a car with Auto Choice.
Alex and his supervisor Anton were wonderful! We got a quality Subaru for a great price, we are very pleased. They made everything painless and explained what we needed to do to get the vehicle transferred to Pennsylvania. We will do business with them again.
We purchased a low mileage 2020 Chevy Trax from here for a fleet vehicle last year. Because of the extremely low mileage, we thought it was a good purchase. It saved us about seven thousand dollars from the cost of a brand new one. Unfortunately, it has been an absolute nightmare....
After reaching out to them for some repairs and being refused, we ended up paying multiple shops to fix all of the strage and random issues that kept happening.
We finally took it to an actual Chevrolet dealership to have it repaired. They told us that it was impossible to fix without replacing almost all of the internal components.
Apparently, the vehicle was in a flood or something, and all of the electrical systems are completely messed up beyond repair.
So we now have a 4 year old, $17,000 suv, with over $5,000 worth of repairs, and this pos lemon still does not have a working AC or heat, and the headlights and most electronics do not work....
These people were dishonest and underhanded... Do yourself a favor and avoid them in all costs!!!
Not really sure what kind of business they are running here but don’t plan on test driving anything unless you can show them your cash. I drove 10 hours across multiple states ready to spend 16,000 on a car they told me was available then ended up being sold a few hours before I arrived. They were unprofessional and told me I wasn’t able to test drive my 2 other choices unless I showed them directly how I would pay for it. I’ve been to multiple dealerships and 3rd party sellers but never have I been treated like a dollar sign. Very interesting and I will be sharing my experience with anyone who will listen about my first ever car buying experience. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

We are exceptionally content with the interaction and our new vehicle. I would energetically recommend Alex and Auto Choice. He removed every one of the issues from purchasing a vehicle. All I did was go in and sign the papers. He did all the wheeling and dealing for myself and got the value I needed. This was my MOST MEMORABLE TIME utilizing a representative yet I would rehash it the following time I want a vehicle.
