A friendly little shop in a repurposed small house with multiple rooms and even an upstairs book nook and Christmas room. They have a lot of tchotchkes and bric-à-brac for collectors of kitchen and dining room smalls. The owner is friendly and amenable to price counteroffers. Good pull-up parking in front.
We stopped for lunch at Pirates Cove, and saw this little gem as we were leaving. There is so much in the store and the owner is so friendly. We ended up getting two very large oil paintings for less than $100. Typically, we shop in Annapolis for consignment stores and thrift stores. This is our new favorite spot.
I gave Nelson 100's of items to consign almost 2 years ago. He just picked thru a valuable POD and filled a pick up. I said I'm moving and needed to be paid. He has put me off for 2 months. Today, finally, after promises that never happened, he gave me 200.00. DO NOT CONSIGN. WARMING. HE TOLD ME HOW ANOTHER PERSON WAS RUDE BEING A CONSIGNER. NOW I SEE WHY.
Quaint little shop with a wonderful plethora and variety of antiques and collectibles. Found a wonderful metal dragonfly box/basket. So many, many items available. Very personable owner who will strive to help you find something you're looking for, or just let you browse and enjoy the ambiance. Or just engage in a convivial conversation with you.
I especially liked the little 'nooks and crannies' at every turn, filled with interesting and unique items. You need to go here.
