Brought bottle and cans here to return them. It was about 3pm and they close at 4pm so there was about an hour left and only me there returning. The guy counting the bottles said , and I quote “if I would have known you had this many bottles I wouldn’t have done it”. There were only 6 bags. Do not come here! We definitely won’t be coming back
Caseys redemption 2.... is now under new ownership! Lots of remodeling and new products in the store. LARGE variety of vapes , cigarettes, tobacco, beer, wine, pipes and bongs and so much more! Definitely should check it out!! Bottle redemption guys are great and work fast and accurately. New Frazil machines too. Come check it out!!
Today I took my returnables to Casey's Redemption 2 in Fairfield. I was approached as I removed the bags from the car and asked if I needed help. I had all the bags in hand but the young man offered to close the car door for me. As I approached the door to the building, another young man held the door as I wedged myself and my bags through it. The man who processed the bottles greeted me and worked quickly. The area was clean and everyone I interacted with was polite and helpful. I've been visiting this redemption center for seven years and have always been treated this well. Who knew I'd be treated better at the redemption center than 95% of the businesses I frequent. Love this place.
Casey’s is a weekly staple for us gotta keep stocked up on wine and tubes and tobacco! Never have any issues when we stop in. Great owners! Great people! Love to show support!
At least this time they were outside smoking so they could meet me at my truck to tell me it was 3:30 and too late to take my bottles before I brought them inside . I would recommend that you post your hours as take a chance
and see if we are open and not 4 o'clock as your page says.
Really poor service. Waisted time and gas to get there before redemption closed only to be told they count two small bags which had 43 bottles in them. I counted them myself it took 1 minute and it's not my daily job. But they couldn't tell time either. I can see why they are reviewed so poorly. Do not bother. Employees can't be bothered to count bottles even when they say there open.
Super fast, whether your having Cans counted, or just making a purchase. They have rolling and tailor made cigarettes, Novelty ideams, a small selection of alcoholic beverages and a small snack area. Great for quick quick if your in a hurry.
Try not to leave anything but if you do know they have a what seems like a family feel to ownership so you'll get your property as long as you remember you stopped? It can be a quick visit like usual and you may not remember? If you do. Everything will be fine don't

So I get they close at 4pm but I showed up at 3:40 pm and they said sorry we are closed. Sign says 4 clean up after everyone is gone. Very unprofessional. Don't count right either.
So apparently their policy is, if you have more than a few bags of bottles you need to drop them off and someone will call you when they’re done counting them. That’s cool and all but I didn’t see any signs that say that and a little kid wanting to buy something he’s been saving for...that’s kind of annoying. So we went over to Raider redemption in Winslow, it took the person there about 15 minutes to count them all and we were on our way. Just wanted to share my experience Incase anyone else was thinking of stopping by with a lot of bottles and don’t want to have to make more than one trip just to get your money
Nice people. Good service. Just don't show up with a year's worth of returnables and screw over the small staff and other people waiting to move on with their day. You know, be a considerate and decent human being.
Sent grand daughter there to redeem bottles I believe they took her a ride I know she had lots more than gave her. People beware count your returnables before you go.
Showed up close to closing with a lot of bottles (15+ bags) . There were 2 staff members on. One of the staff members was a bit unprofessional by making some offhanded rude comments and was slower. The other staff was friendly and processed the bottles. Overall a good experience and the prices of the wine are very good.
