They are kind and courteous and met my needs. Their hours of operation were good as well. M-W-F open 8a until 6p. Tu- Th open til 3p. Sat 8-3p, closed Sun.
This place sucks!!! Will not take everything even when it shows a deposit. Their excuse is the do not get certain brands picked up....not my fault. Stay away not straight forward people. Have never heard that excuse from a redemption store. Go somewhere else. Now what do I do with the units l they returned to me

They’re never open. Close early on Mondays now like really? I live in a town with no redemption center at all so this place is closest but I feel like they’re never open when I need them to be
I always check to be sure they're open before I go...last time I had four bags of cans and no one was available to run cash register...if this continues I'll find another place to do business...either your OPEN FOR BUSINESS OR NOT
Place hasn't been open for the past 3 or 4 days and nobody will answer the phone. I drove there yesterday and saw people inside but no one would answer the locked door or the phone. Time to find another redemption center!
I always precount my bottles and mark the bags. I receive my money and done. No questions asked or ever received any rudeness. For the complaints, ever worked in a redemption? I have and its not the cleanest or easiest job around. Give these people some credit please.
2 weeks ago I dropped off 2 pallets full of bottles and cans nicely bagged. Very nice people in person, they said they were short handed and would count it and call me when they were done. Iv called couple times and still have not received any money for my cans and bottles, once again I dropped them off 2 full weeks ago ...
I showed up four minutes before they closed had to argue with the lady for the four mins I had 10$ max in bottles ,,, Google says that it closes at 3:15 and I was in by 2:56 and they refused too count our bottles. The almost unable to see where the redemption center is is irritating in itself. Then to have some mid aged lady tell you for the time she could have counted our bottles too tell us off .... rude we don’t even live in this town
I live in Naples 6.5 miles from. Redemption depot, I drive to Norway to turn in bottles. Actually ride by this place on the way. Horrendous business attitude. Shouldn't even give this business 1 star.
Tried to bring in my pre counted returnables, arrived at 2:58, sign still said Open. Go to get my bags out and everyone comes walking out the door, and I get told "Sorry, our registers are already closed out." What!?!? Why would you close your registers before you are actually closed??? Taking my business elsewhere.
Two times in three weeks I've tried to go there to return bottles and cans. Both times I have no been able to do so. The first time I was rather rudely told that all cans and bottles have to be pre-counted or left for them to count then pick up my money (hahaha.. no.) Even though I was the only one in the building... Really!?
Second time today. The place is closed on a Tuesday when it's open literally every other day of the week? Seriously? This place has turned into a joke since it changed owners. The staff used to be very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Now? Forget about it. I wont be returning. Such a shame.
They make you leave your bottles and cans there and say they will count and call you as they take your name and number but never called. I’ve tried calling there at least a dozen times with never an answer. Rip offs. I had at least 50.00 with there. A full size pick up truck full and over flowing.
I spent almost a hour and a half with bottles and was handed way less then what I had in bottles I will not be returning this place has gone down hill you don’t even know how to count
