We're on a road trip from NY - we've hit a lot of construction around the Massachusetts and Maine highways - About 35 miles from Bangor, the tire pressure on one of our vehicle tires starts going down. We made it to a gas station -my husband had just gotten the spare tire off his truck and Nick shows up and asks if we would like to use his jack- my husband asked him if he had a plug for the tire and Nick did so he took the flat tire off and put a plug in the tire- added the air and we were on our way again!! We hadn't called for assistance, Nick happened to be in the area and saw that we may need assistance! I refer to him as the rescue angel!! Thank you again Nick!! I would highly recommend Nick & Son Towing for all your needs!!

Highly recommend Nick! Gave him a call and within 15 minutes he was there to pick me up. Worked with me on price and overall a standup guy. Would call again if I need a tow!

I can't say enough good things! Nick was the only one to pick up the phone when I called multiple companies, and was prompt to arrive at our broken down vehicle (under 15 minutes)!! When he arrived he asked to take a look at the issue before hauling the vehicle off and thankfully he knew just what we needed. We got the parts and he got to work! He replaced our starter in no time at all, saving us time and money towing the vehicle to a dealership for repairs. Not to mention it was a 95 degree day and he was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful the entire time. We were back on the road in no time - thank you Nick!! There's no reason to call anyone else, try Nick's FIRST!

Used nick and son towing a few times! One to unlock my car I locked my keys into. Twice to tow my car! I blew out my oil pan this past weekend called him and even on his day off he dropped what he was doing to come help me in the middle of nowhere rt16 in between rangley and Stratton. I couldn’t think of a better company to use! Hand down the best of the best! Easy to talk to quick quality service reasonable prices. I will not use anyone else thankful for y’all

I sent this review to AAA on May 6, 2024: We are extremely pleased with the service we got from Nick & Son towing of Pittsfield Maine!!! My car was not roadside but in a storage shed, needing a tow to the Quirk dealership because we had lost the only key we had for the Subaru. The storage shed presented multiple issues: There was little room for the tow truck to access the bay, my steering wheel was locked, and the wheels were not turned in a favorable position for being towed out of the storage unit. Nick was brilliant in his approach to getting my car out and onto the trailer!! It was not easy and was not quick, but you have to know that he was calm and patient throughout the entire process. It had already been a busy day of calls for him and we could tell he was getting more calls for service elsewhere but he gave us his full attention. You are fortunate to have him on your team. Thank you so much Nick!

Nick is amazing!!! He was supposed to be called to my AAA call but dispatch messed up and another company was dispatched. Nick was so kind that he waited in Carmel to make sure I was taken care of. Such a great guy and company… 5 stars all day!!!!

Honestly, the best tow experience I have ever had. Incredibly responsive, kind, and nonjudgmental service after I got my car stuck in the slush on a rural back road. It was a tough situation to get out of for both him and us, and he really went above and beyond helping us out. Could not be more grateful, and highly recommend this business!

Nick rescued me after breaking down on the highway. He was very efficient and courteous.

The tow truck driver was excellent. He and his company went above and beyond to keep me informed on ETA, he got to my location as fast as possible while keeping me informed. He was kind, generous and empathetic to my situation. Best experience I have ever had while using AAA by FAR. Nick is fantastic - highly recommend. Car almost lost a wheel on the interstate. AAA contacted him and he called me within minutes. Was on site just a few minutes after that. Got me to a close garage and made sure they had the parts needed to fix my car before he unloaded it. Thank you!!!

Had a challenge for Nick and he took it without hesitation! I had a set of maybe 4000 lbs concrete step to take out and he was able pull and additional he graded the area from pulling the steps. Definitely recommend Nick and Sons for odd ball jobs as well!
