I Pick Up here often. They ALWAYS let us Check In early and put us in a Door quickly. They Load us fast every time and when they’re done they send a text so you can get your paperwork. Employees are helpful and friendly. They have Porta Potties on site and plenty of space for you to take time off and sleep. Also they leave tons of water out for anyone to take.

(Western guys typically) Check in at tablet (look for signs) then check in with the guards. Drop your trailer in the assigned door and go grab your loaded trailer. They allow overnight parking if you are short of hours, but stay out of the yard guy's way. Safe travels.

Dropped the empty trailer grabbed the preloaded trailer. In and out process. You can arrive early. You can park on the property until you are loaded or getting live loaded

This place all what truck driver dont like long loading time i checked in 12 pm now it is 5 30 pm still here heavy load portable toilet when i checked in on tablet then juat asked shipper he was rude no good luck wasting you time

Really nice place fast loading I checked i a day before my pick up got dock and loaded . although you dont work with their staff a lot because you are doing everything by yourself on Kiosk but still if you have any question they are willing to help you out

Apt was at 7 am. Told broker I’ll be there at 1 pm Checked in at 1:40. I was out by 3:30. Not bad for dc or plant.

Loaded 16hrs Early 1hr loading Tons of space for Parking Gave door right. Wear Safety Vest Park in Staging Area and Walk to Self Check in & Check Out...Super Easy

This place was pretty easy to find, there were signs for truck route pretty much on every road, easy access, plenty of space for trailers to back into the loading docks, the loading process was pretty quick, it took them less than an hr to load my truck, I was basically in and out of this facility.

Those guys that sit at the front are miserable and rude. If you don’t like your job then quit it’s simple. I asked about my load bars that was not put back into my truck and he gave me a nasty attitude. that negative energy should be put into the gym not on people that work hard to deliver loads safely.

Important to follow directions: 95 to exit 36. Take 1st exit after the toll. Go to stop and take a left. go to light and take right onto Rt#112. Go 7-8 miles and turn left onto Rt#202. Follow for 3 miles and turn right onto Rt#117. Go 5 miles and turn right t the flashing light onto th Plains Rd. Go 1/4 miles and turn left onto the Killick Pond Rd. and follow to the plant. ITS BEEN FIVE YEARS SINCE PANDEMIC, COULD LET DRIVERS USE NORMAL HEATED RESTROOMS NOT THOSE NASTY PORTABLES.

Easy to load here especially since they made the yard bigger . Now you don't have to worry about hitting the guard rail when backing into the dock . Easy check in just scan the QR code and wait for a text with a door assignment.

They have improved a lot with shipping/receiving system, now mostly is through the phone and computer. Wide enough to manipulate your vehicle, EZ in and out. You have to have your high visibility clothes before get in there.

Truckers, easy check in, just scan the QR code at main gate and provide with the info requested. If you have any questions then shipping and reciving office is by dock 33. Always a pleasure getting loads from you guys. It's was my 1st time at this location and everything was outstanding, great job, people at the office was very friendly and didn't mind explaining how everything works here., thanks to Nate and the other gentleman.at shipping & receiving for been so professionals and polite. Easy in easy out. Fast loading. Scan QR code at the gate and they send all the information you need to get loaded to your phone. Loading dock number and another message when you're loaded. Go inside once loaded enter your loading dock number in the computer and your bol is printed out for you. Super easy.

Plenty space, in an out in less than 2 hours. They can take you before your appointment too. Nice staff. Just follow truck route

Electronic check in and check out. Arrived a day early for my appt so I had to wait for them to squeeze me in. Plenty of parking and was able to get my 10hr in like I wanted. Heavy load 46000lbs but it always is with these shippers. Always an easy 500 miles of night driving when I get these.

Got here the night B4 loading time which was 11am. Was given a dock within an hour and was loaded within another hour. Was able to pull back in staging area to finish my break. (Not sure if this is allowed but I didn't ask). So .....5 stars. **** Take rt 202 to rt 117.***do not take rt 35.. no trucks on rt 35*****

Everybody experience is different! My appointment was for 8am I checked in at 10:30pm the night before. I was loaded and out by 12:15am. I guess it all depends on how busy they are at the moment. “Overnight parking available” it’s a very big and busy facility.

I see a lot of bad reviews on here and I understand. However, and fortunately for me, my experience was 100% the opposite. I checked in prior to arriving by screenshotting a picture of the code that someone posted. I was only a few minutes away when I finished and when I pulled into the gate I was 20 minutes ahead of my appointment. As I was pulling around back, was called and received my door. Slid, backed in and the worker that was outside saw me pull the red line. Within 10 minutes they were loading me. Can't ask for anything more than that. Thank you

I dislike this place with a passion. It is among the top five most ineffective places on my list (that I’ve picked up at). I have been here six times and every time (with each company) I ask for the load to be cancelled as soon as I know where I’m going. I dread coming here. They waste so much of your time, don’t have proper accommodations while doing it ,and show no remorse for the truckers they abuse. If they weren’t the only sure way to get out of this corridor they wouldn’t feel so comfortable getting away with this unconscionable behavior. There is nothing else up here. Always full, always busy , always apathetic and unreasonable. They will never change.

I really like your concerns about safety. But I don't feel safe entering those portable toilets. I don't mean to say that I, but that's why drivers leave gifts in the yard. You sell water at a high price, just build some decent bathrooms please, a huge building and you don't build a bathroom for the drivers who move your products and it takes you 4 or 5 hours to load. You're pathetic and that's why we are too!

FOLLOW TRUCK ROUTES INTO THIS FACILITY! EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! HAVE A SAFETY VEST ON AT ALL TIMES OR YOU WILL NOT BE LOADED. Once you enter the facility, go all the way to the back and turn left and back into the back row and go check in at shipping around door 38. Back into your door, they will load you and then go back to shipping to get paperwork. Luckily I arrived there early (10am) to load on a Monday morning and was given a door promptly, loaded and out in less than 1 hour. HOWEVER, I watched probably 50 or more trucks come in while I was being loaded, and passed another 20 or more on my way back out to I-95. They are a 24 hr facility, and have ample parking if you need to take a break or stay overnight. I had a great experience, and nothing bad to say, thankfully. Attitude is everything. Be patient. They load a LOT of trucks at this facility. Good job, Poland Springs. ✔️

If you don’t want to wait long DON’T ACCEPT THIS LOAD if you don’t like heavy loads don’t accept this load, sometimes it’s take more than 10H it’s depend how many truck waiting on the line NO APPOINTMENT REQUIRED IT’S FIRST COME FIRST SERVE so you have to turn on ? ? ? don’t worry be happy ? ? ? I picked up load here more than 40 times after my check in I go to the bed right away because I know it gonna take forever to get a dock or to be loaded so don't waste your time for waiting take your rest! one star for overnight parking one star for free water ? sometimes! and one star for better than For no load?

Fast in and out. Loaded in 1hr but only bz was slow in the morning and not that many trucks. I was overweight in total and overweight on my drive axle. I was moving and backing up for 3times so they can fix the weight. N Be careful and pay attention how they load you. I was telling them how to load my truck something they should know better then me. If I didn’t tell them and not signing the paper they will let me drive like that and be illegal on the road. You can see my weight after going back 2times and backing up 2times bz they didn’t know how to load my truck correctly. It was dirty and trash all over the office and parking lot. Someone needs to clean up - you working with water !!!

One star for overnight parking. Otherwise its a trash place. No more free water, i had to wait 35 minutes for the shipper to finish his story about his dealer friend adventures. By the time he checked me in there were 5 people behind me. Checked in 2 hours early. Got the dock 3 hours after my appointment time. 3 hours dock time. Expect minimum 5 hour wait.

Shipper very polite and hard working ..need safety vest and fill pick up no piece of paper provided inside office and you can buy safety vest from vending machine 4.75 $,,they are big company ..loading time may different 1 hr to 5 hr depend upon customer requirements ..more than 100 trucks they load in one shift ..busy place ..yes overnight ..fallow signs for truck route 195 to industrial then go left and you get signs for Poland spring almost every major turns..loads are heavy..but they load nicely ..keep your fuel tanks half ..also try free 3 bottles of water from cooler

Free water. Plenty of room. A little slow to load. But that's okay. Still slow. But you can count on a load
