Had a strange metal on metal noise from my GMC. Was referred to Miles Motorsport called them and they got us in next day and repaired my vehicle same day. They were very kind and informative. Will definitely use them again if it is needed.
So fortunate to have found Miles Motorsports during our vacation. After a Friday afternoon fender bender that was going to hold us up until repaired to road capable status, he worked us in and got us back on the road. Very reasonable. Everything about our experience positive.
My first appointment with Mike's Motorsport was excellent! Very friendly and welcoming. I was kept informed about what was being done. Will most definitely return again in the future.
The front desk is off putting when you call to set an appointment or to find out information having a good attitude makes people want to come to your establishment acting like people are an inconvenience just makes them want to say to hell with it we had a good experience before.. this last time let me down not only did one of the 2 major issues I needed fixed NOT get done I was informed of another but it wasn't fixed I am annoyed that I was thankful for the price I got assuming my issues were resolved only to pull off the Lott and it was still the same I was ready to pay under protest however I thought the issue I brought it in for was resolved I guess from now on if I think I should I will

What a great shop! Very helpful and fast. They got us get back on the road in a pinch when we had to catch a flight, and we were so grateful for the help. Will definitely be back if we ever have car troubles on the island again, as they have a wide range of services.
I have been here multiple times to get repairs done on my car and every single time it has been a good experience. The owner would walk me through the repairs needed and even showed me on my car where the problem was and showed me the part that was going to fix it. Every single time I arrived stressed and anxious and every time I left feeling relieved and happy. Everyone that the customers interact with is super helpful and very kind. A pretty great business run by some pretty great people.
Got my bed rails done and right from the first call the guy was rude and unprofessional. Was a constant pain and was overall an awful experience. I now have to take the truck elsewhere to be done right after being told the bill would be $800 over the estimate. I’ll never go back again.
Went there to have exhaust work done after some time later car had no power and not shifting took it back they said was the transmission come to find out they ruined are cats when they welded are exhaust I called them to setup a appointment they were really rude on the phone so I won't be going there again
Wonderful Maine family run business, everybody chipping in to get work done. A bit chaotic but they are very accommodating especially during these challenging times. We have rented U-Hauls and have had cars inspected and can recommend both.
Avoid. Far better spots around that actually value your business and can deliver. It seems the lady at work that brings her son has some issues... constantly yells, consistently rude and couldn’t care less to actually serve a customer. I wouldn’t trust them with pouring oil in a container, as they would mess that up as well.
I’m not sure I have the words to fully describe the utmost in professionalism, knowledge, and superior customer service this business exhibits!!! Rick, the owner, is so kind and was truly a God-send for me when I needed major repair work on my vehicle, and being an out-of-state health care worker, I was very anxious and fearful of being taken advantage of, especially while trying to get ready to travel across country for another assignment..... From the very first call, I was treated with kindness and respect, and Rick went above and beyond to assist me with obtaining a rental , keeping in touch with me concerning the necessary repairs, even discovering an issue that could have been extremely dangerous for me to travel across the country..... he was all about getting me fixed up and safe to depart, with peace of mind! My vehicle was repaired MUCH quicker than I was anticipating, and the bill was extremely fair and well below my fearful expectations! I cannot recommend this business enough - they, in every way, are the EPITOME of caring about their customers and doing an amazing job!!
Last Monday I have had a run of bad luck. I broke the serpentine belt in my truck. Went to see Ricky at miles motorsports and he was very busy, but said he will take a look at my truck for me and see what VIP in Ellsworth did wrong. Tuesday Ricky finished looking at my truck replace the serpentine belt. This man was booked solid, but was able to squeeze my truck in. Cannot thank him enough would recommend everyone deal with Ricky.
This place is great. Everyone is caring, informative, friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. The rate per hour is more reasonable than any other place I've been to.

Miles Motorsports saved the day for me. I lost the radiator in my dodge truck on the Bangor road towing a 8' x12' Hertz rental trailer. I had rented the tailor in Auburn. Ricky set me up with a Hertz truck with a hitch. I hooked up the trailer and finished picking up some pine boards in Sullivan and went home to Lisbon. I was able to unload the pine boards at home. If not for the truck I would've had to pay a drop off charge on the trailer. Hold on, the story gets better. Ricky had a wrecker pick up my truck. The next day when I brought the Hertz truck back to Milesmotors I picked up my truck with a new radiator. All of this in 24 hours! The price for truck rental, the radiator and wrecker was much less than I expected. Fantastic!
Bad attitude, unfriendly, seemed as though he didn't know repair work, only how to rip out and replace everything. So even though his rate is $50 cheaper, his estimate was $600 higher than anyone else I went to. Maine Street Autocare is great! Higher mechanic rate, but much nicer and more knowledgeable people. The owner took the time to explain WHY to fix certain pieces and WHY to replace others. Then the end price for the whole thing was $60 cheaper than the estimate.
Battery died while out riding today. We are from out of town and I was limping back to our camp site. My wife spotted this place so we pulled in. They were extremely helpful and got us back on the road in no time. Great service, friendly staff, and real nice people. Thanks a bunch. Back at camp and all is good.
