If I could give zero stars, I would. We took my son's car in for a simple coolant flush—something that should’ve been routine. He was charged $130, which we had no issue with. But immediately after picking up the car, it was sluggish, struggled to accelerate, and wouldn't go past 40mph—completely different from how it drove before.
We brought it back the same day at 4pm. They checked and admitted there was water in the coils. We have video proof of them blowing water out with a compressor, and they even admitted to rinsing the engine, which no reputable shop should ever do without covering critical components.
They kept the car overnight, and when we returned the next day, we were met by someone claiming to be the owner, Jessica, who had the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced in a professional environment. No accountability, no apology, just pure rudeness and deflection. I’m a California paralegal, and the level of disregard for customer service, professionalism, and mechanical responsibility was astounding.
Long story short—we brought in a car that worked fine and got it back damaged, and then were treated like we were the problem. Absolutely awful experience. Stay far, far away.
Cost me $200 to diagnose the air-conditioning and they told me a it just needed a new fuse, which I knew better, and sure enough a fuse didn't help me, however it helped them.
I called to see if they could work on my vehicle. As soon as the receptionist answered the phone she was yelling at me. I didn't even let her finish talking. Very unprofessional for her to be working at all.
I took my truck in for an alignment and a couple of weeks later I kept hearing a rattling sound in the front end and checked it out and the bolts to adjust the alignment were loose.
Brought my car there for routine maintenance having a timing belt replaced less than 2 months later the timing belt broke. This made the valves on the head mess up. But don't worry he charge me an additional $1,200 to do that
Brought my 1500 in to get wheels off that had 3 or 4 different locking nuts, and 3 seized nuts. He did a ton of work for under $100, very pleased with the service, my truck was there for only 2 days. Very please with the service desk also, every time I called to check on the truck, I wasn't on hold longer than 2 minutes. Much better than all other shops I've dealt with for special things like this. A+
These people are incompetent. A simple hub seal has taken over a week. The lady at the front hung up on me for simply asking when my vehicle would be ready. What a joke!!!
