The New Store has less of a Parts Selection on Hand then the Old Store! I went looking for a large Hose Clamp. They didn't have it...But Hayes Ace Hardware did in Bridgton.
Was trying to buy a boltand washers with a nut, counter person was rude and not very knowledgeable. Other counter person to the right was very rude and ended up leaving because had all ready wasted 20 minutes went to near by hardware store to end up with the product is was looking for at your store.
I have been getting my parts from them for a few years now. The staff is always friendly and helpful. As a bonus they usually have the parts I need to keep my old boat running which saves me a hour of travel to the marina and they have much better hours than the marina too.
New location is gigantic compared to the old one. Massive selection of in stock parts. Very easy to get things next day without an up charge. Staff is awesome.

Asked to have a meter determine the cause for lit Engine Light. Was handed the meter and told to wing it myself.(not asked to leave license as security)
I would say that the average customer won't know how to decipher the issue code. I couldn't and I used to use them at VIP years ago ..but new technology. Was told that management won't allow workers to go to cars to plug in meter. Legal concerns!! However, they can go out to replace wipers. So perhaps they can get sued for that too should the blades fall off in a bad storm and loss of vision and an accident occurs! Just saying. Think the better plan is good customer service! Duh! Maybe they should close down the store to err on the side of caution!!
There was a major problem with receiving Parts I desperately needed. I was given Saturday for the day that I could pick up the parts UPS did not show up that day so I understand that is not the fault of Napa as of Monday my parts were not on the truck Parts would be there on tuesday. The manager was willing to cover Freight charges for the inconvenience when I arrive to pick up my parts I was sadly disappointed that someone made an error and only ordered one belt instead of the two I ordered I asked him if we could do overnight if they would help with shipping and he said he would cover some of the cost yet at 10:58 am he said it was beyond the 11:00 a.m. cut off time I had to find another distributor and Order overnight myself. I asked him if perhaps he would give me a gift card or something to offset my cost for shipping and he looked at me like I was an idiot absolutely no personality / customer service and he was the manager I'm sure they don't care but I will never ever go to Napa again never did I say never because I mean never
Score! Getting new wipers is such a grown-up chore. It's even better when you don't have to wrestle with the clips yourself. That little bit of unexpected service really makes a difference. Now you're all set for clear views in any weather.

Their new building is gorgeous. The display of tools is so tempting, I have to avoid that area or I’ll throw caution to the wind and go way over my budget.
I’m familiar with NAPA quality from my career. They can cost a bit more, but I know my customers got value back in the day and I get reliability of the parts I need for my own rust buckets.

NAPA No Way No How. I called ahead a day or so ago to confirm that I would be able to make a warranty exchange. I have a NAPA legend battery that is a year old, and it’s dead/weak. The guy on the phone told me that there is a two year warranty, they will need to test it, and I verified that I don’t have the receipt anylonger, but he should still be able to take care of me. Today, I brought this battery in, explained the situation, and was promptly told that there is no way of exchanging without a proof of purchase. Well this is completely absurd to me, not only is that the opposite of what I was told, but how does that even make sense? They put their brand name on the battery, and they mark the date, they claim a two year warranty, what more proof does there need to be that this battery came from NAPA? The person at the counter when as far as to start a verbal altercation with me, as well as call me a fraud, and that I was trying to commit fraudulent activities. All just for trying to get a fair warranty exchange. Unfortunately they have lost me as a customer entirely, which is extremely nearsighted, I have several vehicles that I maintain myself. Infact, I need to order several hundred dollars of parts, and I will be getting them elsewhere.
The staff are helpful. I came for hydraulic fluid. The staff person explained the stuff I almost bought was $10 more than the other brand of similar quality. The display wasn’t marked with pricing, so I had no way of knowing. She didn’t have to do that.
Decent selection, but beware. I was overcharged for one of the two items I purchased, and my friend was overcharged on his purchase as well. I asked for a refund and it was granted, though I haven't yet received my money. Will not be coming back here, what a shame.
Only shopped at this location was it's brand new it looks fantastic their prices were okay The staff was awesome and they had what I needed really what more do you need to know
Nice clean store with good service. Had what I needed both times I stopped. Store was clean and well kept. Right off street easy to see with a hardware store nearby as another option if don't have what you need and lots of other businesses in area if need other things.
Napa staff has been so helpful to us. We were dealing with brake problems and we needed to order parts. Parts were there within the hour.

Great service. Place was busy and sold out of the item on the shelf. Man verified I was looking in the right spot, checked back stock and returned with the item I needed! Now I can turn left!!
Hit an miss 90% of the time this location will give you the wrong parts , and they close when they feel like it instead of there posted hours ,this nappa has made me not use them as choice #1 go here as last resort as pretty much anywhere else will be better choice
Went in for some miscellaneous pieces for my ATV plow, was looking for something that no one else knew what I was talking about and where others would have given up the guy Silas helping me was confident and actually managed to find exactly what I was looking for. I appreciate them going the extra mile!
Just had a not so great experience here. Wife's battery died in a parking lot, was able to get it jumped, and brought her car to here. Asked for help putting said battery in and she got "were no longer insured and there's only two of us in the store right now." She is 35 weeks pregnant and had our 3.5 year old with her there and she had no tools. Only one of me at my work so I had to leave and go put it in. Took a whole 5 minutes. Something they could have easily done since there was only one other customer in the store at the time. Two months ago her battery died in her old car and they were all for helping put it in...
They use to have a helpful customer service lady at the Front. Very friendly , Very helpful . She was the product of cut backs I hear ..Now the store is drab again . Robots run it now ...Makes me feel like waiting in line in a Machine Factory.
