This was my second time buying from Cam. He made the experience pleasant and seamless! I was in a tough spot and needed something to drive. He literally turned it around in less than 48 hours! Talk about excellent customer service…..and I love the car he found for me. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle!!

So we went to Ripley and Fletcher today as my van was on its last leg. A new vehicle was not what my plan was because I hate car shopping. We went in with the vehicle we were thinking and left with a newer version. They also took my van.. Bonus. Everyone there, especially Randy and Tracy, were so great. They made the whole experience so easy and stress free. I have been hearing their commercials on the radio for years and drive by it each day and they really do what they say. It was our one and done shopping and left so happy. Thank you to everyone there. I will be back when it's the kids turn to buy.

After the fall hunting season my truck was a muddy mess. Shawn in the recon dept took on the job to clean and buff my truck. It came out amazing and I can’t thank him enough for his hard work. I appreciate the help and will be back soon with my other vehicles. Thank you.

Bought a new Ford Transit van from here. It took nearly a full year to get my van. I don't blame the dealership for shortages of vehicles but I feel like they definitely could have done a better job of trying to get or find me a van. Also the communication was not good. I rarely ever got called but instead had to keep calling to see where things were at. If I was told "I give you a call back as soon as I know" I could count on never getting called. After a year I had given up on getting a new van and decided to buy a used van out of state. I called R&F to ask about my van one more time and to let them know I was buying a used van from someone else and they proceeded to tell me that my van was ready and I could come get it. 🙃 Nice people but not good at getting you the vehicle you want or getting back to you about anything. Update, I have been told that the salesman I was using no longer works there. Not sure if that was the reason for the issues or not. Also have used thier repair shop which did a good job and had reasonable prices.

Ripley and Fletcher Ford is the place to go to purchase your vehicle, or to get your vehicle serviced…and or to get your vehicles detailed. I just recently had some body work done on my truck after being hit by another driver. I picked it up today. It looks brand new!!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You can’t go wrong at Ripley and Fletcher Ford!!!

I recently had my truck and plow serviced at Ripley and Fletcher Ford. It's so nice to have a place that is honest, knowledgeable, and I can trust them to do their best. They stand by their work. They will even pick up your vehicle, service it and return it.

I didn't feel they were being honest. They told me they had mistakenly priced one of the trucks I was looking at too low and said they'd only honor this "mistake" if I bought it on the spot, trying to frame it as if I was saving $7,000. The price was never actually "corrected". Regardless, the service department is top-notch.

This dealer goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I have used a closer Ford dealer in the past but it is well worth driving an hour to Ripley and Fletcher. We have bought both a used and a new vehicle from them and also used the service department and I have been very satisfied each time.

I recently bought a used Bronco outer banks from this wonderful dealership, I drove over 2 hours for my test drive. I had a wonderful experience at Ripley and Fletcher Ford. Shout out to Liz, Randy, Tracy and Joe (Joe's wife). Randy was great with the test drive, answered questions that I had, showed me some beautiful views in Paris ME. Joe, who really worked the numbers with me to a point that met both of our needs. Tracy was great working with me for financing, terms and rates. I had some fun with her. I panicked and didn't end up buying that day, it was a big decision for me. Everyone was patient, and kind, I never felt pressured. I ended up leaving after spending most of the day there. I did end up buying the vehicle after I felt really comfortable with my decision. Randy and Liz did check in with me during those few days, but never any pressure. Thank you all so much, I really do love my Bronco!!! Honest people work here!

I had an excellent experience at Ripley & Fletcher Ford purchasing my new Ranger Raptor. DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS FORD DEALER! You will be paying for the vehicle before you ever get a chance to drive it (except for the test drive). They will say they are going to do all the work you asked for in accordance with your offer to buy but they won't do it all. The car may not pass inspection so they will keep putting off putting a new sticker on the car until you complain for 3-4 times about it. They will deliver the car to you but without having done all the work that was supposed to be finished. Although, when they call to tell you it's done and have it delivered, it will have no gas in it, but they will expect you to give the driver gas money. There is a slim chance of being given a loaner while they "work" on your car because they never seem to have extra dealer plates for that. Even the owner will say he will reimburse you for gas money so the driver can bring your car back again but it won't happen unless you talk with Jody Schultz, the office manager. She Deserves a raise!!! After 7 weeks of calling or sending texts to the owner and Conner, the salesman, I got no where until I spoke with Jody!! Even the owner ignored my emails! So, unless you are looking for a good fight I would steer clear of this dealer for a used vehicle. BTW, one star is too many for them but it won't post wihout it.

Working with Randy was great. I asked many questions about the truck, past owners, warranty, plus more. He answered and all of the questions, looking for answers if he had to. I would highly recommend working with him on your next purchase there. I was happy to know a previous owner was someone I knew, was the original owner, was a long time mechanic at Ripley's meaning the truck was well taken care of. Working with Tracy on the actual purchase was also great. I've known her for years too, so the mood was light throughout. No pain except the check 😆 All in all it was a good experience.

Great service. They found the truck I wanted in Vermont and bought it from a dealer there without asking me for a penny. I love the truck! Update on Ripley and Fletcher. 4400 miles later. After my bear attack on my truck, I decided to use the dealer's body shop to fix the truck because they call in a specialist once a week who does paint-free dent removal. The manager ( Heidi) scheduled this service, and the dealer provided me with a free loaner ( brand new) truck while they fixed it. She worked with my insurance company, and when the truck was ready to be picked up, I could not tell there was any damage whatsoever. While they had the truck they performed the 5k service for free. I have purchased a lot of new vehicles in my life time, but this place has my business from this point on.

Great, professional, and friendly service. I appreciated the daily phone calls updating the progress of repairs. I expected three days of service. Ripley had it completed in two. They delivered what they promised. Issue corrected and I'm happy. It's the service after the sale that counts. Will purchase my next vehicle from Ripley because of the great service.

We've purchased new vehicles from Genesis, Audi and now Ford and this was the best and most straightforward sales experience we've had. Starting with a custom factory order for a Maverick Lariat Hybrid with a multi-month build time all the way through delivery, sale and pickup the process was easy and very low pressure. Our truck had one small dent that occurred during delivery from factory to dealership and they were very proactive about getting it taken care of. Staff was friendly, communicative and easy to work with.

Mike and the team at Ripley and Fletcher made the process so easy for me! We made the deal over the phone and they had everything ready for me when I arrived. They even graciously agreed to stay open late since I had to travel nearly 2 hours at the end of my day so I could pick up the car. So far, the car exceeds my expectations. It is clear they took the time to ensure they were selling a high quality, pre-loved car. Highly recommend!

I had been searching at many different dealers trying to find the right car. I found Fords to have the most comfortable seats, but was being pushed into one I really didn’t want. I had heard a lot of good things about Ripley and Fletcher so decided to drop by. Billy greeted me outside in a thunderstorm. I sat down with Billy and told him what I was looking for. He wasn’t interested in pushing a car on me, he was more focused on listening to me and what I wanted. I really liked the 2025 Explorer and they made it happen. Thank you Billy and Tracy! Everyone there was really nice, I would highly recommend if you are in the market for a car or truck, this is the place to come!

This was my first ever car purchase and Joe Galletta went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and got everything I wanted! He let me test drive a couple vehicles and told me I could test drive as many as needed until I found the right fit for me. I drove one of the 2024 Bronco sports that he has on the lot and fell in love, but I wanted something that stood out and was different. He called and searched around to other dealerships to work out a deal to get me exactly everything I wanted! I am beyond impressed and very thankful for all he has done. And much thanks for the hard work and attention to detail from Tyler who did all the cleaning on my new vehicle, he does a great job and clearly takes pride in his work! This experience has for sure made me a Ripley and Fletcher customer for life!
