I had my oil changed on June 5, 2025. The service I received went very well. I had a post service briefing that involved a recap of service and the condition of my car. My briefing went well and appreciated. The staff was very friendly and kind. I waited for my car and had the use of a quiet room to use my computer. My wait time was approximately 90 minutes. Thank you.
Went in for a safety inspection. Although I did’nt have an appointment, they were able to take care of me. The service was fast and the staff was pleasant. I would definitely use them again for other car care needs.
Worst service ever! Brand new vehicle and they replaced the wrong driver’s side tire and then proceeded to install the tire backwards. To top it all off they installed a complete different tire no matching, which they were requested to get a week in advance. Wasted 5 hours to get screwed over. Never use this place.
The customer service has dropped dramatically under the new owners. I was a loyal customer for years, but after being dismissed over the phone in multiple occasions and met with an openly unhelpful attitude, I’m taking my business elsewhere. The recent flood of low-star reviews tells the story clearly, losing Billy and replacing him with the whoever the current guy is was a major mistake, and the complaints from other women echo exactly what I experienced.
I visited this past summer before the ownership change and planned to continue needed work on my vehicle. Instead, I was told my prior paperwork “couldn’t be found” in their new system, which felt more like indifference than inconvenience. I originally chose Waldorf Tire Pros because the former team treated me with professionalism and respect. The new leadership has made it clear that those standards, and the customers who relied on them, are no longer a priority.
I have been coming to Waldorf Tire Pros for about 8 years & always enjoy the customer service I receive from Billy & his crew. As a single woman , its already very intimidating to bring my car into these places, and after my last visit .. I will no longer be back. Billy was not there unfortunately and whoever they had in the front made my visit horrible. He made me feel like I was the worst person in the world for not having the best upkeep on my vehicle. I understand the importance of maintenance but I also know the importance of talking to your customers with a little bit of respect. I mentioned I have a friend who works on my car from time to time & in w condescending tone, he says ‘ well I guess he doesn't do oil changes ‘ ….. I knew right there this was my last visit at Waldorf Tire Pros. Good luck with business & please do not reach out to me after this review.
I took my Jeep in for an alignment and steering angle correction. The guys did a great job. I also took my car in to get two tires replaced a day or so later. Reasonably priced. Fast service! No complaints.
Always a pleasure coming in to Waldorf Tire Pro’s for all our car maintenance needs. Everyone on Billy and his team iare professional, friendly and seem to make every effort to get us in and out quickly with the job done right. There is always honest discussion whether additional service is or is NOT required and we always leave feeling confident our cars were serviced better than expected.
I drove 40+ miles for work in Waldorf after work I got a alert on my phone my back tire was very low dwn to 12% I asked Siri for directions to closest tire repair shop lead me here I had to buy new tire because of nail location in my tire tread and I was in and out within a hour great reliable service!
Great service was my first time going here and it was fast and prompt. They kept me updated along the way I brought my car in for oil change tire rotation in Wheel. Alignment They were able to provide me with detail information after my service, they also were able to upload that information to Carfax. I will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. Thanks for James he was great.
I was given an estimated quote of $2400.00 for a 2003 Twn & Country pwr steering pump and hose replacement. First let me say that is insane!! The parts come in at less than $400.00 and that's with the mark ups. I was quoted there labor is $155.00 an hour, but that can change with the job. It is a 3 to 4 hour job with a experienced mechanic. Doing the math that # should be $1020.00!! With trust issues, I can see why women will do their own research first! I expect a mark up on the parts. Now the young man does not know what he's doing or you guys are a total rip off!!!
Took almost 3 hours to get my tires installed. However, I'm very happy with the result. General Grabbers on my Silverado rides smooth and handled well in the rain.
They are very professional, honest and diligent with their work. They explain everything to you and make sure that you have a clear understanding. That’s something that’s missing in today’s market.

I went here to get a Maryland State Inspection service. The work was completed swiftly and I was on my way. The customer service was pleasant and the costs were reasonable.
The customer service was amazing! Mr. Reggie exhibited all the patience, empathy and compassion. He heard my concerns and was able to properly fix my vehicle, with a great turn around time.
I dropped my vehicle off at 8 o’clock in the morning. They said they could get to it a little after lunchtime. About an hour and a half later, they called me back and said that it was ready. They were very pleasant to deal with and I will definitely Tell my friends and family about them.
Yes it was a good experience ! It’s refreshing to know I can trust a local vendor to purchase tires and have automotive services completed by. I Had new tires installed and a front end alignment performed. There was an issue with one of my chrome wheels the tire wasn’t fully seated due to corrosion, no problem I called they said bring it by and resolved the issue didn’t give me a hard time at all. As I sat in the lobby waiting for my car, I listened to how they inactive with the customers via phone or in person. They were courteous and very informative. I would recommend WTP.
I had a vehicle that I purchased re-inspected for peace of mind and it passed with flying colors. My visit did not take to long and it was a sigh of relief to know that my vehicle was In good condition! They also got me in very quickly with a next day appointment. I will definitely be going back.
I called and spoke with James, he quickly ordered the tire I needed and followed up when the tire was delivered. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and offered a seat in the waiting area. Service was extremely fast and efficient. Thank you to James and the staff.

My most recent service was MD State Inspection. My vehicle passed the inspection, but in the past there were issues with my vehicle that required some attention. This was my first time getting service here. Waldorf Tire Pros was HIGHLY recommended from the neighborhood board. OMG! Their prices compared to dealer prices is mind boggling. Two to three hundred dollars cheaper for the same service. I'm in LOVE with this company. Very professional staff, friendly & explained everything. Steve conducted an MD Inspection on a 2010 Volkswagen Van. He was very through, and he allowed me to view all discrepancies. Steve's report was used to get the items taken care of before I purchased the vehicle.
