Scheduled my appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation. Although I was running behind, Frank and Leo were able to accommodate and had me in and out. Took my wife’s 4Runner to this Waldorf NTB location. Leo was at the front desk. We needed potential tire repairs on two of my wife’s tires.
The service we received was top notch! Leo specifically, was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional.
We intended to leave the vehicle overnight. Leo locked it up inside which was fantastic and provided some additional peace of mind.
Communication was great the following day. The end result was only one tire actually needed repaired. Leo did not charge us for looking at the second tire. Love that the business did didn’t try to gouge a customer.

I have had several cars at this location other than my own, I have sent my daughter, my sister and brother in law to have work done and tires installed. This is because of Leo Curtis, He has treated me right every time with good pricing and timely repairs with no comebacks. I will continue to send people to see Leo for tires and repairs.
I have been a NTB customer for many years. The battery was under warranty but not holding its charge. I called the store manager (Leo) and he told me to bring it in. He immediately serviced my car and I was on the road again. He replaced the alternator and honored the warranty on the battery. He is the best mechanic, we had five cars and he kept all of them running great. The customer service is excellent. He treats all of his customers with RESPECT and puts your mind at ease. There was a time our truck was his biggest headache to work on. He was determined he was going to find out what the problem was and fix it. It was a challenge but he fixed it and the truck is running great. His knowledge and experience is absolutely the best. I highly recommend Leo as your mechanic. Not only will you receive the best customer service and his HONESTY you will not be disappointed with the quality of service. You will call him for all of your future maintenance and service for your vehicles.
While running errands I picked up a nail in my tire. I called NTB to confirm they were still open since it was late in the evening. Tony walked out to my car with me and located the nail. He told me they could repair it. I handed over my keys and got comfortable. About 15/20 minutes later Tony comes back into the waiting area and shows me the nail. It was short and did not puncture my tire. Yay, for good thread!! Because it didn't puncture my tire they couldn't charge me. I appreciate honest mechanics since there are some that take advantage...especially when it comes to women customers. I'm in need of an oil change and plan on going back to give the shop some business!

I came on a busy Holiday weekend and was treated with such honesty and care. I was told I had 2 nails in my tire and was a given a fair quote on a replacement. The service tech was able to service my tire within 30 minutes or less. I have never experienced such great service in all my years of car maintenance. I will be back and I thank everyone at this location for making my day.
Excellent customer service! I bought four new tires and the team efficiently performed my service in about an hour. Team members were courteous and kept me informed as I waited. It was also very refreshing to see the manager engaging with customers. I will definitely return to this location for my automotive needs.
Stopped in this morning to get two of my wife’s tires replaced. They got me in and out quicker than expected. Excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back!

Ok so I made an appointment for break inspection and AC inspection on 8-17-25. I got a call the day before they couldn't perform the AC check but I elected to keep the appointment and get the breaks checked. The tech checked my breaks and I was told I needed breaks and rotors all the way around along with something else i cant remember but I said ok cool. I figured as much. He gave me he price and i asked him did he have a coupon he said no. I said hang on went online found one and he said no you cant use a coupon. I said why and he gave me some BS about having to present a coupon for the appointment started. Naturally I'm shocked like what are you talking about. How can i present a coupon to you prior to knowing what services i would actually need if any? I was there for a free inspection!! I asked to speak to his manager he told me "she aint here". I kind of chuckled and said you know what go grab my keys. There is no way in HELL im doing business with a company like this. NTB you could have made money off me today instead you chose to let me walk out the door because you failed to train your employees appropriately. If i could give you ZERO stars I would. The poorest of customer service!!
The manager Leo called me the next day and apologized profusely. He asked me to give him the opportunity to make it right and I agreed to give him that opportunity. He asked me to bring back my vehicle when I could and he would have taken in for the break replacement at once and so he did. He honored the coupon with no hesitation. I appreciate his dedication to making sure customers have a good customer service experience at his shop.
In 2023, I purchased a tire with hazard insurance from NTB, but the company went out of business that same year. Recently, I discovered a slow leak in that tire and took my vehicle to Mavis Tires, who took over the location. The first person who helped me told me they could not honor my hazard insurance, which was disappointing to hear.
As I was leaving, the store manager— Mr. Leo, though busy assisting another customer on the phone—asked me to wait a moment. Once he finished, he personally took my paperwork, checked his database, and found my original invoice. He confirmed that my hazard insurance was still valid. Although they didn’t have my tire in stock that day, he ordered it right away and promised to call when it arrived.
Today, I’m getting a replacement tire at half the cost, thanks to the manager’s initiative, professionalism, and dedication to resolving my issue. If it weren’t for him, I would have paid the full cost of a new tire instead of receiving a pro-rated price.
We need more customer-focused managers like him—his service turned my day around!

Approximately two weeks on an extremely HOT Saturday afternoon the manager Mr. Leo added humor to my frustration that I experienced early with two local car repair companies in my area. I was hot, tired and frustrated because I called my local mechanic regarding my needing a new battery. I gave the mechanic the make/model and year of my vehicle. The mechanic stated we have the battery bring your car for service. When I arrived I explained the situation and the mechanic stated we do NOT change car batteries for Chryslers. He suggested another tire service center. So I drove to another tire center and they quoted an astronomical price and long wait time for service. So I drove to the Smallwood NTB, I was treated with dignity and respect.
Thanks again Mr. Leo for getting my Baby back on the road and letting me VENT.(lol)
I came to ntb last Sunday because my toyota started making noise Saturday night. I told them there's a noise coming from the driver's side and seems to get louder while accelerating. After some time they came out and told me that its my front brake pads and rotors making the noise. Now im not a mechanic but im pretty sure brakes don't make noise while idling. So I said that to the guy. He said oh while idling let me go check. He comes back and tells me its my serpentine belt. Now I had that replaced a Year ago and I know I should get more then 1 year of use. So I got my truck back and took it to toyota on Monday. Found out that it is my alternator making the noise and that my brake pads and rotors are just fine.
These people where trying to charge me over $400 for parts and labor for something that was not even the issue. I would have been so pissed if I had paid for something completely unnecessary and leave with the issue I came in with.
Seems like a shady business practice.
Update- the manager Leo called me and assured me that is not how they run the business. Apologizing for my the experience I had and gave me an oil change. For that I will give them a better rating. He definitely went above and beyond what most would do in this circumstance. I very much appreciate the acknowledgment and the desire to make right a wrong.
The service manager and his team in the back are top tier. They make sure you are informed on anything going on with your vehicle. They are very knowledgeable and are going to make sure you leave that shop with a smile, a good laugh, and knowledge to help you maintain your vehicle

Tony was helpful in getting my car in to check my tire. I had a slow leak that could have left me in a bad position. He was able to have the mechanic fix everything in a short amount of time. Quality service from this NTB.

Just got an oil change and had a great experience! The service was fast, efficient, and the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did they handle the oil change smoothly, but they also gave me helpful info about what I’ll need for my upcoming inspection. I've been to this location a few times and services are great. Booking an appointment is very easy, the website is user friendly. They are located inside of a shopping Plaza, which is ideal if you would like to grab a bite to eat or do light shopping. The employees will answer all of your car questions, and explain it in layman's term, if you're not a car person. I would definitely recommend this location.
