The crew at Totmans is reliable and trustworthy, and their prices are competitive! They're always my first call, from a tow when I'm in a pickle, to oil changes and routine maintenance, to big projects like brakes replacement! They always choose parts for quality, and have even taken care of warranty replacement for me! All of that AND they give back to their community! I cannot recommend their services enough!
Accidentally locked my keys inside my car while traveling for an appointment. I was quite a distance from home, so I called the local fire department and they recommended Totman's. Totman's showed up within an hour and got the job done smoothly.

Alyssa is an incredibly capable towing wizard who came when I needed her and made a bad situation so much better. My car was completely stuck in the ditch on a long, narrow, poorly cleared driveway, at night, and she still was able to get my car out by thinking creatively and pulling my car out via hooking onto the tire and using a tree to pull me onto the road from the side. I cannot thank her enough. I had been stuck for hours and someone else had already tried to pull me out to no avail. Alyssa is a magic worker! I am now a lifelong fan of Totman's. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Locked myself out of my tow truck in a customer's driveway. Called over to Totman's and Ryan was there within 15 minutes and refused payment outside of what was forced into his hand. Thank you for saving me in my time of need.
Totmans Towed our car during horrific storm but should have been towed to Moody's collision. Moody's and state farm are willing to pay for the tow but 4 days later still not done so now have to have union street towing go get it. There are things to heat my house are in it and after being without power and being disabled they are desperately needed. Not to mention means we are without a car longer and is needed to get to cancer care center for treatments.
I had called multiple repair shops around 9am and Totman was the only one to answer. They were available to do towing services and dispatched someone right away. Helped lift a car off the road to replace a flat and even repaired the flat which saved us money. Excellent customer service and intelligent tow truck drivers, able to assess to the situation and handle accordingly. I’ll be using them again and recommending them in the future!
I haven't had my car repaired here, but the tpw guy was phenomenal- really nice and respectful- someone I enjoyed hanging out with in the truck as my car was being towed. The tow was reasonably priced, and you can't find 24 hour service anywhere these days but here.
Super fast and very friendly! Called on a Sunday morning for a tow and he was there within 40 minutes. Will definitely use them every time I need a tow. Great experience!
Me and my partner found ourselves stuck as could possibly be bound up by the front end in an embankment and with a 12 inch deep pothole on a hill engulfing the front right tire. He arrived quickly, was patient, understanding, and personable. For a tow truck service at 8:20pm his services also came at a more than reasonable price. 100$ and we were on our way in a world were I've had friends who needed far less help and paid far more.

Great service, responded promptly to tow my car. Took longer than expected to get it back but it was mostly a parts availability and they were very busy.
They've been nothing but polite friendly and very professional. They always answer the phone when I call them and have a question whether it be a silly one or not. Especially during a tough time, a car accident, they've always made me feel at ease.
In a huge pinch, locked my keys in my vehicle and AAA and their towing contractors didn't seem to want to help. Totman's agreed and was there in a timely manner and quickly got me into my vehicle after a very long drive and still further to go. We recently received excellent service at Totman's! We had to put a new transmission in our car, and they were very patient with us during the time it took to research, but and ship the transmission to their shop. Highly recommend, they definitely have our business going forward!!
