What a fun place to go for unique items. For those that remember and miss The Farmers Market in Charlotte Hall, many of the vendors have moved to this location. You can find everything from work clothes to books to games and antiques. Make a day of it and take your time!
Fun place to come look around for unique items at a good price. Some items are not well kept up and need some work but the prices are cheap. Multiple vendors in this area. Not all are always open at the same time.
This place is a good mix between more flea market and antique type items. There are a lot of different vendors with a mixture of collectibles and more recycled/flea type items. There is a huge toy vendor in the middle that also has a lot of records. We bought some records and other CDs/media while we were there. We would definitely come back again.
Unbearably hot in the summer. Very stagnate with little to no ventilation. Nice stuff to be found; but, with the heat, I can't tolerate it very long. This place needs renovating and air conditioning. It would probably draw more shoppers from the D.C. vicinity of they added AC.
The Bargain Barn is an indoor flea market where you can find a little of everything. There's multiple vendors throughout the buildings. There are some vendors with new and some with used items. You can find antiques, coins, jewelry, clothing, house furnishings and many other collectibles. There is even a remote control car shop with indoor and outdoor tracks as well as a vendor that maintains a slot car drag strip and has everything slot car available.
Good to walk around and look ,but more like a thrift shop atmosphere than antiques and gifts. Most shops aren't very organized...but everyone is extremely friendly. It's something to do on a slow day.
It's like walking backwards in time in the barn. This place is better than any Thrift Shop. You will find things you never knew you would find! Give it a try you won't be disappointed!
Interesting place. A lot of junk there. Cash only which makes things difficult in a credit card world. Some of the sellers use cash app but they asked me whose items they were?!? Huh how would I even know that. Oh well was a fun hour with my kids. Probably won’t be back though.
Cute indoor flea market..fans only!! No A/C!! but AGAIN indoors?. I visit every couple months for new good finds and always find something for everyone..cute craft shops, knick knacks shops, independent business owners, resale(new and used) and vintage. A little something for all to find. And a great way to support the local economy and shop small business that inexpensive.
Not what it used to be, it's very empty now. Even though it says open at 9 most of the spaces that actually had wares were physically closed up at 9:45 on Saturday, I felt very unwelcome except for the one man I saw that said hello.
It's a neat place to check out if you like to go to flea markets and such but it's not the best I've seen. The floors are definitely a bit of a safety hazard with a bunch of soft spots, which isn't surprising since it's in a early 1900s Barn. It'd be a lot better if some of the vendors are more organized with their stuff. It look like a lot of areas or just junked together, which made it difficult to look for anything and sometimes even get to anything.
