Lock’s Garage to the rescue! My car broke down in a terrible spot, Richard was there within 15 minutes! My car was not easy to put on or take off of the ramp, but Richard meticulously managed to find a safe way. He was so careful with my car and I am so grateful he was the one who was there to help. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was so kind and put me at ease immediately. I know who I’m always going to call when I have an emergency like that again!
Lock's is my go-to towing partner. I have a couple of Jeeps plagued with issues that have left me stranded on lonely country roads in the woods, to 695 at rush hour, and beyond. They are always responsive, and have at times, bent over backwards to help me, such as picking up my son who dropped a vehicle for maintenance (I was supposed to pick him up), then dropping my Jeep at the garage I indicated, then providing a ride home for me and my son (we live close by). I can always count on Lock's to be fair, timely, and professional!
Towed my car for Baltimore County Police when it was stranded in a storm. Easy and reasonable to deal with. Price was fair enough, particularly since I didn't have a choice and they could've really stuck it to me.
Police called to tell me where it was, but nobody before towing so I could tell them how to get to the key inside (extra charge for no key). Still, fair enough. Saved my car from damage and blocking the road for others.
After my van was totaled in an accident, Lock’s Garage came promptly to collect the wreckage. Once I was able to release my vehicle, the people at Lock’s were so helpful, accommodating and understanding. I was an emotional mess, and they helped me through the process, even removing my tags for me when I needed a screwdriver. Everyone was friendly and very supportive.
Just had to get towed by them today. I have nothing but good things to say. They were very accommodating and super quick. And the price was very reasonable. The driver was awesome. 10/10 recommended.

They towed my daughters car after an accident. The driver was very kind and compassionate with my daughter as she was highly shaken. I went to their lot to empty out her car. They were very helpful.
Locks did a great job towing my truck. They take special care and pay close attention to their work. The front office staff is very helpful and kind and they got to me same day within the hour.
Lock's towed my vehicle after it was involved in a total loss accident. They arrived promptly and had it towed away safely and professionally. After it was towed I was able to come to their lot and get some things out. The staff was friendly and accommodating making my poor luck of the accident a little bit better.
Worked on a number of my cars. Good mechanics and owner Dave is a great guy. Once got a major flat on my Porsche on I83 the way to catch a plane, called them, left the keys, got an Uber to the airport, caught my plane. when i got home the car was ready. Helped my son with his 2500 Dodge Cummins as well. As for towing, they are as experienced as they come.
Towed from a wreck in there area. Vehicle was stored in a fence lot. Allowed us to gather our stuff out of the vehicle in a timely matter.
Payment was though insurance
They don't let me take my two car sitt of the vehicle and is my right to take it the day i have the accident the state police call them . I do not request this services i just want to say becarfull when you are involved in any accident make sure don't use this guy's or they going to take averything they don't give no chance
Cannot thank these guys enough. My daughters car breaks down 4 hrs from home. Not only do they tow the car back to shop they replace a bad alternator, test and confirm the battery all within 2.5 hrs of towing the car. I was planning to stay the night, no need. These guys are AWESOME !!
Mike was wonderful! They were able to tow and fix my car so quickly! He explained the problem and I was definitely given a fair deal on repairs. I will definitely be using Locks in the future ?.
My mom got stuck in our snowy yard down a hill and could not get her suv out. I called and they sent a gentleman right over to help. Really happy they were willing to come help!
Had a great experience with this family owned business in our time of trouble on I-83. They assisted quickly and replaced a water pump roadside. Even brought my driver a bottle of water. Thank you guys! If we ever get in a bind again in MD we will know who to call!
Do not ever use this place for towing. I was in a soft roll over accident , and if I had 3 guys to push the truck over I could have drove it away. The tow truck driver used a flatbed , not a hook , and lifted and dropped my truck at least 6 times breaking all the glass , and damaging the roof, all doors, quarter, fender and pillars where the truck was totaled structurally. Then bitched because he could not find the keys in the truck. Well I was hanging sideways and the keys fell out on the floor ? What the hell ?
