A Top U.S. driver practically saved my life today after my car stalled out in the second from the left lane in rush hour traffic on a hilly curve of I-695W. Despite stalling in the worst possible place and time, I was incredibly lucky that Hunter from Top U.S. was literally 3 or 4 cars behind me, immediately noticed I was in distress, and took action. He successfully navigated his truck in front of me and safely got me loaded on and out of traffic in a matter of minutes. I truly cannot express how grateful I was for his quick action, skill and professionalism. Great dude, great tow company--highly recommend.
Very unprofessional. I have called AAA several times and had these guys come out. There have been times when the driver has been so unsure about what they were doing they weren't able to unlock my vehicle and had to have another driver come out. This last time, I was told a driver would be out in 25 to 45 minutes. After waiting 50 minutes I called to ask when the driver would be arriving. I was told it would be another 26 minutes until the driver arrives. I told them to cancel my service call and called AAA back. AAA had another company come out and they were to my vehicle in less than 15 minutes.

Incredibly professional and efficient. Took him 14 minutes from when I called to arriving on time to tow my car.

Similar story to Jaitly's review. Was involved in an motorcycle accident and wheels were damaged so could not roll. I told AAA this and to bring wheel dollies to be able to get it on the flatbed. Driver did not have these but had some sort of plastic wedge to get the front wheel on and slide the bike up on the bed. I was just in an accident and had to help get this on the bed which was not easy. Cutting to the incident, when we were unloading it on a sloped part of my driveway, I realized the bike would tip over due to it being in the wrong orientation. I said we had to rotate it 180 degrees to be able to use the kickstand. Initially he held the handlebars while I lifted the back of the bike by the grabrail and started to move it in a circular direction inch by inch (thing is heavy..did I mention I was just in an accident?). After about 2/3 of the way around he asked if I wanted to switch positions since I was exhausted at that point. I held the front and he grabbed the back fender and lifted (which is plastic of course). Broke it in half. He did not say anything at that point but switched to holding the grab rail and we finished up.
I told AAA and sent a pic of broken fender, they contacted Top Auto management who denied responsibility. Don't want to fight it its not worth the aggravation and time (cost of part is not thousands of dollars). If these guys show up for a tow have your camera ready to document everything in real time or better yet ask AAA who the tow company is beforehand.
I had a great experience with this auto and towing service. They arrived quickly to replace my tire, installed the spare with no issues, and even gave me helpful tips to make sure it lasts as long as possible.
After they left, my battery died from having the hazards on for too long, so I called them back. They returned right away, got me up and running, and explained exactly what I needed to do for both my tire and battery. Fair pricing, fast service, and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend! Called for a tow, driver was “20 minutes away” per the dispatcher. More than 2 hours later, the driver still hadn’t shown up. When he got there, he broke my bumper by leaving the E brake on while trying to pull the car up the ramp. When I filed a claim, they tried to say it wasn’t their fault. I had pictures. If I could give less than one star, I would.
Fast and professional service oh and also very friendly. Lewis is the man. He pulled up loaded my vehicle on a flat bed and was on his way and this all happened in less than 5 minutes.
Top Towing Company was dispatched through AAA to assist with a spare tire replacement for my Mercedes, and the experience was absolutely terrible. The driver was clearly untrained and unprofessional—he used the wrong lug nuts, which damaged my rotor, and left my car improperly placed on the spare tire in the middle of my driveway. It’s been over a month, and my car is still not drivable due to the damage caused. To make matters worse, AAA is refusing to take responsibility because the service was outsourced to this third-party company. If Top Towing doesn’t know how to handle high-end vehicles properly, they should not be touching cars at all. I’m left without a working car and no support or resolution in sight—completely unacceptable.
I called AAA and they contacted Top U.S. Auto & Towing. AAA said it would be about an hour. Within 1/2 hour, Anthony Davis arrived on scene and loaded my son's car. Anthony was very friendly & professional. He worked very quickly, but safely to get us on our way. I highly recommend Anthony Davis and Top U.S. Auto & Towing when you need roadside assistance. We hit a deer while driving through the Frederick area and worked with Top U.S. Auto for our AAA tow. Our insurance is taking our car elsewhere for their evaluation, but we wanted to leave this review to show our appreciation for the care and kindness shown by everyone at this shop! Our driver was friendly and helpful, the front desk staff worked with us while we sorted out all the logistics while in a bit of shock, and in particular the young man helping out up front went above and beyond in helping us get on our way home again, including offering to help us with our bags as we transitioned to a rental car and making sure we had water. Really appreciate y’all!
Luis Responded to the call and really good timing. He was also very kind very well spoken very well mannered really Cool guy. I can also say I was happy he was the person to help me with my car today. He has a great spirit in him. I hope he continues doing great things and is able to accomplish his goals. Great first time experience for me personally. If it were up to me I’d only have Luis help me moving forward
Requested service through the AAA app, expecting to just need a patch. Turns out my tire had 2 nails and was shred up a little. Ari installed my spare, pumped it, and answered some questions I had. Super painless; I appreciate it.

My tire was completely flat. I called AAA and they sent Lucky, from Top US Auto. I was notified about 20 minutes before Lucky arrived and he called when he was here. He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, explaining everything to us in an easily understandable manner. The heat was almost unbearable, but he didn't waste a minute, and quickly changed out the tire. We were very pleased with his service.
I wanna thank Top US for sending out someone that seem like they could barely tie his shoes. Told me he couldn’t get my car on his truck it needs a “wheel lift”. Told me someone else will be out here it is 10pm I flagged down another tow company that was helping someone else asking for help. Driver said let me finish up with them and I’ll be glad to help. Few moments later I see the same style truck that Top US brought out this driver had no issue. 5 minutes on the bed and we’re rolling. Driver also informed me that he cleans up after them a lot
After a long trip from the Outer Banks, my rear tire started leaking. I pulled into a shop in Frederick, and Nasir swooped in like a superhero! He diagnosed and fixed it faster than I could say “flat tire.” And get this – he did it for free! If you need a tire wizard, go see Nasir. Thanks for saving the day!
