Have had a couple good experiences here. First was getting my oil change - in and out super quick and the clerk (female, I forget her name, but so sweet) worked with me to honor my oil change coupon that I accident had ripped in half.
Two weeks later, my exhaust pipe cracked so I came into the parts section. Mike and his colleague (ball cap and white beard, didn’t catch his name) gave me some good advice and went out of their way to contact a couple local mechanics who specialize in the specific flex pipe repair I needed, and got me in to see one of the mechanics up the road that day. I will definitely be returning to this location for service and parts.
Picture this, Tuesday October 7th. The crisp fall air was making its way through my lungs. Some GUY cuts me off in traffic and my windshield wiper poops off and my brake pedal feels spongy. The crisp air that was in my lungs is now being formed into several curse words and hurtled across the intersection by the hannafords. After my alarm had been lowered and the individual who cut me off had been thoroughly insulted for several generations to come, I made my way into the oreillys. Aaron and James were at the counter discussing existential philosophy in such an entertaining manner that I almost wanted to forgive the guy who was in the mint green Chevy Aveo. They were both very helpful and knew exactly what I needed, and lifted my spirits into the cosmos. 10/10 would come again.
Yesterday, I visited the O’Reilly Auto Parts store at 3 Ocean Park Road in Saco, Maine, and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. As a 74-year-old man living with partial paralysis, I often face challenges when it comes to vehicle maintenance. I needed three different lightbulbs for my 2013 Honda Odyssey, and I’m incredibly grateful for the help I received from Aaron.
Aaron went above and beyond—he not only made sure I got the correct replacement bulbs, but he also took the time to assist me with installation and ensured all three were working perfectly before I left the store. His patience, professionalism, and genuine care were truly exceptional. In a time when good service can be hard to find, Aaron stood out as someone who truly takes pride in his work.
O’Reilly Auto Parts should be proud to have such a dedicated and compassionate employee. Thank you, Aaron, for turning what could have been a stressful task into a positive and uplifting experience.

I don't think these guys like minorities, one day I came here to buy a headlight and some chubby dude practically tried to fight me and next time I came here some old bearded guy gave me serious attitude because I found a catalytic converter at a cheaper price online... hopefully I won't have to deal with these guys again...
Mike at the parts counter has a bad attitude and is exceptionally lazy. He doesn't seem to understand that his job includes customer service. I won't be back.
Cory helped me put on my new wiper blades on when it was raining hard, he is an excellent employee and deserves 5 stars and recognition, I will recommend this business to everyone.
I was visiting from out of town and experienced some challenges with my motorcycle. Chris and several other team members were considerably generous with the advise, time and help. Class act guys and im so appreciative!
They separated from VIP both guys at desk were helpful ofc I tried to use a napa gift card..we couldn't figure it out why it wouldn't go through..that was on me but we all laughed, they right down road I still go even though I have 50$ piece in my wallet . All on a Sunday from a one day order..other places were 2 weeks.. thank you
I needed to change my burnt out taillight bulb myself since the dealership quoted me $160+ for an hour of labor plus “parts”. I went in and the gentleman made sure I had the right screwdriver and bulb. He also made sure id be able to pull the plastic plugs out myself. Got home, changed it in 6 minutes. Thank you for your help!
I walked in and asked if they did free diagnostic testing cuz my engine light was on, a man behind the counter said sure I can do that for you, so we went outside he tested it and we went back in and it had something to do with my engine coolant, he was very kind and helpful. I have always been a fan of VIP and O'Reilly's, and anytime I have gone in they have ways been very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.
The counter people are so nice & friendly. Knowledgeable as well. Battery to replace mine (warranty) was not in stock but I can pick it up tomorrow. Love it. Convenient parking & location too.
O'Reillys always has what I am looking for and the prices are reasonable. Staff is always very friendly and goes out of their way to make sure I have a good experience. Roger is the nicest and most knowledgeable with decades of experience in the industry. I never go anywhere else for my auto parts needs.
My key fob battery recently died, and Keith was so helpful at finding out which battery I needed, and even installed it for me! As someone who has little to no car knowledge, this was so appreciated. Great service, and I was in and out within minutes! Highly recommend this location :)

Honestly I wouldnt use this garage if not for the fact that my tire blew out in the parking lot beside it.

Staff is always very helpful with answering any questions I have and very easy to make an appointment. They are very knowledgeable and work quickly so you don’t have to wait around for long.
Second time I came in for a new high beam replacement bulb for my VW Sportwagon and Curt helped out both times. The 1st time I had no idea if I should go to the dealer and he decided he could try to do it himself right then and there. Today I came in with my partner and he couldn't figure it out (he's a MazdaSpeed 3 kind of guy), seemed VW is designed to have only techs work on it (Fuse box completely in the way on the left side). So Curt came out and helped again! Thanks so much, you guys have always been so nice and PS, hollar when some cool hotwheels come in :)
They only stock the higher priced spark plugs. All the others are "at the warehouse" I went to NAPA instead. They had what I needed and great customer service.
The store manager with the name of (Ed) acted with extreme lack of respect with me and my family, in an INACREDITABLE way, to the point of shouting at us in front of other customers who were in the store. An act that I would call DEHUMAN. Someone who certainly doesn't deserve the shirt they wear and certainly shouldn't be as a store manager. Reilly NEVER MORE
Good store however they are not sharp enough to update their online hours, it seems they have no consideration for the customer that is in a pinch and drives there to get common stock shelf items.
MY SON AND HIS GIRLFRIEND ARE VISITING THE AREA THIS WEEK FROM VERMONT...THEY ENDED UP NEED BRAKES.

They helped me pick out the right wipers for my car and put them on for me also... But they didnt clean them before hand and they smeares grease all over my windows that was hard to remove.
Really helpful staff. We came in for a leaking brake line and they pointed us in the right direction for fixing it and showed us what parts to buy that didn't break the bank. Will definitely come back here for more auto parts
Awesome! I'm from Michigan & my son is living in Saco, playing junior hockey for the Portland Pirates. His car battery died in the driveway of the rental house he is living at, with no tools to change the battery. They came out to the house & got him on the road again. I can't thank them enough for going above & beyond to take care of him.
