This used to be the first place I called whenever I had car trouble but after what’s happened it will be the last. TWICE now they have given me the wrong information/price because of Trenton specifically not doing his due diligence and simply not caring about his job responsibilities. This happened originally with my brakes and rotors and I even called multiple times before bringing my car in to get the correct price and he misquoted me by $500 because he “forgot” to add something back to the ticket that I had mentioned I wanted done EACH phone call just to ensure I had the correct amount when picking up my car. This time I called two weeks ago asking if my cars warranty for my battery has expired and he specifically told me “no you have some time left on it” I called today to schedule to have my battery changed with my warranty and now he’s saying its expired and when I asked well when did it expire he told me 5/22/2025…which means when I called two weeks ago it was already expired. When talking to him about it he admitted that he didn’t do his due diligence but “there was nothing he can do.” I’ve been using this location for years and I’ve NEVER had a problem until Trenton got there with his miscommunication skills and lack of empathy. So please if you are using this location speak to any and everyone but Trenton, do not let him schedule your appointments and give you quotes because they will be incorrect. I’m very disappointed because I used to love this location and now I will have to find another place for my car
0/10 do not recommend this location, I would give 0 stars if I could.. Front Desk Representative Trenton and Mechanic lacks communication. Charged me for a wheel alignment that I did not receive due to “ mind not being here today” “ it’s been a long day”. Waited there 2 hours just for the mechanic to say he couldn’t do it but didn’t communicate that to the front desk. Then stated they couldn’t give me a refund and I would have to call cooperate to get one. Please seek elsewhere if you can because this place shouldn’t even be a last resort! They play with people’s time and MONEY, lack communication & are unprofessional.
Rick was at the service desk when I brought in my company vehicle for an oil change. He was very professional and courteous/a positive reflection of the Waldorf Firestone. I will always seek out Rick when my ompany or personal vehicle requires service. Additionally, John helped me out one time before; His disposition and professionalism were on point as well. Shout out to both of these gentlemen
This is my third attempt to get my alignment done at this location. I purchased the lifetime alignment plan and the first alignment was great no issues. The first time that I made my secondary appointment I waited almost 2 hours for my service to be completed and was told my vehicle still hasn’t been serviced. I rescheduled for a later date hoping for a better turn around. The next appt, I arrived on time again and was told it would be approx 2 1/2 hrs until my car would be serviced due to multiple cars ahead. So I rescheduled again for today, Jan 15th for 8am, the earliest appointment so that I can get in and out in a timely manner. I arrived on time again for my appointment today, and after waiting for the attendant to be ready, I checked in and waited. I was the only customer there, 2 more service techs arrived but my vehicle, still did not make it into the bay. 26 mins later after my car was checked in, I got the attention of the person who checked me in to asked when my car service would actually begin. I do not like the fact that I had to ask for the service to start. It is very unprofessional and disrespectful of customer’s time. The fact that I could visibly see that the techs were not doing anything but talking and laughing was very displeasing. Time = money and they have continuously wasted customer’s time, my time just dying to complete my alignment.
Helped correctly diagnose an issue. All the technicians were very knowledgeable and committed to resolving my car problems. RICK AND BRIAN were exceptional.
Our tire blew up and we need it fixed as soon as possible. This place was a life saver! It was close to closing however they still accompanied our request for changing the blew up tire to a new one. Everyone is friendly and professional. recommend
I scheduled an appointment for an inspection and an oil change and dropped my vehicle off at 11:00 a.m.
At 5:30 p.m., just before closing, I called to ask about the status of my vehicle and was informed for the first time that no work had been done because “there were a lot of cars.” If the appointment could not be honored, I should have been notified earlier so I could make other arrangements. Instead, I lost an entire day and incurred multiple Uber expenses unnecessarily.
When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I noticed it had been moved, even though no services were performed. No explanation was provided.
After I got home, I discovered the store’s cordless phone on the floor of my car. I later noticed that my retractable rear cargo cover was missing, and I am now concerned that other items may also be missing.
This experience raises serious concerns about scheduling practices, communication, and vehicle security while cars are in the shop’s possession.
This occurred at 2565 Crain Hwy, Waldorf, MD 20601. I was there on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at approximately 11:00 a.m.
Terrible company location I've ever experienced. There's no customer service standards, they treat it like a ghetto small shop, instead of a Firestone location with company standards.
Received way better experience when Shawn was there servicing the vehicles.
So far it’s been a good experience. Getting new tires and some maintenance done. Anibal explains everything well and makes sure everything is understood

Brian is very knowledgeable and gave me excellent advice and service. I ent in with 4 dry rotted tires and quotes from other companies that were out of this world. I got a great deal, including alignment. I’m glad I stopped here. Convenient and easy.
I will never recommend my family or friends to this place matter of fact I will never be going to this place again myself. I am not sure why I had an 8:00 appointment for tires I didn't get out of there until 12:00. I'm not an expert at putting on tires but I really don't think it takes 4 hours to put them on. I stayed and waited for my car. My rating on this service is a zero out of 10
I was at a birthday party on Saturday my tired went flat. The cap was stuck i walked over to Firestone and the man took my keys and then help me with my flat tire. It was amazing service. I will definitely come back and recommend.
The work that was done to my vehicle was unbelievable and the time it took was excellent. I brought my 2 car to get work done as well the staff was amazing from the manager Brian to the mechanics. I would highly recommend the location and staff . I'll be back for sure. The best shop and team around thank you.

I made appointment to get a flat tire patched , life time alignment and tire rotation.I was hour early .My appointment was at 12 noon took back at 11:15 which was great.I signed to have this work done I was never asked about free limited visual inspections at this time .My spare tire was on back right.The mechanic was supposed to take off the spare fix my tire that was flat.He left my spare tire on until the manager told him to take off put other tire on .I was there 2 1/2 hours when the guy brought my paperwork out it had on there that I requested no inspection didn't road test my car and said he heard a noise when backed out. I asked what noise and if my patched tire was on driver's front side.The guy didn't know.I was never asked that.We have been going to Firestone over 10 years.I have never had this issue until I bought this warranty.My husband needs his tires but it will not be with them.This is what you get when buying there warranty and road hazard.My husband just inspected my car tires and my flat repair tire is on the passenger rear still so how did he rotate my tires if it's on the rear. And by the way my husband is a mechanic and tire guy.
I arrived at Firestone with no appointment after being turned away by Mineke (Waldorf)with an appointment and the excuse they don’t work on foreign cars. Brian (Manager) greeted me with a smile and the most pleasant professionalism I’ve seen at an auto shop. I told Brian that I needed an oil change on my 2017 Jaguar and he got me in with all the appointments and meetings I had. Brian and all his technicians were most pleasant and they played the best music! Thank you Brian I will revisit you guys with my car care concerns.
Need four new tires and one had busted today and i needed it done as soon as possible since i drive alot during the week. I called Firestone and they were able to get me in same day and completed my service in a timely manner. Also explained any questions i had about my car.

The customer service I received from the moment I called to make an appointment until the service on my vehicle was completed was excellent. Brian was extremely helpful and informative. Jodel completed my alignment in thirty minutes and had me back on the road in record time. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Firestone Waldorf.

They got me in and out quicker than expected without cutting corners. It’s not easy to find an auto shop that respects your time and still delivers quality work, but this location absolutely does.
