Sold my husband a truck that "needs nothing" over 13,000 bucks for a used trucks and barely over a year have over $20,000 into it. It was undercoat when purchased. But under the undercoat the frame was cracked and rotted. Our kids were in this truck.
I purchased a 2011 Chevy Colorado from him on October 28, 2024, for $12,700. It had a good sticker at the time and had just been undercoated; everything seemed fine. Less than six months later, one of the transmission cooler lines broke off at the radiator because it was so rusted, so I had to replace the transmission lines and the radiator. Not two months after that, both of my front wheel hubs and bearings went out, and I had to replace them. Then, I just went to have it inspected, and the truck's frame is about to snap in half. I've had this truck for a little over a year, paid $12,700, and put a little over 10,000 miles on it, and now it's a pile of scrap metal. I have two small children to take to school, and I work, but now I don't have a vehicle. So thanks jay

Bought a 2008 nissan Sante fe for my son. Found an issue with one of the axles. Jay replaced both axles because he didn't like the looks of the other axle. I offered to give him more money for the repair and he declined saying I stand by my vehicles and I will fix it. I personally thought he went above and beyond . If I ever needed another used vehicle I would definitely not hesitate to buy one from M&M AUTO. Thanks jay!

I had an overall great experience -I’ll update my post after a few months of owning my used vehicle.
Jay was an honest, no-gimmick Manager who gave me exactly what I needed - a reliable commuter car with “bang for its buck.” I got a 2006 Hyundai Sonata with 118,000 miles, leather seats, sunroof, inspected, no wear.
Two months ago I did a sale with a private dealer (which was taxing and terrible,) but this on the otherhand went smooth.
A friend of mine told me to look at other reviews for this place, and the positive reviews overwhelmed the few negative.
When I mentioned the reviews to the employees, they explained the incidents in a professional way that left me feeling confident about my purchase.
This beauty is now in my driveway and I would recommend going here... if you’re serious about buying a car.

5 months later and this car is still doing great! Put around 6,000 miles on it, and she does need new brakes and rotors, but every used car has simple wear and tear. Still strongly recommend this place and am very happy with my reliable purchase.
They were super awesome! I got a great car, for an excellent price and it came with an inspection sticker. No need to haggle on the price since they sell well under market value. The car was in excellent condition and drives great. I would highly recommend this place!

The owner Mitch is shady as they come. Bought a truck from him, it died 5 miles down the road. His response "not my problem". I'm out the cost of the truck and the tow back to NY. Bad business, guy is a liar and a cheat. Save yourself the grief and avoid this place
Avoid at all costs !! Owner assured us he was driving the truck we purchased and it ran fine. He knew we were coming from NY to drive back. Turns out this man is a liar and will steal your hard earned money. The truck didnt make it 5 miles. When we called him He said not my problem and left us stuck 200 miles from home with a dead pick up. Terrible business man and a pretty awful human being. Dont give them a dime of your money.
So about a month and a half ago I bought a 2012 Subaru Outback. I heard and read reviews and word of mouth about M&M, some were great some were not! But I have to say in my experience jay and I believe the owners name is Mitch we’re nothing but professional and helpful. The price was definitely spot on and the car drives and looks amazing. I guess I would say take all reviews with a grain of salt! You get what you pay for, if you spend 1,000-2,000 expect issues. On the other hand I spent more because I needed a reliable vehicle and that’s what I got. Thank you jay for selling me a great car and exactly what I was looking for.
Just had an awesome experience lol wanted to test drive the envoy he has.. Went to the bank got the money.. Kept saying well if you drive it you gunna buy it? Lol well maybe dude Jesus lol he did not want me to drive it... Hes a shady character.. Also beware that car has bondo alllll through it! So i didnt get a test drive ans just walked away! Super arrogant dealer
I purchased a vehicle from Jay and I will purchase another vihicle from there he showed nothing but respect to us, and he was a very respectable salesman we had no problems with anyone there all in all I give him and the vihicle a 10 thank you M & M Auto Sales.
The owner Mitch, met us outside to look at a jeep grand Cherokee Rocky mountain package. He was very nice, even when we found leaks, whining noises, smoking from the engine, completely fogged headlights, etc. The owner went inside once the salesman, Jay showed up from lunch and sent him out to speak with us. Jay leaned against the Subaru beside us, crossed his arms and with a very unimpressed attitude and facial expressions, asked if we just spoke to Mitch, we said yes. We asked if any warranty comes with the purchase and he stated the new state inspection sticker is all that goes with it and that he trusts the "Inspection sticker Station" in Sanford ME. We also know Mike from the inspection station and is normally very diligent about his inspections...sometimes too diligent. In this case however, not only the Jeep but all of the vehicles had fogged headlights and no way would he pass that jeep with a smoking engine, multiple leaks underneath and severely fogged headlight's, unless he's getting paid to pass bad vehicles. I would give them zero stars based on the vehicles and the salesman's poor attitude.
My daughter just bought a car from them. Jay is very friendly and a real down to earth guy. We are very happy with our purchase and the price was right.
I've been getting all of my cars from Mitch for about 40 years now. When you buy used, as-is you have to understand what it is you're doing. A new car can break down unexpectedly even like a used one. He's been at this most of his life and he knows what to look for when he picks them out. I've never known him to not be fair and honest with people.
This is one of very few guys who is honest that sells used cars....The owner Mitch helped me from start to finish when I bought my car from him. If you can't afford or don't want a new car give M&M a shot, I am happy I did......thanks M&M#...........bm
