Every time I go to this store, I leave satisfied and appreciative of the helpful staff. They also support military/ veterans with a discount, so I was appreciative of that as well.

I came for help letting them know my a/c not cooling in my car. & 2 service guys were unable to help me … Caucasian guy acted like I bothered him.. this was on Sunday 8/10 5-6pm The other new guy he said was nice but lost on how to help me. I asked for help & they acted they couldn’t help me. I called my brother n he suggested I get air coolant … both service reps looked at me lost … when I asked. They sold me an antifreeze coolant & a/c recharge sub zero $75.00 purchase .. as a woman I feel frustrated… they weren’t helpful to me. I asked if they could add for me.. they declined. I’m going home to figure out how to add these to my vehicle now :-(

This place is great for getting car batteries replaced and they'll do it for you. Can't beat that

Skye was amazing and very knowledgeable. Made my experience very fun and easy, also very approachable and welcoming.

I came in to get my battery and alternator tested. I drive a Mercedes and the battery is under the front passenger seat and a real bear to get to. Sky brought his tester and tested it and sure enough it was so low he couldn’t even eat the alternator. I figured out what battery I needed and I bought it and he brought his tools and came out and was able to get the old battery out which was extremely difficult and put the new one in which was also very difficult. They don’t give you much room under that seat. He was such a pleasure and fun to work with. I highly recommend him and AutoZone.!! He is a great asset to AutoZone, and knew exactly what he was doing! He is the go to man if you ever need any parts and is most pleasant to work with!! Thank you Skye for all of your assistance!!

Warren and another gentleman at this AutoZone are absolutely amazing. I needed help changing my headlight this evening and Warren told me to bring it in. It was a difficult light bulb to get out, but they would not give up on it. Warren succeeded and changed my headlight. Warren and the other gentleman were so polite, so helpful and made my situation a priority. I cannot thank them enough! This will definitely be my go to shop for all of my auto needs. Amazing customer service!

I dont want to write a novel, but i am on the road all day, was 2 hours from home and not a moment to spare, with my next appointment in Rockville. In steps Kenny the Jet. He got me back on the road and as of right now i have 6 mins to spare. How much is time, especially "important" minutes worth to you? A lot, right? Thanks for being a pro Kenny.

I don't do reviews often but I have to give this store a special shoutout. I went to the other "Auto store" basically across the street from AutoZone... in need of a lightbulb for my brake light that went out. This "other store" said they didn't carry it and it had to be special ordered or from the dealership and they insisted AutoZone wouldn't have it either. I figured I'd give AutoZone a try anyways. Right away the man at AutoZone was honest that it's tricky with newer cars and it doesn't always tell them the exact bulb type needed but right away started researching to see if what they have could work. He even came out to my car to see if he could check - however since it's a newer car, it's a little more complicated to pop off and didn't want to take the risk (understandable and didn't expect him to). Then went inside with me to look at a YouTube video to see how to take the light off (for me to do at home). He advised, if it didn't work that I could bring the bulb back. Well I trusted his instincts that it should work and came to find out it did! So thank you to the gentleman at AutoZone a couple Friday evenings ago who was so kind and helpful. And just so you know for future reference, #2357 bulbs work in a 2023 Kia Sportage rear brake light. Thank You!! (:

Just leaving the store and to be real I didn’t know what I was looking for because I know nothing about cars lol but soon as I came in the store there was a young man I believe his name was Kenney asked me can he help me with anything soon as I told him what was wrong with my car he told me what I was looking for and I’m not going lie I’m happy he was there and knew what he was talking bout because I didn’t know a damn thing…….., if anybody need help ask for KENNEY he have great customer service skills

I came to this auto one and the staff was very polite. I was helped by a worker named Tristan, he was very polite and helped me find the correct oil for my car since I wouldn’t know where to even begin

I’m been coming here for a minute when I tell you if u ever need help ask for a young man name Kenney he is going to get u whatever you need and his customer service skills are really good I’m telling you this young man love his job and what he do you can tell by the way he treats his customers I promise you wouldn’t be disappointed

I’m just leaving the Eldersburg store with a smile on my face. Warren and Jacob provided me with outstanding customer service while also helping me to save over 15 bucks. This store was also so very clean and organized compared to most stores I’ve been to. Would love to shop here again if I didn’t live 20 miles away. 5.5 stars. Cahoots to Warren & Jacob. 😊

Warren was amazing. Battery died got a hot shot drove to the store (Warren set me up but couldn’t change battery until another employee got there at 8 am As soon as they did out he came and did it himself. Very nice and friendly (even gave me a discount for for my 1/2 hour wait. I have been there before and will continue going there. Thank you Warren! Your customer service was amazing!

Great service by the store team! I needed a new engine filter and Warren helped me obtain the one that would fit my car. The checkout process was seamless and it was installed within 10 minutes. I would recommend coming to this store for friendly and fast service!

I jumped my car and drove in with a toasted battery and severely corroded terminal. Jacob went above and beyond to successfully separate the terminal from the old battery. He put a lot of time into making sure the terminal was clean and good to go for the new battery. I can't express how grateful I am for how much he helped me. Thanks a ton, Jacob!

Every time I visit THIS location, no matter who's on duty, the team is phenomenal!. Great service, parts at decent prices, ordered parts are usually in store within 24-48 hours, and the crew will put their heads together to help a novice troubleshoot. They open early and are always pleasant...not all AutoZones are created equal...service makes the difference.

Very friendly and professional people there. We jump started our car earlier in the morning, so we decided to drive to AutoZone for a double check. They went out of the shop to help us. The guy saw that we had a relatively new car so suggested us to go to the dealer for a warranty replacement. No push for the sale, accurate information, and helpful hands. will be back if I need any auto parts in the future.

I've been in a few times and the employees are always helpful and efficient. I stopped by for a replacement battery before closing on a cold and rainy Saturday night. Sam took care of the sale and install quickly and I was on my way. My go to automotive supply store in Eldersburg.
