My friend went here to get a fuel filter change and they didn't even fully connect it thank God I passed her cause she was at the Walmart with her hazards on leaking gas everywhere! She had her kids in the damn car that car could have caught fire or worse killed her kids!! The mechanic who did this needs to be fired! I'm just glad I saw her and was able to find the problem and properly attach the fuel line to the filter! All it took was few seconds and you should have never let this happen. Best mechanic in the area yeah ok. Go to Rob's quality auto care he's nice and actually cares and won't leave a fuel filter unattached leaking fuel every where including the Walmart parking lot in Denton!!
We have been using this place for years and I’ve began to notice that when u give them a list of things wrong only half the things get fixed.
They called us to come pick our car up that it was ready and when we got there our car wouldn’t start.
I love this place. They don't rip you off best place to go in my opinion. I won't go anywhere else. My whole family goes here. They do oil changes. Brakes rotors. Evaluations. Anything really. They are worth the drive let me tell you.
Billy, Scott, Teddy and company are easy to work with and won't jip you on mechanical things or roll one over on you so to speak. Best around recommend Taylor's over anyone!
Ive gotten ball joints replaced on 2 vehicles here a sway bar a gasket..etc...they are wonderful they are honest and dont overcharge you they do wonderful work I havent had a problem with any of their work completed on either of my vehicles which one my son drives and the other my daughter drives so safety is the upmost importance to me. Honest prices when having car repairs done.
