Kristin was very helpful and professional . My gas mileage has gone from 26.2 to 26.5 after the mechanic changed the spark plugs. I will be back when my Honda CR-V needs anything.
Service was excellent, quick and they did what I asked without any upsell. In this case, replacing my broken TPMS sensors with ones I sourced, and not programming them since I have my own programer. Appointment times are out 5+ days because they are reasonably priced and excellent quality. No complaints on that point. Will definitely use C & S in the future.
Jeremy, when out of his way to help me in repairing my BMW, they had it there a long time no fault of theirs, it was a complicated repair, and there were some challenges along the way. I asked Jeremy to really step up to help me in a time of need and he went out of his way! Great people very fair prices. I've used them many times while living in Wells, I now live in Dover, NH I will continue to go to them.

Highly recommend! Got a flat on our service van while at a job nearby. Was able to nurse it to C&S for evaluation. Unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed and a new tire was needed. Said they would have it done the next day and Kristen in office was nice enough to give me a ride back to the jobsite a mile away. Great down home service.
While traveling on a trip from Raleigh, NC to Wells, Maine my car information system alerted me that I had a tire low on air. My motel recommended C&S Auto repair. I called and left a message regarding my need for service. Doug, the proprietor, returned my call and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. Doug took off the tire and determined that the inner side wall had been punctured and that the tire could not be repaired. Although he did not have a replacement tire he gave me the address of a tire warehouse who would have the tire. Doug's service was timely and professional, and he was a nice guy! I would definitely recommend C & S Auto and Truck repair. Thanks Doug.
Doug is great. We had an issue with our brakes on a trip down to Boston. Checked the car quickly to make sure it was safe to drive and got us back on the road quickly.
