I dropped my car off on Monday, September, 23rd, 2024. I had a breakdown, and had it towed there. After it got dropped off, I call the mechanic shop to confirm they got it, they said yes. I checked back after a couple of days, and they said they did not look at it yet, and did not give me a time frame or anything. I went down to the shop physically on the following Monday , September, 30th, 2024 a full week after I dropped it off, with no communication, about when they would get to it, or if the could at all. If I was told they could not get to it, I would have taken it somewhere else. There was no communication , and no respect shown for my time and money. I did not even get a call before they fixed it, to tell me how much and if it could be fixed at all.
Took my truck there about a week ago about a valve cover gasket they did tell me it was not that it was the head leaking oil however I told him to put it back together I'll come get it several boats missing in the fender well that they removed vacuum box laying sideways inside the hood it mounts to the fender well that's okay but I will tell my friends and everyone I know not to go there sloppy work
Very good experience Rob was professional my 1997 jeep tj needed some work I was advised by a co worker that this place was legit, I gave him a try and I'm hooked. Very good work. I plan on getting my mazda fixed here very soon.
This is a great shop . I get all oil changes done regularly there and they always get them done quickly . I had some work done on my truck and they called to give me an estimate and explain what needed to be done .
I was charged for a fuel pump which I don't even believe was replaced and it still wasn't even fixed yet he charged me and told me it was should have known by the amount of cars sitting up front rusting away to turn around please heed my warning and save your money
The garage at Sunoco has been awesome so far in helping me with my CJ7. Rob runs the place and he's great to work with and very understanding. I'm in the military and he's helped me out so much with getting my vehicle back on the road. I highly recommend this garage if you need work done. They will make it right! Thanks guys....
