Checked 3 different auto parts stores before I remembered, O'REILLY'S IS IN WALDORF NOW!! Went in and after some research, got the right spark plugs for a 2017 VW Jetta TSI 1.4l turbo. O'Reilly for the win!!
My car battery died so I got a jump start to head to O'Reillys to get a new one (while it was snowing like crazy) the manager Adam was extremely helpful answering all of my questions and putting the new battery in (while being covered in snow) his employee Cam was also very helpful. Highly recommend this company. Very professional and great sense of humor.
I want to give a shot out to Bobby who was extremely patient with me and helped me to change my wipers and the back one, which was a bit different to handle. Bobby did a great multi-tasking while the store was full with costumers. Over 30 costumers arrived while he was assisting me with my wipers issues. Bobby should be given a bonus for this Christmas and, No, I don't know this kids. This is the second time I come and I have received great customer service. However, today was super cold and this kid came out side to helped me. I even told him to go and get his jacket because it was freezing. Bobby, thank you for your help with my Kia Carnival 2022. I was having trouble with my car a few days ago and visited other places that weren't helpful. My car started experiencing major power issues. I went to the Waldorf, MD location after my morning errands to see if they could test my battery. Sean greeted me, and as we were going out to test my battery, my car wouldn't start. We knew then that it was the battery. Once we hooked up the battery, it showed a lower voltage than it should have. Not only did Sean help me find the right battery, He installed it. He also informed me of the price of other failed items, helped me purchase coolant, and replaced my windshield wipers. I'm so impressed with the customer service I received from Sean, there was another associate who was extremely helpful as well and I appreciate Their friendliness, helpfulness, and knowledge, which made my shopping experience truly memorable. I've been telling all my friends and family about how great your team is. Thank you for hiring such wonderful people.

Called the store spoke with an associate who was kind on the phone said my battery was still under warranty drive 2 hours to the location for a different associate to tell me it wasn’t going to be warranted because it was “fine” after testing. Let’s be clear here the battery is spitting out battery acid very obviously the battery will wear and not work over time. So I drive 2 hours they tell me the battery is okay which it’s not they just didn’t want to warranty it out as if they pay for the batteries themselves and I’m not a paying customer. Needless to say the “manager”? Idk don’t really care to ask for names comes out say it can be under warranty but that’s the last I’ll receive so okay I have no tools with me whatsoever so I wait at the car for a hour and no one’s shows up only two employees there the associate Hispanic was rude and nasty trying to justify the battery being “okay” because of testing then continues to talk dirt on me with his wife? For a quick stop by meet and greet maybe dropping off lunch or something whatever get real guys this is a corporate location if you don’t want to do your job go work at McDonald’s the last thing I need is a broken battery while I’m sleeping out of my car with my pregnant fiancé absolutely 0 stars guys the lack of communication and obvious non care for your customers is a huge way to tank a location and I’m positive your regional manager would love to give me a call cause driving 4 hours waiting a hour in the car and being given misleading information is a huge no no for your store policy and shame on you because I told you my situation and you guys still refused to assist someone who actually needed the help and paid for the battery I hope your location finds better employees and managers because that was terrible. I’m not a mean or nasty person myself I’m very humble and barely write reviews but you guys gotta get it together brother morally and physically
O'Reilly in Waldorf, needs better customer service training. Came to return my car battery (less than 1 year old) and asked for assistance. Not only would the employee not help but told me he would charge me for exchange and placing the battery back. Please avoid the drama and go to Pep Boys across the street! My first and last experience with them.
Very helpful staff here. Loved that they made you feel at home here. Helped me with getting a headlight bulb replacement which was great. Will definitely be coming back here again.
Went online and found the exact part I wanted. Got fluids to go with it. Got the pay online and pick up in store option. They send you a email or text when when its ready for pickup. I walked in gave them my name and it was already baged and ready. In and out in less than 2 minutes. The part was well made it fit and worked perfectly. Definitely easy and quick. I will do this next time I need something. The store was nice and well organized with friendly staff at Waldorf O'Reillys.

I purchased a car battery in Wisconsin 12/2021. Last week, after returning from vacation, my car would not start, and my security system was not working properly. I ended up having a tow truck get me to the dealership, only to find out the battery was leaking.
Now, to get my refund,I had to drive 1½ hours away to the nearest O'Reilly's. They were excellent, extremely friendly, and helpful. They were a pleasure to deal with. Amazing customer service!
Shadonna assisted me with the purchase of wipers for my Kia Carnival, she even offered to install it. She provided me with great costumer service. She even knew my name from the call.
