Excellent service! The person had my parts ready when I arrived and accommodated a last minute request for windshield wipers which took him on a trip through the store to locate 3 matching wipers for me. After I paid he then carried the items out to my vehicle for me.

I was having trouble getting some new wipers on our vehicles and the guys at this store could not have been more helpful! They took the time to come out and replace them for me. Best customer service ever! Thank you!!

I walk in here the other day, this lil skinny punk and I guess he is the manager there? Nick, well he had a bad attitude was rude, he actually told me to go to Oriellys While calling me names as I walked out. I couldn't believe it. I will never be going to Napa ever again. His co workers were all watching youtube on their computers. 5 people standing around out back talking about another employee and making fun of him. This dump needs a serious overhaul.

I was just in your store, and none of the employees were wearing masks. I asked an employee if they had made the "collective decision" to not wear masks, and he said yes. I told him because of that choice I would not be shopping at that store. If you don't care enough about your customers I will take my money elsewhere, and make people aware of your choice to not protect your customers from the spread of the Coronavirus Virus.

I cannot say enough good things about Napa, their customer service is outstanding! I had to buy a new battery. My old battery was a pain to get out, but Vik from Napa took it out and put the new one in with amazing patience! I highly recommend this store. 😁

Order the parts over the phone and they are ready if in stock. If not they order and call you when they come in.

Napa is great for pretty much any and all car parts but I was unable to get any motorcycle parts and was forced to go to power wheels.

They don't know there parts have to wait for long periods of time

Like all of the corporate run Napa the staff is underpaid the staff is not as knowledgeable as they should be and there is never enough people in the store behind the counters to take care of the customers in a timely manner

EXCELLENT...Peter was the best My a.c. went out and my 84 year old mother is in the car , Peter showed me what to buy and how to use it. He was the best .All cool on a 91 degree day in Portland

Great staff! Peter absolutely saved us a lot of money, time and stress. Thank you, Peter!! He took the time to understand our electrical issues on a very custom camper-van setup, and with his great knowledge had it issue figured out straight away. We were on the road again after 5 minutes.

Had a great experience here. The manager was really helpful, and spent a while in the parking lot helping me diagnose and fix the problem. I felt like he'd spend as long as necessary with me, and that his goal was to fix my problem rather than to sell me something. I'm coming back next time I need something.
