You can check in and do everything from your phone scan the qt code at the entrance ,or you can do it the old school way get down type your box on the iPad they have get checked in (wear your vest) I saw they didn’t trip on this one dude but yea play it safe follow the rules , In and out round 1hr
We Pick Up here regularly. They use to have a QR code at the gate for easy check in, now you have to go inside to check in on a kiosk. You will get a text message with a door and then again when they’re done. You have to go back in to print your paperwork off. They load you under 2 hrs. Plenty of parking and they have port a potties on site. Staff is friendly and helpful. They allow you to stay there and sleep day or night but there is a Fuel Station close by that you can also park at, it closes at 11:00pm and opens at 6:00am. Great place that values our time and schedule.
They will let you sit. And then will act like u didnt do something right. And not care. The owners cant possibly know whats going on. Theres no way.
I arrive at 1pm for 10pm live load.
And sit untill 8am next day. To be told i never checked in. I have the proof and then they said my phone number is wrong. They send a confirmation code to make sure the phone number is correct. Which i have as well as a check in completion photo. But still say “ noone ever checked in. “
Clearly your system is down. Ok. Well check me in now. Give me attitude and refuse to check me in. This is unproffesional and immature. As a trucker, dealing with all these attitudes because these warehouse employees dont like their job. This is soo sad. They try to make truckers lives hard. Its sad. Then when your wife doesnt get her package on time. You complain. Yeah. Think about it.

Fantastic place, check in on your cellphone, and wait for the text message to go to a door to get loaded after green light go to the office to print the BOL yourself.
Fastest out of 3 plants in maine. But when summer hits be prepared to be in there for more than 12 to 18 hrs waiting on a load. But still the fastest out of all three plants, the wait is due to the overwhelming amount of trucks pucking up loads there. Only downside is staff members, willing to shut anything you say or ask for down. Always. Good thing now system works thru a qr code and you barely speak to them.
Follow truck route to get here. Nice place with plenty of room for truck parking. Overnight parking. Came twice that day, first time was really fast, second time beside they took me before appointment I spend 3 hours in the door
0 customer service skills (I mean no respect from the one who sits in the shipper office, night shift). Checked in 7:10pm - now is 10:00, not that bad as someone was waiting more than me here.
Best advice, check in, even if it’s green light for too long, they will get to you soon and set up alarm for about 2-3 hours and get some sleep. Also, you would have to get your BOL through tablet yourself anyway)
You have to follow truck ? route signs to get here not the gps. But it is marked very well so no issues finding it. Pull up to the gate there is a QR code to check in. Then Pull in and park on the right. By the time we parked our door was ready. The shipping and receiving office is by door #30. We didn't have to go in because we used the QR code. Just pulled on the door and disconnected the air line. About 2hrs to get loaded. And go inside and pick up the paper work.
Arrived almost 4 hours early, was loaded with paperwork in hand and hour before my appointment time, process is easy, allowed to stay on site to finish my 10 hour break. All in all not a bad experience for me.
Very busy place if your a Tractor trailer there is a truck route they want you to follow. I95 to exit 36 Saco, me to Route 112 north to Route 202 south to Route 117 north to right onto plains road then left onto Killick pond road plant on left about 2.1 miles.
Okay you can't judge a place with just being one time there... because my experience here I checked in at 3:00 p.m. and I'm checking out at 4:25 very streamlined process now that they have .... When you come to the gate scan the QR code fill out all the pertinent information and then you will get a text with your door assignment.. once you get a green light you will get another text to go in the shipping office to put in your seal number on the iPad and it will print out your bills right there you don't even need to talk to someone.. can't get any better than that ...Good luck newcomers
I’ve read all these other reviews and all I can say is I didn’t have any issues. The yard guy was nice. The guy in the office was nice. It was really self-explanatory. You check in by the kiosk little iPad things inside when you’re loaded and light turns green again Pull forward grab your seals. Shut your doors. Go back in check out on the iPad things the guy will hand you your paperwork for me to pick up was two hours which is normal anyway my experience is good. There are a lot of trucks here. It is what it is. Just be careful. Keep your eyes open. You won’t have any issue if you want to cry about many trucks and some drivers are mean while you’re in the wrong profession lol you do your job get in get out…
Check whit Qr code, and go to shipper near door 31 and check in and be patient, the system never get your info, those computer kids of the office, they are under stress whit no reason, they don't know how is to be on the road and drive a lot of miles.
Checked in 6:00pm. And now it’s 10:08 am next day, coz they said I wasn’t in their yard and didn’t answer their call ?. And all was lie because am not owner operator. Am a driver and my company can see my location and what time I got here.
My driver spent 5+ hours just to get to the dock. I observed over the trucks camera that drop and hook loads are being prioritized, what about OTR?
Poland Spring can do a better job, Sunday load turned into 2 day load, loss…?
Why did the truck driver bring a fishing rod to the Poland Spring loading dock? Because after waiting five hours, he figured he might as well catch something
12am appointment but not have employee to unload so i waited till morning, and in the morning 6am big guy sitting on check out window have no sense of humour and he can’t find the difference between delivery or pickup and he has put all energy to eat apple while sitting on the computer and he is f…kng rude , teach your employees how to behave with drivers
When u accept this load... Just check in on the tab in the office..go back to yr cab, set yr alarm and go to sleep. Don't bother the office about yr delay.

Nestle Waters - OFF 95 TAKE EXIT 36 PAST TOLL BOOTH TO INDUSTRIAL AVE EXIT. AT LIGHT MAKE LEFT THAN NEXT LIGHT GO RIGHT ON RT 112 FOLLOW DOWN AND MAKE A LEFT ON RT 202 THAN A RIGHT ON
117 NORTH . GO TO 4 WAY STOP SIGN AND MAKE A RIGHT THAN LEFT ON KILLOCK POND RD. POLAND DOWN ON YOUR ABOUT 1 MILE ON LEFT All Trucks Coming To The Hollis Plant Are Banned From Using RT 35 - anywhere in Maine! If your truck is coming to Hollis from a different direction where they are not near Exit 36 on the Maine Turnpike - they must connect to RT 202 and head to Hollis. This will put them on the Hollis Truck Route and they must take RT 117 to/from the plant. THESE DIRECTIONS MUST BE FOLLOWED OR A $500 FINE WILL BE IMPOSED!!!!
Put the qr code at the gate! Why we have to park half a mile away and walk in this freezing windy weather just to get qr code. Other places do it better! Like print paperwork at the gate too.
They used to be a good place a couple months ago. Fast loading.
Now average wait time to get loaded is 8-12 hrs. Idk what the hell went wrong there. But beware of wasting your precious time
Stay away unless you want to take a long brake ? FCFS, I checked in last night at 9:30pm...it s 9:00am and still waiting for door. I checked and there is still 60 trucks ahead of me on which they gave an estimate wait time of 5 to 6 more hrs. To get in a door is a whole other mission cus there is trucks parked everywhere infront of doors blocking everything! If you come here, may the force be with you driver ???
