NAPA of Eldersburg is the complete opposite of my experience at the Clinton location. The store was extremely clean and well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I needed. The staff was amazing — truly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to assist me without making me feel like just another number being rushed out the door. The music selection set the perfect vibe and made the whole experience even better. What really stuck with me was a great quote one of the team members said — “We don’t just find parts… we find solutions.” That line is definitely #trendingfavorably in my mind because it perfectly captures how they treat their customers. I really appreciated the high level of service and the genuine effort they put into helping me. Highly recommend this location — they’ve definitely earned my business!

I needed something to spot oil leak sources the service associate suggested cardboard. He gave me two sheets for no charge. He was friendly and overall very helpful.

My go to place, good prices with impeccable services. I wanted to give a shout out to Tony and his awesome customer service as well. You rock !

I have been buying parts from this Napa store for the past couple of years. In fact, I drive out of my way to do business with Tony and his awesome team at Napa Eldersburg .As the store manager,he is extremely professional ,friendly and knowledgeable in the automotive world . I highly recommend stopping by.

Went to NAPA today and because their computer was down they could not do anything. No attempt to look up information in books, the way it was done before computers and no one thought to bring in a laptop and use a cell phone as a hot spot. So much easier to simply give up and say nothing could be done since the computer was down. Shows the lack of initiative by the employees and management. I was able to order what I need from Amazon and they can get it to me the very next day. No wonder brick and mortar stores are loosing to on line giants like Amazon.

Store manager is either racist or has zero respect for people. My boyfriend goes there frequently since he works at a body repair shop. He's hispanic and speaks fluent English but still has a little accent. In every interaction with the store manager he has been met with a rude tone, disrespect, and seemingly racist remarks about not understanding what he's saying even tho he speaks fluent English. He was even yelled at just today when he went. Not ok. I've told him not to give this place money anymore and to find a new supplier where they dont degrade their customers.

Contrary to what the store proports to sell, it is not parts for cars. and if you ask the guy working there will just chuckle that you expected them to sell a turn signal cover

The people who work here (specifically Troy) are extremely rude. I asked him if they had a specific part and he went to the back and brought one out. I then asked if I could get 10 of them (they were small parts $0.39 a piece), and he said “wish you would’ve told me that when I was back there” and continued to sit at the register refusing to get me the additional parts. Never returning to this store again.

I honestly don't know how this place keeps its doors open. The man who says he's the store manager had zero interest in helping on my recent visit. He said that if I couldn't find it they didn't have it. The poor kid behind the counter didn't have a clue what I was looking for and it's sad that his superior didn't even want to be bothered with assisting. Lucky for me there's plenty of other options in the area.

Super helpful! Needed a part they didn't have. Their guy had just left another location but turned around and went back to get the part I needed, so I could get it today! Plus, they they let me bring my dog in and gave him a treat!

Average car parts store. I feel for the employees as the store appears under staffed. Prices on products on shelves are outdated.

Beware - NAPA Eldersburg, at least on some items, post one price on the shelf but charges a higher price at checkout. I will avoid them in the future, plenty of other parts suppliers in the area.

Stopped to get a battery for my lawn mower. Was not crowded.

I was picking up a prepaid part and the older worker on the counter was extremely rude. A 2nd worker came out from the back who was happy to help me out and grabbed my part very quickly for me.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They showed me a few handy items that I didn't know existed.

Good deal on Discount prices and tbe most important, they have the parts.

I like the NAPA store, but the last time I was there, the cashier burped in front of me . I don't know what the reason was: maybe he didn't like me, or just burping is the norm for him.

Ordered a tail light assembly last Sunday, they said it would be in by Wednesday. I gave them a week and called Sunday they said it was in. I went to pick it up and they couldn't find it anywhere in the store and said it must not be in yet...so now I'm back to waiting for them to "call" me again. Never ordering anything through them again.

The technicians are great and I'm appreciated their services. I will come back in the future.

I had a very good experience at NAPA- they have our families business from here forward. Gary at NAPA is knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. He made my son's Christmas, and I will not forget his generosity. Also, I was able to find the parts for my truck with ease. NAPA is a great place and I would highly recommend NAPA.

Had what I needed. Sometimes more than the box parts stores, but if there is unsureness of the part, they can help

Napa of eldersburg has great customer service an great delivery time from placement of my order also they carry parts that most places don't an if they dont have it they call usually get it for me within a reasonable about of time..mike does a helluva job managing the store an the counter guys an delivering guys have respect for their customers as well.. Couldn't ask for a better parts store..

Lonetime business (at least 35 yrs). Usually have part when I been there. Not handicap accessible. Has front door step up to get in store. Enough room outside to put in ramp. Only reason why it didn't get 5 stars because accessibly.

The guys at NAPA are very knowledgeable and courteous. They almost always have the part I need in stock, if not, it is available the next day. Would highly recommend you check with these guys before going to autozone or advance.

Very knowledgeable. I bought my rebuilt starter and save lots of money and it works perfect.

It's a brand new auto parts store with fully stocked shelves and lots of selection. I find the people that work behind the counter are eager to help me and I don't have any problems about shopping there when I need car parts.
