Bought a super rare truck from Tejay. Truck was as described. Tejay's communication was great throughout time of initial inquiry and deposit, through finalization of transaction. Truck was polished and squeaky clean when picked up. Would recommend doing business with Gold Rush Auto.

I find it funny reading the reviews they say they help with anything, my boyfriend bought a scat from them and 2 years later we have paid 25k at LEAST to pay for damages after he erased the codes from the car so nothing showed. And when contacted and asked for help we were told there was nothing they could do to help and there was a document signed that apparently ‘stated’ so. I believe others have had luck with them but not us. This dealership is a hit or miss. Would not recommend.

5 cars so far we bought off of tejay. Most trusted dealer i ever experienced. High quality vehicles any issues he will adress. Shop them last you will love them.

TJ sold us a great car back in 2020, nice Chrysler. It was a fair price and has been reliable, no issues even 4 years later! He is a decent guy who has always done fair and good deals with my family members and myself. I do recommend both businesses. Pawn shop aswell.

Do not trust this dealership they are extremely sneaky I bought a 2016 cadillac escalade from them that needed 10k in repairs this scam wasn't just on them it was my fault to due that I'm disabled now and can't really do much on inspecting a vehicle over thoroughly as I used to but anyways he never let me start it as I learned once I did start it the messages on dash popped up saying their was problem with the stability suspension and another for the side detection system was inoperable with that not working it disables alot of other features and these messages can be turned off at a push of a button and don't show up again until you start it again then said tires were brand new after bringing it to a shop the rear tires are bald on inside not inspectable the shocks all had the oil pushed out of them all over the outside their was a light on dash I didn't know what it was at time of purchase he said it was on because previous owner had traction control programmed out of the computer and couldn't find what it was online so took his word well come to find out it was the side detection system failure light and the traction control was not programmed out of the computer the detection system I was quoted at upto 4k to fix and the stability system just over 2k to fix plus tires alignment the radio aswell was not working the touch worked when wanted to for some reason worked the one time I hit a couple buttons that I fixed myself for 100. Now I'm not one to leave reviews and specially when it comes to someone's business but after him telling me they went threw this truck and it was a1 ok and was inspectable that was a crock I can't imagine maine inspection would pass blownout shocks leaking oil nor bald tires new hampshire definitely won't pass it as is I text him with all issues I found on my ride home and he said he never noticed any of the issues I brought to him and all his inspection place told him were the brakes which they replaced and I was on my own for repairs so people if you shop here be aware of being scammed for best dealing bring vehicle to a trusted mechanic to be gone threw don't not trust a word of what this place tells you and theirs no way they didn't know about all issues my vehicle I purchased had because he said he and wife were driving it

Recently bought a Jeep from Tejay in Lebanon, ME. He was easy-going yet professional. Right on top of returning calls as well.

Left 1 star because negative stars isn't an option. Tejay shouldn't be allowed to sell cars. Who signs sales documents with only their first name? If you guessed Tejay, you'd be correct. Don't walk, run to a more reputable dealership. Every sales experience on craigslist has been better than this "dealership". You can do better. Probably anywhere. This has been a warning. Update: I did buy a vehicle from your lot. 1985 Ranger with a bad transmission. You did not offer to help. You also said it didn't leak oil. It does. You also said it didn't leak water from the moon roof. It does. I find it hard to believe you didn't know about these issues prior to selling it. It makes sense that it was parked inside and you wouldn't allow a test drive. My fault for not doing my diligence. This review should let others know what they may be getting themselves into. Also, to other potential buyers, check every piece of paperwork to make sure the correct VIN is filled out. Compare it to the VIN tag of the vehicle.

I called about a car, they advised it was available. I told them I was on my way. I show up and all I get to talk to is a Ring camera. Guy says they took a down payment on the car a few hours ago. Very unprofessional. I drove 40 minutes 1-way to go look at a vehicle and it was a waste of time. I’d steer clear of this shop as they don’t know what they are doing and have no problem wasting people’s time and gas.

First time buying from Gold Rush Auto. I found a truck on the website, called about it and put a deposit to hold it for me. Was told clearly It was non refundable if I changed my mind and I agreed. I was also told if I changed my mind I could use the deposit on another vehicle, which is very fair. I did end up purchasing another vehicle I liked better and very happy with the quality and great price I paid. I will be back next time I need another and will send others their way.

Danger Danger. I really thought TJ is a stand up guy and that he wants to help people. Unfortunately I was wrong and I cannot not recommend this place to any one. TJ held a truck for me with a large sum of money deposited towards to the truck. Now he decides to sell it to someone else, pocketed all of my savings money and trying to sell me a different truck with a tiny discount. This is not a good business practice and I'll be getting someone involved. ?

Dishonest place to buy a car from. Said there were no problems with the frame, but my mechanic found a hole from rust, missing muffler, and big transmission issues. Also, do you research about the 'warranty' company. They are also a scam and you'd be better to stay away from them both.

My mother bought a Corolla from this place. She didn’t listen when I told her not to. She is paying the price now! She was sold the vehicle under the context that her vehicle was in a minor accident. It was in an accident, an accident that cause the vehicle to be totaled in 2018. It was then given a salvaged title. An unknown repair shop “fixed” the car and sold it. The shotty repairs revealed themselves when she got into a 15mph fender bender. The collision center said this car should have never been on the road and was ultimately totaled again! Not to mention, it was never disclosed to her that it was a salvaged titled vehicle. Get a car fax, bring your car to a REAL mechanic and don’t buy from a pawnshop EVER.

Tejay choses some really nice cars and has them at very fair prices. Unbeatable, in fact! He went above and beyond customer service for me, which can be hard to come by sometimes. After reading some of the reviews, I feel that some of them are unfair to his reputation. As a consumer purchasing a used car, it is up to the consumer to read things thoroughly so there are no surprises after the sale. This company follows through with exactly what they say will and does everything quickly without any hassles. I appreciate my experience with this dealer and will suggest them in the future.

Bought a Buick Encore for my mother. Very reasonable price and she loves it. Tejay was very accommodating and responsive. I would buy from there again

BUYERS BEWARE.... I made the mistake of purchasing a 2012 Dodge Sport here recently. My mistake was not taking it to a mechanic I have used for years. They did outsource some work for it to pass inspection in Maine. Did not pass NH inspection. Front cv axles were incorrectly installed, and were floating off spindle. I mentioned this to TJ and had me contact his outsourced garage to look into. Ball joint was replaced and covered with a broken boot. They didn't have the time of day for me. I ended up going and paying elsewhere. The vibration I was getting in my seat was a tire belt separation that I ended up getting 4 new tires for. After driving it like an ole man for 1500 miles, the light ticking sound he said the motor was making would go away after warming up. "These trucks are known for this". He obviously didn't see the dodge truck I drove in there with 300,000 quiet miles on it. Guess what? yupp lifters and cam shaft are bad and top half of motor to be rebuilt for another $4,000. Buyer beware... I'm sure many of these are auction vehicles. The owner is no mechanic, His outsourced mechanics that work on his cars were not helpful to me during the warrantee period. It is a beautiful LOOKING truck. Don't let looks fool you here, that is how he may buy them. For the money paid and the repairs that now need to be done, its time to trade it in.(2 months). Take the loss and share my story with you all. Should had gone to a CERTIFIED dealership, paid a little more and had less issues. Rant over...
