When I've needed a vehicle towed, they've always been prompt to come and bail me out. Brian, always presents with a smile and an, "easy does it well", demeanor that immediately calms and assures you that he has it all well in hand. Sue is pleasant and professional on the phone when confirmations are needed. And being a family business, the boys repair cars in the garage with experience and all the professionalism in the world. They are fine people, and a prime example of Waldo County's finest offerings of businesses.
I started going to the Totmans about ten years ago. Now that I live all the way up in Frankfort, I STILL go to Totmans. You see, I actually want my vehicle fixed, I don't want just a bill and lots of issues. I trust them.
Well this is where my 2014 avenger and I parted ways after a newer BMW locked his high performance brakes up going 55 mph cause of a turkey in which case stopped way faster than I could . I guess it was my fault I rear ended him . Then I was taken to waldo county general bandaid station in an ambulance they took a picture of my chest gave me a incredibly expensive aspirin charged the insurance company 1800 bucks and left me with a ambulance charge of almost 700 dollars and a chiropractor charge of 500 dollars . but Totmans wasn't as expensive . sorry still bit perturbed about my car and a Turkey HAPPY Thanksgiving everyone eat 2 turkeys for me ?
