I would not trust this company if my life depended on it!! Absolutely not. The owner and his driver both seem like VERY VERY shady people!!! I would take my business elsewhere to people that seem more honest
Mr Bradley and his team took excellent care when my 91 year old father needed his car towed from a breakdown point back to his home parking area. It was a tricky maneuver but the driver, Mr Randall did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend A&M for your roadside needs!
Needed my truck towed to a shop 1.5 hours away. After getting refused by another local company their driver showed up said no problem and got it done. Thank you
I’m so grateful to A&M towing, the situation with my car was a little interesting. A&M was dispatched by my Insurance company. Upon arrival it was discovered a different type of tow truck was required. The driver( sorry I forgot his name) was very diligent and professional as he contacted the owner to discuss the issue I was having with my vehicle to ensure there wasn’t anything else he.could do as another type of truck was dispatched … did all of this take some time, yes, however this is to be expected as I know tow trucks aren’t sitting outside of my door waiting for me to have a mechanical breakdown. Fast forward…the other driver arrived and made contract with me moments after arriving, notifying me of the same concerns and took additional actions to notify the owner. The owner waisted no time arriving on site to also assess the issue. I was contacted by the owner who informed me of the risk and possibility of further damages to the car in tow, again very patient, professional and diligent. My car was towed safely to the repair shop. Not only was I contacted by the owner he also sent me a picture via text to inform me of my cars delivery to the repair shop safely and without additional damages.
I know this is long but it was refreshing as I was having a rough morning to know this company took the time to ensure not only I was aware of concerns with towing my car but that it was towed with care. Thank you A&M keep up the great work!
Roadside Service called them ...they had me waiting 3hrs. I called several times and each time I was told different times. They gentleman that was answering the phone was giving me the"RUN AROUND". I understand that you'll need to make money but so does everyone else. I called a hour and half after I had been waiting and told them I had some where to be and they still had me waiting another hour and half..so inconsiderate! Oh not to mention , I didn't get a true response /accurate time until I had my insurance company call. A WHOLE DAY WAISTED! IF YOU COULDN'T HANDLE THE JOB YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TAKEN IT! The actual drive was very pleasant!
Driver kept calling and checking on our status and timed it so my son wouldn’t be left alone when the car was towed, he also let me know when the car was dropped off at the service center!
Superb services. Very knowledgeable about using different techniques to accomplish the goal of getting my car on the lift and taking it to the shop without incident
