Guided me through the whole process making sure I was paid fairly for the different types of metals I had brought even giving me some advice for my next visit! This was my first time every recycling anything, and when I told Jermaine that I was nervous about the experience, he walked me through it and gave me information every step of the way. My son and I took dirty, rusty metal to a place where they were paying us and we got better customer service than most places I've gone to spend money. Didn't get everyone's name but they were all incredibly helpful and friendly. Mark asked me about my truck and told my son and me about a fishing spot near by. Thanks! The floor manager older white gentleman has a nasty additude. You can be humble person some people got a problem with your race no matter what. But the rest of those young guys they are good young men. They make the place. Always polite and good additude.
