Correctly diagnosed and fixed an absolute pain in my booty misfire. The coil pack they got was faulty out of the package, so when I went to get it, the same issue still persisted. Brought it back right then, they double checked it, and ALSO fixed something else, FOR FREE (exhaust leak). It was correct and fixed the next morning, at no additional cost to me. Their diagnosis was dead on, the part was just faulty out of the package, and they still made it right and did another job they didn't have to do. Best mechanic experience I've ever had, and this is coming from someone who almost never trusts mechanics, and does most of their own work if I have the tools. I will happily use them for everything in the future. I'm also umm, flamboyant, and was not discriminated against in any conceivable way. These guys are really good people and do really good work

Just bought a Malibu from them today Curt was happy to help me, but also didn’t try to push me into something I didn’t want just to make a bigger sale. Was able to answer any questions I had about the car, and if he didn’t know he wasn’t afraid to say so. instead of giving a bs answer like some dealerships. Made me feel welcomed from the time I walked in to the time I drove away in my new to me car. The price on the car was reasonable, and they gave a fair trade. Thanks Curt and the rest of the staff for making my car buying experience a great and easy one it was great seeing everyone helping each other out, so one person wasn’t running around like a chicken with its head cut off. The team there definitely knows the definition of team work. Something you don’t always see at other dealerships. Thanks again for the great car and awesome customer service Curt and team Update the next day my car started popping an error code so called them up and was told that service wasn’t in, because it was a Saturday and to call back Monday morning and they will give me priority and get my car in asap. so called at 9 and was told to have car there for 1030 same day. I didn’t expect to get it to get in that quickly thought It would be a day or two. That just shows how great the whole company is. They go above and beyond to make it right for their customers.

Not too happy with this place.. I always do all repairs and maintenance on my and my wife’s vehicles, but sometimes life gets busy and I can’t get to it. That brings us here. My wife made an appointment to get her oil changed in her 2013 Durango, she dropped her car off and gets a call a few hours later. They tell her they don’t feel comfortable doing an oil change because her oil pan is severely rusted and leaking and if she wants to do a new oil pan it would be $2000-$3000 dollars. So here’s the problem I have, the oil pan on her 2013 Durango 5.7 is plastic. We went and picked up her car and I told her to just park it and drive my truck until I get to fixing it. So I finally had time to put it on the lift, obviously the plastic oil pan is not rusty, nothing is leaking and there is absolutely no reason for them to tell her she needs an oil pan. They charged her $380 to do absolutely nothing and tried making an additional $2- 3000 off her. I always heard great reviews about them but unfortunately that was not our experience.

These people are excellent! They got me into my first plow for an excellent price. Parts, service and knowledge has been top notch ever since. I truly am lucky to be one of there customers.

Rowell's is the best! I feel so fortunate to have a local, honest and accommodating garage. If I need service, Tim goes out of his way to fit me in, if I want my car detailed, Mike does a fantastic job, if I needed a new car, I wouldn't hesitate to see Garth. Scott, the owner, has managed to retain a wonderful crew that really shares his values and commitment to customer service and integrity. Recommend without reservation!

I loved their service, no doubt about that. But when the service was done, and I had paid, I asked them to lock the keys in my car. For one, because I have things in there that can't be stolen. And for two, cause it seemed like the best idea. Not only did they not lock the keys in, but they left the keys right out in the open with the door unlocked. That and when I called back to try and schedule another service, the guy said that my car was past that point and there was no point in doing the service. He may have been right, but I would've been paying to have it done. It was my choice to want it done, and I couldn't have it done there. I ended up having to do it after a long day at work. I don't know if I will come back here for service or really anything. I guess we will see

Always clean- love the live camera feed to see how busy the car wash is before you head over! Priced very reasonable!

I deal with rowells garage almost on a daily basis. There crew is top notch from sales to service highly reccomend. One thing I like about the way Scott sells his vehicles is he goes threw em with a fine tooth comb before advertising them on the lot, ensuring they will last and look their greatest for years to come!

I honestly can't say enough good things about Rowell's Garage and Bill's great customer service. We moved here a year ago from out of state and having to find new places for our regular stuff has been tricky. Bill is always so pleasant finds the right solutions and always always digs around to find the best cost for the work. Love that place!!!

I love Rowell's car wash, particularly the wash club. It saves me a little money, but more importantly it makes it easier to pay and encourages me to get my car washed more frequently! Does a great job, too, in my opinion. Way better than most automatic car washes.

They worked on 2 of our cars 3 separate times and all times were exceptionally quick and efficient. And the car wash is always a great choice to wash our cars.

Haven't been to the dealership but they have a drive thru carwash. No getting out of the car! :) Works great. The average cost is approximately $10.00. Unfortunately I haven't found a vacuum or carpet shampooer there. I was contacted by Rowell's within a couple hours after my initial posting of this review about the vacuum and shampooer. Apparently it's too loud for the noise ordinance as it's located in a residential area. I was pleased by their quick response and explanation. In addition to that, my friend recently had them fix her car. She was so impressed. She's not impressed by much. I'll definitely try their garage service and check out their cars for sale. I'll keep you posted. 7/15/19 I recently went thru the car wash and a piece of my front panel trim came off. I called the dealership and I was referred to Scott. He said he would look for my part and contact me. He called a few hours later and stated he had the part and would hold it until I could get back to them. He did! He also tried to fix it. This is a customer conscientious company and it will definitely be my first consideration when purchasing my next car . Thank you Scott!

I have purchased, rented, and serviced vehicles at Rowell's. I am always impressed at the high level of service provided. These guys are the epitome of the 'above and beyond' experience. They will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy, handling every situation with honesty, fairness and very affordable pricing - they have saved me thousands vs. going to the larger dealerships in Bangor. As the director of our local chamber, I develop meaningful relationships with business owners and community members alike throughout the county, many of whom are customers of Rowell's and share the same view I do. And it's not just about the good work that happens within the walls of their business. They are driven by the needs of the community, often contributing to area non-profits. We live in Greenville and I had a dental appointment in Dover early Sunday morning and had to drop off books, mags and videos at the Library, saw that your new car wash was open so decided to try it out while I was practically in your dooryard. The car was caked in salt and who knows what other chemicals, not having been washed in about two months. I selected the wash I wanted put in my debit card thinking that there is no way that this or any other car wash could clean this mess of chemicals and mud. Went through the wash and checked the car thoroughly immediately after getting out of the wash. To my amazement the car sparkled was dry with no water spots or frozen drops. I will recommend to all of my friends.
