These guys couldnt be more helpful! They are always friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I hope management and the powers that be know how great a crew they have because in these crazy times, this is rare. We are thankful for them getting us in and out each and every time.
Needed to change my cabin air filter and a burned out parking light. I looked at their display of filters and couldn't find the one I needed. Eventually I took my old one (got from them 3 years ago) and showed it to the clerk and he found the one I needed out back. I then asked him about the parking light and after looking it up on his computer, he went to the floor display and grabbed the one I needed. This NAPA store has been my go to store for years. Whenever I needed auto parts, they have always come through for me. I highly recommend this store for your auto parts need!
As a Saco resident, I’ve been coming here for the better part of a decade. They are always so helpful, laid-back, and friendly. They have generously offered to swap out windshield wiper blades when purchasing, and today they went above and beyond. I didn’t catch his name, But the associate with the cool checkered Vans was a lifesaver! Thanks, Napa, glad to have you in our town!
Enthusiastic young counter guys are the best. The owner keeps a close eye out too. Good stock & I think free shipping to store. Close "early" @ 6 pm so get there by 5:30.
Damion in saxo should get a pay raise he rembers people every time he knows my truck on and out and hasn't ever seen it I onow nothing about thus stuff and he literally baby feeds me all the info and I succeeded in doing my own brakes calipers rotors because of Damion in Saco maine
I want to thank the gentleman that help me with my purchase, recommending the Bosch Wiper Blades for a reasonable price and taking the extra step by installing them on my vehicle a Mitsubishi Outlander SUV. Boy, I sure needed them on a very rainy day after the purchase.

In this day and age we don't realize how helpless we are without our technology until we no longer have access to it. While pumping gas I foolishly locked my keys, cell phone, and wallet in my truck. What do I do? I can't call for help? The gas station attendant couldn't be bothered. I had two choices, either break my window, or try the NAPA store to see if they had anything to help. I got more than that.
Chad was amazing!!! He looked up my roadside assistance number, VIN number, and address of my stranded truck. It wasn't just these acts of kindness that I was impressed with, it was how willing he was to do it. His exceptional act of kindness means so much to me. He turned what had been a very stressful situation for me into nothing more than a minor setback, and I could move on with my day.

Doug was fantastic. I went in with a tricky head lamp situation and Doug took the time to figure it out and lend me the tools I needed to change it. That's why I always go there instead of other local places. Thanks again Doug!!!!
