The only shop i have used since I moved back to Newport and I love the atmosphere when I walk into talk to Al. He is down to earth and has always been good to me. He has no problem walking you in the shop and showing you exactly what is happening with your vehicle and has great rates. I wouldnt go any other place :)
Eldery mother had $600 muffler repair and they didn't fix the issue. Refused that they missed it and yelled at me to leave in front of customers. Highly unprofessional taking advantage of people. Horrible service and dirty as can be. Stay clear of that pit its a joke of a garage and they lie to your face. His mechanic even knew he was wrong
Her review is even on here when she had the work done. And a 50 cent size hole just rusted out fully in that time? How on earth did y'all miss that but still charge $600 for muffler repair. You directed me to what you did fix instead of being a decent human being and admitting you missed a huge gap that should have been fixed for that price. Inexcusable that you would speak to a customer in the way you did and yell in front of people. Way to own up to a mistake you clearly missed.
First time going here. Had an alignment. Great place. Got me in quick (next morning). Very reasonable pricing. Will go here again. Thank you for everything!
Like most shops please be more clear with customers. Don't do something with the car that the customer doesn't agree with . If it is quoted one price it shouldn't change. If so don't do the work without telling the customer first. I was told one price then when it was worked on the price changed surprise you still have to pay . Communication is a must. Larry the mechanic is amazing a nice guy . He did good work on my car. Thank you Larry. I just felt like customer service could have been better.
I recommend them... They are very attentive And Extremely friendly. I had a great experience being my first time using the business. I will continue to use their services and will recommend them to my friends and family.
I recently moved to the area and was worried about finding a new mechanic but these guys put that worry to rest. Quick, well priced, and friendly! I'll definitely return.
