As much as you can "love" a restoration place, this place was helpful. They quickly assisted with removing our vehicle from the road. They were very helpful to allow access to the vehicle and the transition of the vehicle. All in all I would say they provide a needed service in a very professional way.

Unfortunately, a deer ran in front of my GMC Sierra 2500 and took out the grill, the bumper, core support, hood, radiator, condenser and transmission cooler along with headlights and other accessories. I was happily referred to JT Restorations by my son-in-law who had dealt with them previously. Despite the mileage on my truck, JT Restorations and their employees treated it as if it were brand new and quickly restored it to its original beauty. They were true professionals who fully informed me about the process to restore the vehicle, how long it would take and quoted a price I considered to be quite reasonable. I was surprised when JTR called me to say the truck was ready a week earlier than the given timeframe. Upon arrival at the shop, I met with the owner who took me through the repairs one by one. I was impressed by the workmanship and care taken to revive the vehicle. It looked brand new. You could tell this was not a throw some paint on some parts and get it out the door. I dare say the paint was better than factory and was blended in to match perfectly. You could also see that careful attention was paid to the road worthiness and mechanical issues to ensure safety. This viewing was accompanied by the owner telling me to bring it back if I ran into any issues. From my observations, JT Restorations is a well run entity under the supervision of a hands-on owner whose first priority is serving the needs of his clients. It was clear on the phone and in person. They were readily accessible and quick to respond to questions. JTR is the only place I will take my vehicles in the event of further incidents.

I purchased a used 2020 Toyota Corolla sedan. It had a few dings in the paint to the metal and some started to rust. The rear red reflector was broken like it was hit in the parking lot. Joe Tucker consulted with me and gave me a free estimate. We then set up the appointment for repairs. The paint repair was done as promised, with a new reflector installed and all was completed in the timeframe estimated. The price was very fair!! Joe and his team were friendly. I left feeling like I had a NEW car, with a keychain and two new reusable grocery bags! I highly recommend JT Restorations!!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about JT Restoration. Everyone is always so friendly, helpful, and really want to help with everything they can. Their communication is fantastic. Their performance, knowledge, and efficiency is wonderful. They truly go above and beyond for everyone. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received during my recent visit to your shop. My wife was recently involved in a hit-and-run accident, leaving her car with extensive damage to the left rear bumper. The vehicle is barely drivable, and I reached out to JT's Restoration because your business is listed as a partnered provider with State Farm on their claim website. Earlier in the day, I contacted your team to inform them that I planned to arrive shortly before closing to have the vehicle assessed. I arrived at 4:55 PM, filled out the necessary paperwork, and began discussing the situation with one of your staff members. When I asked whether they thought the car might be totaled, the employee accompanied me to the vehicle but stated, "I'm not sure if my boss will be interested in the car." I then inquired what steps I should take if the car was totaled, to which he replied, "We will have you take it to another body shop." When I asked if his boss would be available the next evening, as I planned to return with the vehicle, the response I received was, "I'm not sure. Maybe you should call ahead." This interaction was not only dismissive but also deeply unprofessional. It gave the impression that my time and effort—on top of the already stressful circumstances of dealing with a damaged vehicle—were of no importance to your team. If your shop was unwilling to take on this work or unable to provide assistance, that should have been communicated clearly and respectfully. Instead, the lack of courtesy and dismissive attitude I encountered has left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. Additionally, had I known this outcome in advance, I could have avoided wasting my time and energy. Sending photos of the car for an initial assessment, for example, could have been a much more efficient approach. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend your shop to others. I strongly urge you to address this issue internally to prevent future customers from experiencing similar treatment.

We totaled our tailgate and bumper. They did such a good job and cleaned the truck up so good we thought it was someone else truck. They are the best.

This is a phenomenal body shop not only with excellent work but also the staff. They handled everything with my insurance company and made it so easy for me. Highly recommend for any body work you need done. Service is outstanding!

I was recommended JT Restoration by a friend and decided to drop in one afternoon to see if they would be available to do the repairs. From the second I stepped in the door, despite not having an appointment or calling ahead, the employees at JT Restorations were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to squeeze me in to get the work done quickly and efficiently. They even helped navigate when my insurance company became less than helpful about supplements and delayed a few things, but Joe Tucker and his team were there to help get it moving again. When I got my car back after the repairs it looked perfect and like nothing had ever happened, I was blown away with the job JT Restorations did. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of bodywork after an accident or act of God in my case. Hopefully I don't need bodywork done anytime soon, but I know if I do, my place to go is JT Restorations.

All the guys that work here are extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired correctly and found custom parts to fix my car because the previous parts that were damaged in the accident were no longer available. I won’t go anywhere else!

Door handle came off my car in my hand! JT Restoration put original handle and lock cover back on my car, in 15 minutes I was driving without crawling across the passenger seat! Thank you for your kindness! It pays to shop local.

This place is TOP NOTCH! We've had to bring my husband's car here twice now for accidents and the repairs are done wonderfully, looks like a brand new car. The communication between the owner, Joe and his mechanics were great. Highly recommend and will use them for any future repairs!

I had some body damage to my car. I was upset and stressed out. These guys made everything seamlessly. I took it in to get it looked at and they ordered parts and then I brought it back for the repairs. The paint job was perfect. It was done beyond my expectations and the customer service was incredibly. Highly recommend them to take your worries away and do a fantastic job. They go above and beyond!

Nearly $3k to replace a bumper. Being a mechanic is hard but it’s definitely not worth $40 an hour. Went to my local mechanic and fixed the bumper for $700. They will scam you, if you don’t know jack about cars.

Their customer service was great! They treated my wife and I kindly and provided great recommendations to fixing our car. When we saw our car finished with repairs, the car honestly looked brand new. I appreciate the great work JT Restorations accomplished. I plan to go there for future body work.

Since the cool thing to do these days is copy/paste our Facebook reviews on google I have included my sincerest review below detailing the cold hard truth about this amazing business. ???? As far as coaxing reviews... In my opinion, in order to give a genuine review, you must first patronize a business. Luckily in my case, I have personally, my family has for generations, and my employer actively contracts services from JT Restorations and therefore feel it appropriate to once again, leave a 5 star review for JT Restorations. Joe, Pete and Ryan and all other employees I've had the pleasure of working with have always been pleasant, upfront and honest. JT Restorations has repaired several vehicles for me personally, and so many for our family to the point that we were receiving Christmas Cards, haha! When a blizzard hit and a carport collapsed on two of our vehicles, Joe himself came out to analyze the situation and even worked on removing them himself. I frequently work with Kirk on a professional level and he's never turned down work, even attempted to make a tow call the day of a family wedding (I told him no!!). When a duck was run over in front of our house, these guys jumped to action and had duck crossing signs all over town within days. These are good to the core people! Needless to say, I will never recommend someone else for body work and will not go elsewhere unless JT Restorations refers me elsewhere, for whatever reason that may be. Thank you guys for being the best at what you do and even moreso, for being the good hearted people we all know and love!

Our cars are a huge key to our progress and success with our business. As we have grown, our fleet of cars have grown and so has some extra dings and bangs with those cars. It is an incredible relief and comfort to have JT's taking care of us when needed. From the time I give them a call, all the tiny little extras: to even watching and listening to them go above and beyond for all of their longtime as well as new clients it completely eases those tough anxieties and frustrations of any accident or concern with our cars. Whether a work car or personal vehicle, mine, my grandmas or even the best of friends: myself and my family are in good hands. I will always refer JT's as the company who will steer you in the right direction with honesty and care.

Always a pleasure doing business with JT Restorations, been having work done for almost 12 years. I send everyone and their mother to them with the highest level of work done. Seems the 1 star review has several " issues" with every place he goes except boones automotive......yeah. Continue to do amazing work and the most competent body in the state. Enough said, these guys are top notch.

Twice now I have had the unfortunate run in with Mr Deer. Both times I've had JT Restoration repair the front. This time around was a little more severe. They did an absolutely amazing job. It looks great, drives great and came back clean. Pete stayed in touch with updates and Joe test drove it to make sure it rode smoothly. I think it drives better now than it did before. I highly recommend this company.

My friend and expert in all things cars recommended JT Restorations to me, so I took my 12 year old truck in to have the front left panel and front bumper repaired after they had been damaged in a fender bender. They did an excellent job, in less time than estimated. Somehow they blended everything in so well that the color and finish match the rest of the vehicle perfectly. When I picked up the truck, I found that they had also cleaned all of the windows, vacuumed the inside and cleaned and polished the interior, and washed the outside of the truck also. Unbelievable! Nicest people to work with, too. The owner and office staff could not have been more helpful. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the price they said they would do it for. Great company to do business with!

When my wife hit our mail box I asked a friend who is a good company to fix it. He told me to call JT! I got the written estimate and showed my brother a claims adjuster for and insurance company. He said it was slightly high for the work that needed to be done. I didn't follow my brothers advice and chose them to do the work. They did it fast and it looked better than before. They might charge more but sometimes it's better to pay slightly more. I think quality comes at a cost but the company is GREAT!
