I drove 40+ miles for work in Waldorf after work I got a alert on my phone my back tire was very low dwn to 12% I asked Siri for directions to closest tire repair shop lead me here I had to buy new tire because of nail location in my tire tread and I was in and out within a hour great reliable service!
Great service was my first time going here and it was fast and prompt. They kept me updated along the way I brought my car in for oil change tire rotation in Wheel. Alignment They were able to provide me with detail information after my service, they also were able to upload that information to Carfax. I was given an estimated quote of $2400.00 for a 2003 Twn & Country pwr steering pump and hose replacement. First let me say that is insane!! The parts come in at less than $400.00 and that's with the mark ups. I was quoted there labor is $155.00 an hour, but that can change with the job. It is a 3 to 4 hour job with a experienced mechanic. Doing the math that # should be $1020.00!!
With trust issues, I can see why women will do their own research first! I expect a mark up on the parts. Now the young
man does not know what he's doing or you guys are a total rip off!!!
Took almost 3 hours to get my tires installed. However, I'm very happy with the result. General Grabbers on my Silverado rides smooth and handled well in the rain.

I went here to get a Maryland State Inspection service. The work was completed swiftly and I was on my way. The customer service was pleasant and the costs were reasonable.

Drove all the way from Howard County because I knew I would get great work for all that I needed: oil change, tire rotation, transmission flush and brake fluid change. And I did! My car feels like butter now.
I dropped my vehicle off at 8 o’clock in the morning. They said they could get to it a little after lunchtime. About an hour and a half later, they called me back and said that it was ready. They were very pleasant to deal with and I will definitely Tell my friends and family about them.

It’s refreshing to know I can trust a local vendor to purchase tires and have automotive services completed by. I Had new tires installed and a front end alignment performed. There was an issue with one of my chrome wheels the tire wasn’t fully seated due to corrosion, no problem I called they said bring it by and resolved the issue didn’t give me a hard time at all. I fully recommend using tire pros for all of you tires and auto repair.

I was very pleased with the services I received from Waldorf Tire Pros. I’m new to Maryland. I can say I’m pleased to say that I have found my new mechanics. The staff is very polite. As I sat in the lobby waiting for my car, I listened to how they inactive with the customers via phone or in person. They were courteous and very informative. I would recommend WTP.
I had a vehicle that I purchased re-inspected for peace of mind and it passed with flying colors. My visit did not take to long and it was a sigh of relief to know that my vehicle was In good condition! They also got me in very quickly with a next day appointment. I will definitely be going back.

Bought a car in VA for my son and had to get a MD inspection. Had to get new tires which I knew was a possibility, new tires came in next day and they put them on quick. Didn’t charge a reinspection fee. Great service!
Been going to Waldorf Tire Pros for over 10 years. They are professional and trustworthy. I have a distinct memory of Waldorf Tire Pros examining my vehicle some years ago and saying they can conduct the repair for X amount but if you go down the street to X place they will do it for a little less. They gave me the number and address. I was sincerely grateful for their care. Not many auto companies will do that, most would likely just say we'll do it for X amount and that's what it is. Waldorf Tire Pros understands customer cost and they do their best to help. They of course have OUTSTANDING mechanics too!
Had an alignment done at Waldorf Tire Pros a few days ago. It was easy to make an appointment and the rep was pleasant. On the day of my appointment, they let me know that they were a bit behind; however, they would get me taken care of as soon as possible. My wait was not long and I was satisfied with the service. The price quoted was much less than some of the other places that I got quotes from for the same service.
My truck was starting to look a little worn from the all the long distance driving that I've put her through, so I decided to surprise her with some well needed new shoes.
While out driving one morning, I came across Tire Pros, walked inside and spoke with Reggie and he gave me a quote on (4) new tires. After leaving the store, I later gave him a call back and gave the ok to order. Later that day, Billy called me and informed me that my order was in and I made a next day appointment to have them put on. The next day at 8a.m., and a couple of hours later, the tires were on and looking like a brand new truck (*Billy even went that extra mile by making sure my truck got washed to accommodate the new tires). "Impressive!" All that I can say is, if you're looking for quality work, professional service with great attitudes, attention to detail with excellent customer service then this is the place. This was my first time getting service here. Waldorf Tire Pros was HIGHLY recommended from the neighborhood board. OMG! Their prices compared to dealer prices is mind boggling. Two to three hundred dollars cheaper for the same service. I'm in LOVE with this company. Very professional staff, friendly & explained everything. Steve conducted an MD Inspection on a 2010 Volkswagen Van. He was very through, and he allowed me to view all discrepancies.
Steve's report was used to get the items taken care of before I purchased the vehicle.
The employees I interact with were very informative, and I felt like I wasn't being overcharged.
