Ive always been treated fairly, no BS from these guys. If my son cant fix it, I bring my vehicle here. I trust ER Automotive. And that IS saying something, I dont trust many.
Not only did I buy my new 2007 Honda Accord EX there but they went above and beyond to fix a small problem with the transmission a couple months , the staff and mechanics are really friendly and insightful. Im always gonna take my car back there and they didn’t even really know me very well and treated me great!
They are great to work. It is hard to find a repair shop that you can trust and have confidence in the work. ER Automotive is great and they also have a towing service for all your on the road issues.
They cranked out my motorcycle safety inspection in record time. Gave me good advice as a new rider and were fun to hang out with. Definitely coming back when needed.

I have taken many cars there over the years and they are always friendly and upfront about what needs to be done. They break down the cost of parts and labor, so you know exactly what it is that you are paying for. Never felt pressured or told to do unneeded repairs. Never had something fixed there that became a problem again, fixed right the first time.
Before you take your vehicle anywhere for work, READ THIS!! It doesn't matter if it's your first time there, 4th, or 100th, ER ALWAYS treats you with excellent customer service! They truly are a magnificent business and awesome people. They're honest, reliable, and do everything they can to make sure people are taken care of.
I made the mistake of letting someone else touch my vehicle and they ended up breaking a spark plug off in the motor. They then blew me off for weeks to fix their mistake, so I called ER (which I should have done from the beginning!) and they came quickly and towed my vehicle to their shop where they were able to fix the other guy's screw up and more! Even with the extras I asked for (oil change, tune up, and a once over to see what else needed replacing etc.) They made quick work of my repairs!
I cannot say enough how absolutely thankful I am for their hardwork, honesty, fairness, and pricing! They are the ONLY people who will be touching my vehicles from now on, and if you want the best, they'll be the only people touching yours too!
I took my car to ER Automotive to get it inspected and was able to get this done along with a few repairs in a decent amount of time and for a great price!
Just bought a used car and needed a md inspection. Made an appointment and they exceeded my expectations. Not only did they find an issue with my car that would have not made it pass but they fixed it for free. Hard to find shops like these nowadays. Thank you very much will definitely be coming back

If their goal is to have 0 return customer base, then they're doing Great! They have sold, at least this is what they have told me, my truck without letting me know a THING!! Ricky, who owns the company, refused for 2.5 months to return any calls or talk to me. They will not allow me to access my vehicle to get my legal documents or any other personal items, including $750 in cash.
YOU WILL NOT FIND ANYONE MORE HONEST THAN ER AUTOMOTIVE. You are family from the day you walk in the door and on. It's very rare to have the office know the specifics of what's going on with your vehicle. Ensure you schedule ahead!

I will never use A Plus towing or the shop associated with them called E R Automotive in Saint Leonard ever again!!! To give more information on the issue, my back rear tire came off while driving. When the tow truck driver showed up, instead of jacking the rear of my truck up and putting the tire back on first, or even some kind of tire dolly, he just hooked a winch to the front of the truck and dragged it onto his flatbed without a tire or anything on it. After he dragged the truck onto his flatbed the dude just took off without saying another word. He did not ask me if i had a ride coming or if I needed a ride to the shop or anything, just took off. On top of that he never told me to follow him back to the shop I wanted it towed too, Which I don't know he even expected me to get there. Also, he took my entire key lanyard so I had no house key and was locked out when I finally got home. So later that evening when I called the shop I wanted my truck at, the guy said he never dropped my truck off there and did not know the name of the Tow Company, nor did I because I was not the one who called them. So I had to start calling multiple towing companies in the area until I finally figured out where my truck was. And once I found my truck they told me "oh since its already here do you want us to just give you an estimate for the work?". Not wanting to pay for towing fees twice I told them sure give me an estimate. Truck got there Thursday evening and they were supposed to call me Friday morning with an estimate and never did. Called them first thing Saturday morning and come to find out they're closed for the weekend. So Today, Monday, I call them again asking whats going on about my estimate and they wanted $1400 to fix the truck, parts, labor, and towing fee. I told them to not touch my truck anymore and that I am on my way to pick it up. Got to their shop to pick up my truck and on top of everything else, they killed my battery, which now also needs to be replaced. They wanted $1400 to fix it and I fixed it myself, with the help of some friends, for $125 (not including their $225 towing fee). Lesson learned. Fix stuff myself and don't deal with those people!!
Incredible customer service and one of the most honest mechanics I have ever met!!! I am so grateful we found a mechanic to regularly use and trust!!! We HIGHLY recommend ER Automotive!!!!
I sent my van there for repairs. They had it almost two weeks and did almost nothing. They said they found a bent valve and without doing hardly any further diagnosis tried to convince me to put in a new engine. When I asked for further testing they stopped talking to me. Trying to get a mechanic on the phone is like pulling teeth. They say they'll call me back but never do. I call them and it took ten tries over two hours to get them to even answer the phone. I ended up having them take the van somewhere else for service. I do NOT suggest this place for anything.
