I had an older vehicle that wouldn't start. Turns out it needed a distributor. My only complaint is that I think their prices are a tad bit too high. To be honest though. I've never been to a better mechanic!!! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They are professional and Courteous. They also got the vehicle diagnosed and repaired with two days. I would reccomend them to everyone and they are going to be the only mechanic I use from now on.
I was in and out in no time! The staff at Nealey are kind, professional and walked me through future maintenance that I might need in the near future. The staff communicated very well through my oil change process and I will for sure be a return customer.

I'm a new Maryland resident and I went to Nealey for my state inspection. The staff is friendly and professional, but the 4 star rating is because they misjudged the time required by a lot because they had some other things going on in the shop. On a follow up visit, they were fast and got me in and out in 10 minutes, so I was grateful.
There to expensive , and Dide not do what I said to do at all . I ask them to put the old parts in my car , they did not do it . They over charged me , I was garage that would treat you right they failed . I am on a fixed income .
Very friendly, shuttle service where they drove me home while the car was being worked on and then picked me up, just a very good job and I definitely recommend them. No problems with my brakes after they did the work
They were quick to get tires and change them as well as discovering some bad control arms and replacing them. Happy with thier quick service and advise.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Overpriced, terrible customer service and warranties with loopholes they’re looking to exploit. I had all 4 brakes and rotors done as preventative maintenance in May. By August my brakes were rubbing. I asked for coverage Uber warranty but they said because they didn’t see anything previously that it wasn’t covered. Spent 3k in May and they tried to charge me 4k in August even though the work they did was under the warranty. They avoided the warranty and tried to charge me more. Will NEVER use them again and cannot suggest enough to other customers to use anyone else. Shady practices
With a flat tire on Rt2 north. Tucker Enterprise came and hooked up the land yacht. Closet repair shop to me was Nealey. The staff was able to make accommodation for the land yacht flat tires to be repaired. All the staff I encountered were friendly.
Total focus on what I wanted ans good advice about what I needed. The shop was flexible as I had to reschedule my appointment. My vehicle repairs were completed in a day and my truck was spotless when I picked it up. New to Deale and Nealy is now my family's tire store.
Nealey Tire is awesome, highly recommended. Prices seem reasonable and they do a great job of keeping you in the loop which is not something all shops do well.
Really like their fully digital online estimate system, which they also used to send me videos of my terrible brakes in need of repair. Cool touch.
Bonus points for Danielle giving me a ride home when I went to drop off the car! Great shop, would do business with them again.
I was blown away by the customer service at Nealey Tire and Auto in Deale. Danielle was the kindest person I have ever encountered at a car service center. She welcomed me with a smile and a positive, solution oriented demeanor and quickly assessed what I needed and promised me she would have my tire replaced and ready for pick up the next morning. She kept in touch every step of the way, and she kept her promise. This auto shop is exemplary in every way. I highly recommend!

The customer service is beyond amazing. Nick provided thorough explanations of my car's issues, contacted the dealership on my behalf to request information about potential warranty and past repairs, and was so patient in answering all my questions and giving me time to think on the recommended repairs. Danielle and Brittney were also so kind and even delivered my car to my house at no charge because I couldn't make it there the day it was ready! They guarantee their work through warranties and their prices are fair and reasonable. I will definitely return for any future needs solely because of the wonderful customer service from every person I interacted with at Nealey's.
Nealey auto is excellent. They provide fast service and truly care about customer safety without trying to overcharge for their services. This said, you get what you pay for and I have no issue paying Nealey for their high quality services.
Chose to take my car here over 3 other places due to a repair pal guaranteed estimate and fact they were a repair pal certified shop. They would not honor the price and wanted to charge me over $200 more. The website states: The RepairPal Price Guarantee ensures that customers of RepairPal Certified shops will not pay more for a repair than the price range provided by the RepairPal Estimator for their specific vehicle and location. This means that if a shop quotes a price higher than the estimate, they are obligated to adjust the price to fall within the estimated range.
They however did not feel obligated and refused to adjust the price stating the website doesn’t know how much fluid my car takes. I gave them 2 stars because everyone there was very nice. This was just a waste of my time and I don’t understand why they’re a certified shop if they’re not going to honor the reason for the site existing in the first place(to not overpay for a service). They ended up being the highest of the 3 places I got quotes from by over $100
Dropped my vehicle off to get my wheels switched out…. Excellent service from both service writers ,shop supervisor, and technician…. very quick service, they even gave me a ride home… Highly recommended.
Nealey’s Deale was absolutely fantastic. They handled my repair perfectly. They even picked me up when the repair was done as I didn’t have a ride. I love Nealey’s Deale. I will definitely go back for all my routine maintenance and major repairs. They are AWESOME!
I received a great service! They said exactly what they were going to do, and gave their suggestions but werent overly pushy. I have had zero problems since my last visit and I will be going back there for the further repairs I am going to need to my vehicle!

Nealy was great in getting our car back on the road the same day! We had a flat tire in the driveway and had the car towed to Nealy. They fixed it within hours, providing updates throughout the whole process. The staff is very friendly and understood our need to get the car back as quickly as possible. We are very satisfied!
Super impressed! I had a gash in the sidewall of my tire and had to drive a long distance in 48 hrs. I dropped my car off after 5pm and it was ready the next day by 2p. I couldn't pick my car up until after they closed but was able to make those arrangements via text. I highly recommend Nealey Tire & Auto Service.
The company employees were very welcoming and nice over the phone and at the repair shop. Also, they recommended me some other issues I had in certain areas of my car and explained in great detail what each problem was. Which was very helpful for me to understand what the repairs were for and what it included. This is definitely a great place to go for repairs.

A special thanks for replacing the aftermarket alternator you installed a year ago with original Ford equipment completely free of charge.
