So, an employee gave us the completely wrong color paint and they wouldn't refund us or make it right at all. They said because it was used already. Well yeah, how would we know it's the wrong color unless we use some of it? They should've atleast exchanged the paint for the right color. Especially, when it was their mistake. Horrible customer service!
Pricing isn’t posted merchandise in store, which creates and atmosphere of being unsure of their marking up more if they can, depending on who they’re working with
This store is spotless, and the associates are friendly and helpful! The manager Stephanie is amazing, I needed two items and there was only one in stock, Stephanie made some calls and we found one at another store that I could pick up when in the area. I can’t say enough good things about the friendly helpful staff. We will definitely be returning customers!
It's funny, every Napa auto parts store seems to be staffed by people who went to the same school of customer service: gruff and resistantly helpful, but effective in the end. I guess you've got to be a good ol' boy to get respect, and I'm just not there yet.
Aside from that, they usually have the parts I need and often at the best price. And if they don't have it, they can often get it in rather quickly, and that's what counts.
Some off the shelf items are competitively priced, but others are not, so if you care about saving some dollars, keep your phone handy to comparison shop.
As a "road mechanic" I frequent many parts stores in my travels.called ahead of time to make sure the part I needed was there and when I showed up they had it waiting for me.
This location has great workers. Knowledgeable and efficient. I can get any part I need here. Mercedes to Ford! Sometimes in these kinds of stores, the staff can act superior, but I never get that attitude here!
Professional and knowledgeable staff are always ready to help with everything. From making custom hydraulic lines to boat hardware they have just about everything.
Great omg I and knowledge source, somebody here knows the answer and are NOT annoyed to answer a,anything... Maybe not about dark,g, unless you are dating a car.
Helpful staff, clean,organized, if they don't have it (though usually they do) they can get it shipped pretty quickly. Only downside is they're usually not the most affordable. However their selection is often better than the local autozone,O'Reillys.
