Thank you for fixing our noisy van and the $50 discount which I'm not sure if that's for his VA status /AARP or courtesy of returning customer. FYI: I wanted to share something... about how my husband fell on those large rocks by your parking area yesterday after initially stepping out of his van (tho he did not want me to tell you! ) I thought you would want to know. I think all feedback is a good thing! Thankfully only minor cuts to hand and a bump/pain on his knee and thigh later in the pm. He was lucky once again as falling is an issue for him at his age.

Mid Atlantic Auto is the ONLY place I will take my vehicles for service. Mike (Manager) and his team are competent, courteous, thorough honest, and very knowledgeable. They provide me and my family with excellent service and peace of mind. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I had a problem with my car not starting and I was at my grand daughters school. I called my wife to come and get our granddaughter. I called a tow truck to have my car towed to Mid-Atlantic Auto Repair. I needed a NEW starter.

Clyde McGee the assistant manager is a rockstar! needed help with diagnosing a code I had on my Audi and he took the time to help me when he didn't need too really appreciative!

I’ve now had 2 disappointing experiences with this shop. The first time was with my BMW, where I had to bring it back multiple times because a warning light kept coming on. After several returns, they finally resolved it. Fast forward several months later, against my better judgment, I decided to bring in my other vehicle, my GMC for 2 issues: 1) replacing a cracked left side mirror, and 2) diagnosing and fixing the check engine light. They had my car for a week, during which I had to rent a vehicle. On September 10th, I got a call that my car was ready. I paid the bill over the phone, dropped off the rental, and my wife drove me to pick up my “repaired” car after hours. To my disappointment, the moment I started the car, the check engine light was still on. I thought maybe the system just needed to reset, so I drove it home, went to gym—but the light never went off. My question is: why return a car to a customer when the main issue hasn’t been fixed? Now I’m left wasting more of my time either bringing the car back again or paying another shop to finally address the problem.

I was told by the Toyota dealer that my rear brakes were 3 mm and were "like metal on metal" and needed to be replaced. I brought my car here for a second opinion and to potentially replace them and was told by Mike, Austin and Amy that I still had 50% left and no intervention needed. Honesty and Integrity will always earn my trust and my business. We intend on bringing our cars here from now on. Very grateful for this crew.

I wish I could give them 10 stars, they performed a brake inspection and said my brakes were perfectly fine after a local ford dealer said I needed a brake job for $1000.thank you again. Jaime Archibald

Mid-Atlantic really saved us in a pinch when we had an unexpected issue on a day we were to leave to go out of town. They went above and beyond, especially Amy, to make sure our car got fixed and we got on our way as planned. Excellent service and I highly recommend!

A first time customer and a happy customer. Brought my car in for spark plug replacement at around 8 am and it got done within an hour. Front desk lady (her name is Amy?! I could be wrong) was very friendly and professional explaining everything in good detail. Will definitely come back again!

So! This place is one of the BEST in a 30 mile area! Always great service, never trying to “take you”, and excellent work always! For the recent post of the guy who said that he called and got a quote for an alignment at $290, that’s WAY INACCURATE. It is in fact $110…… Everyone there does their job to the utmost! Mike, Tim, Oscar, Amy, and Clyde.

I did not have my vehicle worked on at this place. The reason I'm leaving a review is because of pricing. I called quite a few shops looking for a front end alignment quote. Most places were around $120-$140... Not this shop... price I was told is $290 which is insane.

Loyal and trustworthy mechanics. I originally went to arundel mills location where they performed a coolant flush. I subsequently had degraded hot air and after they tried to fix the issue they recommended I come here. Because the flush helped clean out the coolant, something must have become stuck in the heater core. Mike made sure that this issue would be solved. They were able to solve the issue and clean out the heater core and now my heat works perfectly. The flush issue he explained wasn’t typical for coolant flushes but it can happen and I am very happy that they were able to solve this issue for me. I will be a returning customer. Very happy with the service and customer service.

Went to mid-Atlantic auto repair for my broken AC/heat and they were able to identify the issue immediately. Fixed my car for less than I anticipated and never tried to add on additional fees or “repairs”. Loved the service! These guys are so nice and I even got a coupon for a free car wash from their car care center! No complaints here, highly recommend.

Went to get a tire repair due to a nail. Turns out it was impossible to patch due to nail position. They recommended a tire replacement. They said they could have it delivered by the afternoon. Got the call at 1:00 PM on the dot. Drove there and the the tire change took about 15 minutes before I was on my way. Quick and excellent service.

Clyde, the front desk manager, is phenomenal and professional. Reasonable, informative, and fair. While I have had years of top notch experience getting oil changes next door at their Lube Center, they didn't tighten the oil change bolt and had my car leaking oil. I brought it back to Lube Center and they told me it was something else as the oil itself was fine. So I came back early next day to their Mid-Atlantic Auto Repair and they called out the Lube Center guys' BS as the oil change wasn't done properly. Good on the technician Brandon Brooks and Clyde for their honesty even though it was their own guys who messed it up! Thank you!!

Had a great experience. I rarely write reviews but felt these guys deserved it. They took great care of me. Clyde and Mike both worked with me, filled special requests, completed the work in a timely manner and always had me updated. I loved the digital reports they sent over after inspection. I had a lot of work for them to do including replacing tires on an older truck, so I dropped some coin, but it might be the first time I've ever felt good about doing it when dealing with car repair/maintenance. Thanks guys. Truck looks and feels great!

After looking up several auto repair businesses in the area, I came across Mid-Atlantic. The reviews spoke so highly of the business and yes there were a few with one star but they weren't clear as to what the problem was. I called the day before to confirm alignments were done on the weekend and Clyde explained yes but its first come first serve no appointment needed. Great! Woke up early Saturday morning and made my way over. I was happy I did. The service was phenomenal, the wait time was minimal! I was truly impressed with how fast I was able to get in and get out. I love how they have cameras set up at each station and you can see the tech working on your car and Clyde explained they even have a mobile text service that will text you other issues they may find with your vehicle. Impressive! I will be a repeat customer and another customer that was waiting told me everything Clyde mentioned about taking care of customers is true. This gentleman explained he's been coming here for a year now and will not take his vehicle any where else now. Thanks Clyde!!! -Brimm

By far one of the best repair shop I have been to. Awesome employees, managers, and top quality work. The guys here made my car drive better than it ever has.

What can I say hands down my go to place when I need work done on my Ram 1500!! Just got some new tires and an alignment done. Mike, Clyde and the guys got my truck in, tires ordered, picked up and installed in no time! Last visit before that Tim put a wheel bearing in for me and the other guys Oscar and DJ are always extremely nice and helpful. If you need repair work go check them out!

Mike the manager is my guy. I mean seriously. I had my truck break down and Mike was patient with me throughout the whole thing. Was able to see what was really wrong with my truck before I spent crazy amount of dollars on parts. I told him about a weird sound and immediately knew what was wrong. Dropped my truck off to get worked on and water pump replaced in 2 hours. Clyde the other manager is funny and really cool. Goes out his way to ensure you are comfortable good, and ensures you have a great deal on your hands. I only trust This place as well as Mike and his crew with my vehicles. PERIOD!! You want legit and honest work go here!!! Also they even gave my truck a complimentary detail when It had to stay overnight. So something to think about.... love this place. Only place that will touch my vehicles...
