Bought a new sxs from them. They all were great with customer service and spending a lot of extra time with me on my purchase. I switched from another highly rated brand to Kawasaki after the test ride and many questions answered. Couldn't be happier with my purchase and new dealership friends.

Called to see if JEM could meet or beat another dealer on an in-stock motorcycle. They could not, but their price was close enough I drove an hour to their dealership to see if we could put a deal together. I get there and the same person who quoted me on the phone he hits me with a number that is almost 20% higher without blinking.

Purchased a new sxs, they were very helpful and courteous. Eventold me how to get my old sxs ready to sell. I would highly recommend JEM Motorsports.

Brought in a KX250F in for a water pump seal replacement and general inspection. Wanted to charge me $6000 for an unnecessary engine rebuild. The seal leaked as soon as I fired the bike up after my pregnant wife picked it up from the shop AND it was worse than when I had dropped it off. They also forgot to reinstall the washer behind the water pump impeller. Pump impeller ground itself into the case and almost destroyed itself. Charged me $600 for this hack job that I only brought there because I didn't have time to do it myself and my usual shop (Mainely Action) was too backed up for quick turn around. I ended up ordering all the parts on eBay and fixed their mistakes myself for $200. Owner was super rude when talking to me, it seemed as though he assumed I was a brainless customer with no understanding of this equipment or mechanical aptitude. I would avoid this place at all costs for any repair work you're having done. They are so awful, I did not even call them to try to have this resolved. Really poor communication, sales receipt had issues listed on it that they didn't disclose to me. I have personally worked in this industry for 10+ years and wanted a professional to take care of something so that I didn't need to worry about. I was paying for piece of mind and they did not deliver whatsoever.

Amazing place. Bought a bike in Boston brand new they had me call Kawasaki age they fixed the issue. Great front counter and amazing techs. This is by far the best shop I’ve been to. Thanks guys

I had a great experience at JEM motorsports. Mike took the time to contacted Kawasaki warranty on my behalf . Once he had the go ahead, parts were ordered. I was kept up to date on the progress. Once the parts came in he set up the service appointment . His guys did a great job and he personally took the bike out to ensure it was performing well . 2013 Kawasaki Concours TPMS sensors replaced F/R tires. Could not of been more pleased. Absolutely amazing. It took me about two weeks to get everything lined up to purchase my Ninja 650KRT ABS and Mike was just absolutely amazing through it all. Always professional and patient, even when I showed up the day of my purchase and had my three boys in tow. Now i gave them less than 24 hours notice that I would have payment in hand and Cody put in the work to make sure the bike was ready by the time the last paper was signed. That just blows my mind and speaks volumes of their level of pride, commitment, and love of their job. Getting there is an hour drive away from my house but I'm 100% taking my bike there for all of its maintenance because I know that they will work on the bike like one of their loved ones was on it.

Read every positive review. JEM is for real. Drove up from Sanford to purchase a bike. Mike will even deliver it to me. Very nice family, pleasant and knowledgeable. Proud owner of a new Z900RS.

The owner is difficult to work with. He is really stiff and disrespectful. He looked unhappy and the presence of the room made me feel very uncomfortable. Even though there's not many Kawasaki shops around with this one that might be the only one ,I would never give them any of your money for their service or products you should go to Central Maine powersports they can take care of all your needs very accommodating! I also recommend Reynolds in Buxton. Have a great day people God bless!

Bought a Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic I was amazed how fast I purchased my bike and was on my way. I recommend if you want a nice ride and like a friendly staff give them a call.

Front tire on my KLR died while in Rumford and JEM had a replacement in stock that we were able to grab and get mounted on the rim that we hauled down there. Very helpful and a lifesaver.

I stopped in to browse around, purchase some new equipment and get my son fitted for some future gear of his own. Mike and Cody were a huge help with all of our questions, concerns and purchases. From helmet & bike sizing to ordering new protective gear. All of the prices were highly competitive, but the customer service was top notch. Kind, caring and professional definitely describe the staff! I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be buying some new bikes from them in the future.

Easy 5/5, I was doing a 4000 mile round trip from Milwaukee all the way up to Fort Kent, ME and down the east coast before coming back on my KLR. They were super helpful and ordered a tire for me so I could change it out mid trip. Really great people, I'd recommend them to anyone.

Great dealership! 5 Stars for sure. I picked up a new bike for my son and they were even in on me surprising him with it by hiding it in the back while he thought we were there to pick up a roto tiller lol! He had a feeling I was full of it but I had him convinced. We could not be any happier. I will no doubt be back again and I see no reason to shop elsewhere. You have certainly earned my business! This shop is no joke!! I called from hundreds of miles away, for assistance on my old 86 kx250 . All I needed was a few parts that were just about impossible to find, the the OWNER himself answered the phone!! He took his time to make sure everything I needed was addressed. That came with a bucket load of knowledge and tricks of the trade. This shop is the real deal. Thank you

I live 1300 miles away, bought my bike from JEM and transported it home myself. Given the level of care and professionalism JEM provided me, I would not hesitate to do it all over again. JEM does excellent work in the shop, and they are quite knowledgeable. I got my fork-seals replaced and they were finished in a day, which is impressive considering how swamped most mechanics are right now. They are also one of few shops willing, or able to work on my bike. Most shops don't have the equipment to do the seals since it has inverted forks.

Amazing! Yesterday I bought a KFX 90 for my daughter, today I went and picked it up he had everything all ready to go. Such a great guy! Everybody was super helpful. Highly recommend purchasing from them! We will return.

Great family owned business, knowledgeable staff and a pleasure to do business with! Just purchased a 2021 Kawasaki Ninja 400 for my wife and she is very excited! I have purchased motorcycles from various dealerships over the years but this dealership is top notch! I plan on buying from them again.

Best experience we have had in a motor sports shop, thanks to Mike and Carrie. We have been to a few motorsports shops in southern Maine and Mike’s place made us feel welcome and has an awesome family run friendly atmosphere that we haven’t seen anywhere else. Mike even showed us around his work shop a bit and I was impressed at how tidy and organized it was. A clean and tidy work environment makes it easier to work and more efficient so I have confidence in any service we need to have done there. We went in to the shop specifically to look at Kawasaki motorcycles and we were not disappointed with the selection, and Mike’s knowledge of every machine in there. We went looking for the KLX 250 but it was a bit intimidating being a first time motorcycle rider and my other half who has ridden dirt bikes and the like before but not anything on the street besides a scooter. After looking around a bit Mike suggested the Z125 and we absolutely loved the easy to work with size, not an insane amount of power but perfect for commuting and tooling around the Maine back roads. We picked up two z125s and Mike is even delivering them to us 30 miles away! Overall, excellent experience, Mike is easy to talk to, incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely nice dude. Their dog is also adorable and friendly.

AMAZING!!! If you're tired of being taken advantage of by salesmen and mechanics then you MUST visit Mike and his son Cody. More honest than some priests I know. Mike could have made more money by selling me items he carries but because of his vast knowledge and knowing my needs he recommended other accessories. Honesty is top on MY LIST when dealing with salesmen and for this reason I will never buy from anyone else or have anyone else work on my machine. I recommend stopping in to visit Mike and Cody for your ATV and UTV needs. Tell them you heard it from me...a poor country chic that's been drooling over his machines for years and after a million questions and dozens of visits finally discovered this was the best place to buy our new UTV. I just can't tell you enough about how this is the only place you should go to.

Brought a vintage 1994 kawasaki in for service and had a great experience. Mike called me with questions and concerns before service and told me exactly what was wrong with my bike and how how to resolve it. Very professional and service you would not get at a big shop. When I'm ready for my next bike I know where to go. Update 7/20 Brought my other Ninja 250 for a chain and fork seals, final cost came in a little high for the work that was done and since they are both very easy jobs I questioned the price. Mike worked with me and retained a customer. Partially my fault for not asking beforehand but still pleased with the service.
