WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! So I called ahead to see if they had this part for my sister's 2014 Ford Escape... I had gotten the wrong part once already, so I asked the guy to check it out and verify it had the right connector. He said he checked and it did, so I drove an hour to pick it up... When I get there, he hands me a window regulator for a 1998 GMC Sierra (mind you, the box was still sealed!) He then goes in the back and comes back with the one for the Escape, but wrong connector (this box was also sealed). When I said it was the wrong part, he rolled his eyes, shrugged his shoulders and said "oh well"... When I mentioned that I called ahead before I drove an hour to pick it up, he replied with the same shoulder shrug and eye roll. I left, never to return again!! Then the next day, I go to my local Advanced Auto only to find out that the guy at Car Quest has the part the whole time, but never cared enough to look... Advanced had it shipped from the Car Quest and I got the part. STAY AWAY!!!!
Today, I bought a,socket. When I bought it home, it seems that it was not the right size. It was not damaged or dirtied, so I went to return it. However, they did not allow me to. I've never been to a store where they did not allow me to return unused, undamaged, and a still clean item.
This is the worst Napa store I've ever been in. I was working on my nephews hot rod and needed a adapter to put in a 3/8 temp sensor into a 1/2 npt hole. I asked the counter man for this adapter. He then went into the managers office which was open and asked him for the adapter I had asked for. He told him to tell me they had one but wouldn't sell it to me because it would stop the water from entering the temp sensor and I would return it for not working properly. Which is totally ludicrous I might add. What ever happened to the customer is always right. If a customer asks for something he or she should get it. Not all temp sensors have the same thread diameter and these adapters have been used forever. I asked if there were any real auto parts nearby. He never responded at all. I went down the street to Carquest and bought the part I needed and several others too. I'm going to tell the boys at NAPA back in texas about this so the can get a laugh about this like the guys at Carquest did.
Lots of parts on hand. No military discounts at this auto parts franchise. Returned product and went to AutoZone instead. Where they do military discounts.

This place is totally unprofessional. Today (2/1/13) was my first day coming into the store and was totally turned off by the salesclerk. I had purchased a tail light for my car, which was $1.79. I didn't have any cash on me only $1 so I pulled out my card.He scanned my card and I guess he thought I walked out the store so I heard him say, "someone used a credit card to pay for a light for $1.79 and how ridiculous it was and another comment to the effect that he'd blow his head off if he had to use a credit card for $1.79. For the record, I used a debit card but even so, this was totally unprofessional. I started to confront him but I thought I would contact the public via reviews instead.What difference does it make how I pay for merchandise? Ridiculous! I won't be returning to this store!
