Crank-no start issue with my truck. I called AAA and Top US Towing came to my workplace and towed my truck to a shop 40 miles away. Travis is the man, great guy and he knew what he was doing with his eyes closed. I provided comic relief and really liked the newer truck they picked me up in. I'd absolutely recommend them and believe they are also opening an on-site repair facility in Hagerstown. Not that I want to break down and use them again, but they were fantastic :)

I was stranded in New Castle, Delaware, and honestly didn't expect a quick response since Top US Auto Care is based out of Frederick, Maryland. I was wrong. They arrived at the scene incredibly fast to rescue my 2015 Mazda 6.

Today.. Ali of Top US did a miracle for me. He got their truck to me in 15 minutes and the driver was not only competent/he was professional & Honest. To anyone in frederick who needs towing/battery jumping or replacement top should your 1st choice Call Ali for professional handling or Kenneth . If you are lucky, your driver will be Oscar They are affiliated with AAA/Geico & likely all road service companies
The call center is a mess. It took 5 hours, 6 calls, and 3 canceled trucks to get someone out there. They also take your payment information over the phone which is weird, and they charge you 50% if you need to cancel. It was $167 to tow my car a mile from my house. I think that is pretty steep? The person who actually came to tow my car was great. He was kind, efficient and got the car where it needed to go, hence two stars.
I sliced a tire while driving down 81 last night. I parked my car at the Valley Mall in Hagerstown. Not only did Travis get their way earlier than initially quoted, but he kept me updated every step of the way. He was also so incredibly thoughtful having a key drop envelope in his truck it saved me an hour of drive time not having to go to the garage. He even called to update me that the car was delivered. I was very impressed with their courteous and timely service. Will definitely use them again!
Nothing medium duty about this company, more like the Swift company of the towing. They just throw anyone in truck with a pulse, really don't know how the dude ties his shoes in the morning wouldn't give these guy a tow strap and pickup

Long story short. I called aaa and requested a tow. Waited for an hour to be called by the rudest tow guy ive ever had and he said he wont tow me and hung up on me. When i called aaa back to request another tow truck they had sent sal from top us towing. He got there in 30 minutes and was very nice and respectful. Got me back home with my car in no time.
Travis was wonderful, he got to us very timely and towed my mom’s car right to where we needed it. Very friendly and despite the circumstances, made the incident as smooth as it could be.
Today, Travis came to tow our car. He was a pleasure and made the process easy and completely painless. We couldn't have asked for more knowledgable, friendly and more helpful guy!

A Top U.S. driver practically saved my life today after my car stalled out in the second from the left lane in rush hour traffic on a hilly curve of I-695W. Despite stalling in the worst possible place and time, I was incredibly lucky that Hunter from Top U.S. was literally 3 or 4 cars behind me, immediately noticed I was in distress, and took action. He successfully navigated his truck in front of me and safely got me loaded on and out of traffic in a matter of minutes. I truly cannot express how grateful I was for his quick action, skill and professionalism. Great dude, great tow company--highly recommend.
Very unprofessional. I have called AAA several times and had these guys come out. There have been times when the driver has been so unsure about what they were doing they weren't able to unlock my vehicle and had to have another driver come out. This last time, I was told a driver would be out in 25 to 45 minutes. After waiting 50 minutes I called to ask when the driver would be arriving. I was told it would be another 26 minutes until the driver arrives. I told them to cancel my service call and called AAA back. AAA had another company come out and they were to my vehicle in less than 15 minutes.
Just had an incredible service from MAK. Incredibly professional and efficient. Took him 14 minutes from when I called to arriving on time to tow my car. If I could rate their services higher than 5 stars I would. Highly recommended and always ask for MAK.

I had a great experience with this auto and towing service. They arrived quickly to replace my tire, installed the spare with no issues, and even gave me helpful tips to make sure it lasts as long as possible.
After they left, my battery died from having the hazards on for too long, so I called them back. My tire was completely flat. I called AAA and they sent Lucky, from Top US Auto. I was notified about 20 minutes before Lucky arrived and he called when he was here. He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, explaining everything to us in an easily understandable manner. The heat was almost unbearable, but he didn't waste a minute, and quickly changed out the tire. We were very pleased with his service.
