As plenty of other people have said, I paid damn near $1500 cheaper than what several other dealerships and shops quoted me to get some things done to my truck. My entire experience from phone call to checking out was a lovely and quick, no bullshit yet friendly experience. I don’t even live nearby and I would happily drive out to get work done again.
I've Been using Black point Auto for many years , These Guys are just awesome and very welcoming , I've brought many of vehicles with a large assortment of problems from small sounds and vibrations to serious transmission problems , they always get me in as soon as possible . I've had great luck with them . They always get me back up on the road , and they let me know when things are getting to a point where I should probably start looking for other options or if the repairs are worth all the money on an old vehicle , and all without trying to sell me a vehicle off the lot lol. I feel these guys are some of the most honest people in the business .

Idk how these guys get their reviews removed but again I came here to drop off a vehicle for a customer and they were playing w/ a hunting rifle with a fancy scope and ended up flagging me with it in the waiting room.
Years ago I came here to get my car worked on and it was like one of the mechanics were standing right behind me waiting for a reason to hit me with a really big wrench I'm probably gonna report these guys to the police BBB where ever I can because no one should be treated like this...

This is "Wrench Craft"! For my first outing I presented a sports car for a custom build suspension job. Skilled workmanship at one half the cost of the local Ford dealer. Highly recommend this crew of very seasoned mechanical artisans.
Best auto repair place I’ve EVER been to! Straight to the point, honest, down-to-earth guys at a no-frills shop who get you the parts you need at the perfect price. Got an estimate from another shop for a $2800 job and Black Point brought it down to $900! Best news I’d had in ages. I’ll never go anywhere else and cannot thank this business enough for saving me financially! You gotta go here.
Always a great experience! Called and Dennis got me in pretty quick considering how busy they are! I went to Black Point Auto for an inspection. As I pulled up there was smoke coming from under the hood. My car failed because of an oil leak that had just developed. They had a 2 to 3 weeks waiting period. Denis gave me an appointment in 7 days. They put in a new cam sensor, tail light and an inspection for under $200 dollars! I told them that I had to wait for my car. I was there at 8 o'clock and my car was ready by 9 o'clock. Thank you guys so much! I will be bringing my car here from now on.

I called Dennis about a week ago telling him I was having the same problem with my 2012 Cruze as usual with the thermostat and housing assembly and I was all upset about what I paid in the past at other places! Not only did he get it fixed fast but he did it for a much better price! I really appreciate how he conducts business! I’m very grateful to have found a shop I can go to consistently rather than having a bunch of people under the hood doing different stuff. I wish I knew about Black Point sooner! Brought in my c350 for some rear end body damage, and these guys did great! I was rear ended at a crosswalk and the guy didn't have a license or insurance, and I only had liability so couldn't get the repairs done through insurance. They managed to get the body back to inspectable and got my trunk to close again without replacing anything! The price was better than I expected and got my car back sooner than expected also. Great place to bring your vehicle!
A good shop you can trust. I was recommended this shop by a friend and although it was a bit of a drive from Portland, I'm glad I went here. They were flexible, responsive, COVID compliant, and their rates were great. I have definitely found "my shop" since moving to Portland and will continue to use and recommend them. They even finished the job early and called me promptly when things were done.

This is the most fair and honest mechanic I have ever found. I love these guys my search for an honest mechanic is over.
